Went there to replace the battery for my Omega watch. Price plus tax is about $18.They also provide water proof seal service, but I didnt have that so I dont know the quality about that. At least for battery part, my watch works well so far.

Always fast and friendly service. Quartz batteries installed/watch bands fitted while you wait. Not only that but first class watch repair on site by fully trained swiss watch makers! My Rolex stainless steel band was stretched beyond repair(I thought) and would require sending the watch to Rolex for an expensive repair/replacement($1000.00 believe it or not). It would take weeks to repair if sent to Rolex.Precision Watch repaired it in one day for a very small fraction of the cost quoted by Rolex. The band looks like new! Thank you Precision watch & Jewelry! I will be back.

Sam is so nice to work with. You can get expensive watches repaired here, buy a new one or replace a battery in a fashion watch. Ive brought in a troublesome cuckoo clock that was fixes good as new in short order for a reasonable price. Sam also does house calls for large items like grandfather clocks that might be too hard to move. Easy to find, lots of parking. You need to ring to get buzzed in.

I bought a Chase Durer Watch here in 2000 when I went to SDSU. It’s an automatic watch. I had a good experience buying it then... a few months ago..fast forward 18 years I dropped the watch and one of the Chronometer hands came off and jammed the watch... I brought it in and was surprised the same location was still here.. same friendly knowledgeable service I remembered.. 2 weeks later they had repaired and cleaned my watch.. hope it goes another 18 years! Thanks for the help and ability to fix these automatic watches!

Probably wont ever go back to this place. I brought one of my Uncles Rolex watches purchased from a certified jewelry for around 15k. And was told that it was fake, funny thing is he was still willing to buy it? For a ridiculously low amount in the 100s. Was charged 15 dollars just to assess the time piece...very underwhelming.
