Yesterday, my mom flew from Air Portugal through San Francisco to London flight #.236 I sent everything including covid vaccination, covid test results, day2 and day 8 test orders etc. step by step everything I gave to her . She is 60 years old. I dont know why they stuck my mom in Lisbon . didnt they see any missing paperwork in USA when she flew . Why are they creating problems for my mom at the other airport when she is alone and no one is helping me and responding to me at any site or not on call . I request you to please do something so my mom can go to their destination safely and happily I requested !
Awful airline. Terrible service, horrible communication
Only if no other choice. Luggage missed plane, I understand. The said would be next morning, NOT TRUE, two days later, luggage arrives with no status, no phone call, soaking wet. Clothes need to be dry cleaned/laundered. TAP won’t pay compensation. THEY SUCK, only if I had no other option would I fly them again.
