Victoria did a great job on my hair, she was very kind and polite and cut my hair exactly how I described to her. She also stayed late for me, I showed up at 6:50pm and she stayed well past closing and didnt rush my hair cut at all. I will definitely be coming back and will refer my family members to this location.

I had an amazing time here spent with my stylist Maricela! It’s my first time coming here and she showed me a good time. She knew exactly what I needed I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to be and the results were awesome! I just started coming here a couple months ago and Victor has done a great job with me and my daughters hair..we were a bit hesitant at first because he had a bad experience elsewhere and my 10 yr old daughter didnt even want haircuts anymore until we found Victor..he truly cares about what you want done with your hair and is always asking if you like what he is doing as he is trimming your hair! He also is great at waxing my eye brows he takes his time and shapes them correctly. Thank you Victor!

I was looking for a place to get my hair cut and found this Supercuts location on google and it had good reviews. The staff were welcoming and the shop was pretty clean. My stylist was Ruben and he was amazing. He was very precise in my cut and was knowledgeable about products. He got me in and out without me feeling rushed which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good cut :)

I have been getting my hair cut here for many years. I have had at least a dozen people cut it. I have been very happy with 90% of the cuts and none were ever bad. It is somewhat amazing, given the nature of statistics, that I can go in and get a good cut at random and it might also be an excellent cut. I have always felt comfortable here.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Ruben for over a year. He is so nice and knows what he is doing. My hair always looks so good after he is done! When you come here, ask for or Ruben you won’t be disappointed.

I had cut my hair myself and needed to have it fixed, and Victor did a wonderful job! He took his time, which was great because my hair is thick and wavy and a pain. I loved that he consulted Rueben when he wasnt sure the best way to fix a certain part. Both of them were awesome! It was so affordable and I will definitely be going back.

I went in there for a simple trim and reshape. My hair was very long..down to my butt. Melissa was very kind and told me should would take off 3 inches. She didn’t.. she took off over 7 inches and butchered my hair. Both sides of my hair were completely different. One side looked like stairs and the other side was hacked away very heavy. The back layers in my head were so bad that her Supervisor Ruben said i would need to come back in 4 months to try and soften it more to fix it. I cried for 2 days for how bad it was. Now her supervisor Ruben was amazing. Very kind and understanding. He straightened my hair so he could see exactly what was wrong with it and what needed to be done to fix it. It took him over an hour to fix most of it and he gave me my money back. I give him 10 Stars. Thank you so much for fixing my hair. For MELISSA i give 2 stars. Kind but cant cut a females hair to save her life. Sorry girl

Forgot who I saw but it was a younger man. Dont think it was Ruben but its possible. Either way he was the best. Was on vacation and just wanted the dead ends taken off and layers put back in. Showed him two pictures and my hair is EXACTLY what I wanted. Literally everytime I go to play with my hair, I look at the cut and Im just so happy.Side note: I have curly hair on the thicker side. From experience, not everyone knows how to cut this type of hair. I am truly beyond pleased. To boot, it cost 30 bucks...😉

Went there to get a quick haircut, it was quick all right. I waited for an hour to have my hair butchered. I have thin hair & I left the place looking like I had stage four cancer. If you have any sense you won’t make the same mistake I made

I called ahead to put my name on their wait list. I was told that they don’t take call-a-heads or appointments. I drove there and put my name on the wait list. Then, as I sat there, a woman arrived and said that she’d called ahead. The person at the front desk checked the computer, verified that her name had been put on the list from her call-ahead, and she got her hair cut in front of me.

13 years of going here and not a single bad haircut. Not even an ok haircut. All great. Victor hooked it up this week and I got complements all day.

Normally I like to go to this place theres a few people that know how to cut my hair great. Patty is one of them I wonder if Ruben is still there he was one of them. There were a couple more but I havent seen them there lately. It seems let me be the new manager Melissa the larger lady with the purple hair gets kind of in a rush or easily flustered or distracted. I couldnt believe how quickly she finished cutting my hair and when I looked at it I had to ask her to correct certain parts of it about five different times and honestly Im still not happy with it. Before it felt like a lot more quality and time and personalization went into making sure that they gave you the best haircut that they could. However sadly that feels like it is changed in recent months to tournament Burnham shearim down and lets get him out as quickly as possible. Ive never had to defend myself or console my hair cutter as much as I did on this last visit. It was unusual. Overall I dont think its a bad place to get your haircut especially if you want to do it cheap and in a hurry. Do it on Tuesdays its only 14 bucks and then do it with the tea tree oil treatment it is like $4 but so worth it give you a hot towel on your face to give you a massage and they use just the best heating cooling shampoo conditioner tea tree stuff ever and I wake up out of that feeling like I just had 8 hours of rest

Horrible customer service. Just to prove how bad it is, this is the first online review Ive EVER written. And I felt obligated to write it. I had a bad haircut by one of their newer employees and prefer to chose who cuts my hair now. Every time Ive been in there since, theres been an issue. High employee turnover and bad attitudes... Ill never go to this place again for a haircut

Had a horrible waiting experience today. no one does a good job with my hair except for Rubin. dont understand the purpose of checking in with the app. I checked in this morning to be seen at 1015 and the person I checked in with said she had to be gone by 1030 so u get checked in withbanither gal and had 1 person ahead if me. later some guy walks on he gets checked in and they attend to him first before me. really didnt appreciate that at all! will no longer be going there and will let my sister know not to go to there as well
