Roberta is the BEST. She teaches you how to take care of your lashes so that they last longer. She is the coolest and will provide you with a natural look. When I moved to PB I had to go to a few different eyelash studios until I found someone I was happy with- and that was Roberta! Her professionalism cant be beat and Im always thrilled with my lashes. Roberta is a true wizard when it comes to skin care, and a clear expert in her field! I came to her with the hope of improving the health of my skin and minimizing signs of aging, and I cant believe the dramatic results I achieved after only two facials! She is extremely skilled and thorough, and chose the techniques and products that were best suited for me. I found Roberta by randomly browsing through Facebook Marketplace and then subsequently looked her up on Yelp. The other reviews on here rave about the good job she does for your lashes and heres another to back that up! Upon first meeting Roberta, she was friendly and very personable, and even checked to see if Id prefer to listen to the radio or slow spa music. I had to get some of my previous lash extensions removed, which i took over an hour to attempt to remove at home to no avail, but she did it expertly and took care not to damage any of my current lashes. Something that I really appreciated that she did was that she took the time and effort to put on extra lashes for me beyond the amount wed already agreed upon because shed like to fill up some of the gaps. Shes quick, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable about her field, and is passionate about her work. She also tries to section some time off to the customers to educate them about skincare, eyelash care, et cetera. I really enjoyed the whole time I was there. I cant recommend her enough! 🙌🏻
