5/25/21 misha cut my hair she looks nice but she keep telling me i have so much hair. And the chair keep up and down fulling my hair a little bit hard.. feels like shes not happy working on my hair. And it feels so bad that since she start working on my hair until she finish she keep saying you have a lot of hair. 🥺

This place is truly awful, they dont listen to how you want your hair cut! They basically have 1 cut for everyone no matter what you say.

I understand sometimes business might be running behind a bit, and if there is no appointment available I might have to wait a bit longer, this time I made an appointment specifically not to wait, yet two ladies where serviced instead. I would appreciate if the employees would take this in consideration before giving appointments they knowingly cannot keep. Very unfortunate and unpleasant.

Ive been here multiple times over the last few months but my previous experience will be my last. They used to have an employee who was superb and I would go just for her. She treated the customer like she wanted them to come back and be a permanent client, but I havent received that with anyone else there.Ive tried getting cuts from 3 others and it was more like a quick transaction.One of the things I love about getting my haircut is the wash, but others here do a fast rinse and wash and its not even enjoyable or worth it.Im honestly disappointed because I dont know what happened to the previous lady I saw here and I miss that experience. That was worth paying for.I cut my hair myself and only would go in to treat myself but now Ill continue cutting myself.I will say if youre looking for a basic cut as a guy they can do it and it will look okay but its a quick in and out transaction.

I had previously been happy with the haircuts I’ve had here with Leslie. She gives a good haircut. However customer service is lacking. I called this morning at 11 am to see if Leslie was working, was told she’ll be there until 1 pm. Asked if I could make an appointment and was told no. I then asked if I walked in if she’d be able to cut my hair. I was told yes. I arrived at 11:30 asked if Leslie could cut my hair, she told me she had no time because she had to leave at 1 for a class. Why not tell me no when I called? It certainly would’ve have saved them this negative review. I will not be back.

Will never come back to this salon. Took my daughter here and got her hair cut and the cut alone was fine except the bangs. The stylist cut her bangs across as if she wore them in the front but only one side. She is still growing them out. Another time, I went to get my hair cut. I want to even out my hair after a long time bob and wanted to add some layers. It seemed ok when o left the salon, but my hair was still wet. Upon further inspection it was awful. I absolutely hate it and never wear it down. Still looking for another place I can trust enough to cut my hair.

The haircut absolutely sucked... I asked for bangs and I showed her a picture of how I wanted them and that skinny little lady cut my bangs to short and to much of my hair so now I look like a retard i was so pissed I started crying I do not recommend this place SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO HERE ! never going here again I hate it so much then after when she was done she told me “that’s how it looked in the picture”

I have been here more than twice and every single time they would do a very poor job with my haircut.I came here more than once to give them a chance, to see if they were good but they proved their lack of professionalism.They did not even care for the details and left my hair uneven all over and seemed as if they only wanted to finish cutting it as soon as possible.

Hairstylist Dulce was friendly, listened to what I wanted in a haircut, and it turned out beautifully!!

My boyfriend came to get his haircut both of the ladies didnt wanna cut his hair because he is African american . The one lady who was supposed to cut his hair took off to the back & never came back to the front till his haircut was done. When it was his turn he started to walk over to the other lady, he asked are u ready for me the lady looked at him said with a attitude no im sweeping then proceeded to take forever to sweep the floor. Then she finally told him to take a seat, she was very unprofessional she left him a bald spot, she didnt cut his hair how he wanted it then decided to FLIRT WITH HIM INFRONT OF MY FACE. We will never ever come back to this place for a haircut.

The Supercut at this location 640 Dennery Rd Ste 103, San Diego, CA 92154 is ridiculous!!! I came at 5pm and the lady told me to come back at 6pm. I came back at 6pm and we still had to wait another HOUR to be seen!
