I am so glad I found Natura when I moved to San Diego from the east coast five years ago. Vivian is very professional and knowledgeable about all services. She provides a painless Brazilian and a gorgeous natural spray tan. I look forward to visiting Natura each month. They have great membership deals too. You will not be disappointed!

I did my brazilian and eyebrow today with Miranda and I loved her calm, her manners, she was fast and yet precise. I had Jada in another visit and I loved her as well. I wish I could still live close so I could come often, but whenever I am in the city this is the place. Everything was sparking clean, all the girls using masks, even the pen you use to sign the receipt is used once and cleaned after. So ladies, come and be hair free to enjoy Spring.

I made an appointment for a Brazilian and when I got there they had me fill out a form they sent me via txt, in with the pandemic it helps make you feel safe and the are raking every precaution. They were friendly and on time. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable, fast and a joy to talk to. I will continue to rave about this location. I love Donna at the front desk and jade is just my absolute favorite, never lets me down. I started coming here because I live nearby and I saw a Groupon for it. Ive been coming here for months since then and always get treated so well whenever I stop by! Literally all the staff is wonderful and everyone makes me feel so welcome and comfortable during my visit. The waxing experience is great every time, everyone is super detail oriented. Waxing (especially a Brazilian) seems scary and uncomfortable, but its never like that here. Everyone Ive gotten waxed by is so professional and really kind. Im definitely a permanent customer.

Had one of thee best facials of my life here. Roberta was awesome. I got in same day for 1:30pm on Friday (was off). She did a pumpkin peel which stung just a little but she checked in w/ me the whole time (5mins total) & started fanning me when it got more intense, which made a world of difference. I think I fell asleep towards the end, I was so relaxed. I left feeling like a different person. That is priceless. Ive heard the other estheticians are also fabulous so I dont think you can go wrong here. 200% recommend!

Thank you, Roberta - I’m glad I gave Natura Spa another chance 👍🏼About a month ago: I got my first facial with this company about 6-12 months or so ago - the esthetician was okay (can’t remember her name) but you could definitely tell she was having a bad day. Recently I got text from the salon saying I could come back in for a “40% off” facial. So I called, made a 9:15am appt for a Saturday two weeks away. Showed up at 9:00am, and at 9:08am - the receptionist stepped into one of the offices/studios to make a call. She came out at 9:12am saying “sorry, but something came up and we need to reschedule your appt.” There was no sympathy / customer service from the other side. I was instructed to come back next Saturday at 11:45am and that was it. No trying to make things right for their esthetician’s last minute bail. I’m here for my 11:45am, checked in and the front desk receptionist refused to even listen and/or address my frustrations from the previous Saturday’s mess up...

Staff is always friendly and never make you feel awkward or uncomfortable. Highly recommend Natura

Place very clean and organized. Front desk Briana Diaz was very welcoming and polite had nothing but good and positive things to say, back room very patient and didnt make me feel like i was only there as a client but a friend!

I was in and out in 10 minutes, and the pain was very minimal. I got my legs and arms done and loved so much. Will be making another appt soon!
