They have so many of my clean beauty favorites - wish they carried F. Miller’s cleansing oil though. The staff was so kind! Also haven’t had to use it yet but love their return policy.

My friend suggested me to this beauty store. My hair seemed so dry, and I decided I needed a blowout and a wash. I ended up getting some waxing and undergoing some special treatment for conditioning. Everyone in the store was nice and welcoming and knew about their business. Soon, I will return again and recommend them to all of my colleagues.

I found this shop searching for a local supplier of an herb company Ive been looking to try, I was in the neighborhood so I popped in, what a cute wellness & natural beauty shop! The staff was really friendly and helpful - I was happy to see a selection of essential oils available as well. I will definitely be back to check out some of the skincare and cosmetics!

I had my first facial ever with Mallory and I was absolutely blown away. I had no idea a facial could be as relaxing, if not more so, than a massage. My skin felt healthy and renewed post-service and for days after my treatment. It is clear that Shop Good has high standards of sanitation and has taken extra precaution to protect clients and employees during this Covid-19 pandemic. Mallory is so knowledgeable and was able to customize my masks during the facial and offer me products to take home specific to my skins needs. I will without a doubt be back to see her regularly and will continue to support Shop Good.

Let me start off by saying, I love this place. I have had a love affair with it before I ever received a service. The vibes, the products, the energy, the intention behind this company is so spot on. I am so appreciative of a local, woman-owned business doing the work to put quality, safe, SUSTAINABLE products into the hands of so many. I finally went in for a facial and saw Lauren - wow! She is incredible. Such a kind heart and she puts so much intention behind her work. She even emailed me to follow up and see how my skin was doing post-facial. I have had dozens of facials and no one has ever followed up with me. As a fellow esthetician, I have very high standards when it comes to personal care services, and Lauren/Shop Good absolutely crushed it. I will be back over and over for both services and retail. This place is a gem, so just go get a facial already!

The staff are so helpful and they have an amazing line of products! I found a few great lipsticks. I’m so indecisive that I can almost never commit to a lipstick, but the staff helped me pick 2 perfect colors.It’s nice knowing whatever I purchased out would be good for me and the environment. Plus it felt like such a treat. You just walk away from there feeling great!

My fiancee goes here to buy natural beauty products and absolutely raves of how awesome this place is. The couple of times Ive went here have been great. Their February event was so fun. I even have a skincare routine now because of it! :)

Your one stop beauty shop in San Diego! The facials with Karlin are amazing, you drift away in the cute and cozy facial room and leave with radiant skin! The products and brands they sell are all natural and really work! The staff is well versed on the products they sell and are helpful to narrowing down whats best for you and your skin! Not in San Diego? Shop their online store for all of the best goodies! Cant wait to go back soon!

Beautiful, clean, and modern. Very into natural beauty and clean products and glad sd has a place dedicated to this mission. Expensive but that’s to be expected with higher end natural skincare and beauty products. Would like to get a facial with high frequency soon!

Wow. Just came out of my first ever facial at Shop Good and it was such a luxurious experience I am so impressed and grateful. Of course the treatment room was clean, warm and gorgeous - as to be expected from anything ShopGood does! Jan was so caring and customized every mask, scrub and scent to my skin’s needs. I have had facials before at other spas and always left feeling kind of meh... Shop Good has the latest and greatest when it comes to treatment technology and products so I am walking out with glowing, poreless skin and feeling amazing!!! Worth every penny. I can’t wait to go back. 🧡

I attended a Botnia event with my girlfriends tonight. My best friend’s girl crush is Justine, she is in love with her brand and skincare philosophy. She was super excited to have a mini skincare consultation with her because she wanted to invest in more Botnia products to prep her skin for her wedding Saturday. Unfortunately, the time management at the event was not the best. There wasn’t enough time to talk to Justine, and the other esthetician (Juana?) that finished prepping the face masks didn’t take the time to explain ingredients to us. She took less than 30 seconds, and gave us waaaaay less product than what other attendees got for their take home masks. At the beggining of the class we were told we could have 10% off tonight, and when we got our products we didn’t get the discount. There’s plenty of room to improve for events. I wouldn’t pay for another class.
