I can’t say that I have been interested in jewelry for most of my life but that has changed recently, probably due to my experiences at Ben Bridge!I stop in from time to time to window shop and have a great experience every time. The staff members I have interacted with have all been great. I don’t feel pressured in any way; the staff are just very helpful. Greeting me, answering questions when I ask, but not being pushy if I am just looking around.On a recent visit I took a ring in to get resized and polished. Usually I am looking at watches so Victor came to help me even though he had just stepped in the door. He was probably surprised I wasn’t asking about watches, but watches isn’t his only area of expertise so he was able to help me with the ring without skipping a beat. We discussed the options for the ring and when it could be delivered as I needed it pretty quickly. I later received a call from Victor to discuss a potential issue with the work. We discussed the issue, and I decided to proceed with the work. On the day Victor said it would be ready, I received another call that indeed it was ready. When I picked the ring up I was pleasantly surprised that the ring fit perfectly and with the polish the ring was looking better than I remember it looking the day I first received it over 20 years ago!Because jewelry is a relatively new interest for me I frequently learn new things when I visit Ben Bridge (Ben Bridge has sustainably-mined, non-conflict diamonds from Canada, for instance) but I think the most valuable lesson I learned is that besides being very friendly and knowledgable, Victor doesn’t make empty promises, he does what he says he will do. For that, he has earned my trust. It makes doing business with Ben Bridge a pleasure, and I look forward to doing more business with Victor and Ben Bridge in the future. They have my highest recommendation!

I was excited to visit this store after reading the reviews here, but only to find out after an hour drive there was no Rolex watches and no customer service. After 10 minutes, I was able to get one of the staffs attention and his simple response was no inventory. They did not even bother to ask me what I was looking for or offer to put my name on the waitlist. Disappointing for an authorized dealer.

I walked in one day not expecting to buy anything. However, Linda showed me a Rolex in the case that just showed up in the store. I came in to Ben Bridge Jewelers yesterday to pick up my wife’s diamond ring and it’s appraisal. It’s such a wonderful jewelry store. I was greeted instantly by a store associate with a big smile and she thanked me for coming in. I mentioned I was here to see my salesman Victor. He gave me a big wave and I headed in his direction. What a wonderful and friendly store. Seeing Victor is like coming to see an old friend. He had my appraisal all ready and in a nice folder and of course my wife’s ring al clean and like new. I asked Victor what he had in Rolex watches for my wife and he showed me his collection. I have Victor trying to get me a Rolex Daytona that’s very had to come buy. My hope is to get my Daytona and a Rolex watch for my beautiful wife on our 57th wedding anniversary in July of this year. The store manager Josephine came over to say hi to me even though she looked very busy. When I bought my second Rolex watch last year it was Josephine that helped Victor to be able to get my Rolex. If it wasn’t for Josephines kindness I would not have been able to get that Rolex Submariner. That’s on my wrist. They are such nice people. I’ve used Ben Bridge several times over the years and I’ve always been happy with the service. They are very personal and courteous, and their selection of fine jewelry is top notch.

Disappointing, I went there to inquire about a Daytona and Submariner, but I was met with an abrupt response and basically ushered back out the door. I went back to try and find out more info, and was again met with distaste. Very upsetting experience from a place I wanted to spend money at... I hope my appearance did not have any factor in this, I felt embarrassed to be shunned away while I was with my girlfriend.

I finally got my ring off my finger after 15 years of it being stuck. Chris helped me find the right size so I could have my ring adjusted. He even checked all of the diamonds and the settings before sending the ring off to be resized.Chris is very friendly and also showed my husband and I a few other rings and settings and explained the diamond qualities.The ring sizing took about a week and was reasonably priced.Thank you.

Recently, I dropped by the Westfield UTC Ben Bridge Jewelers location to check on the availability of some Rolex watch models. They didn’t have the model I was looking for that day, but I was fortunate to run into one of their sales associates (Linda Huynh) who took very good care of me during my visit. I really didn’t expect to acquire a Rolex watch that day because the models I’m looking for are so hard to get right now, but during this visit I found out they also carried Tudor watches and I had been thinking about purchasing one of their models too. Linda was very knowledgeable on these watches...the Rolex’s as well, and she was able to go through a detailed summary of the history of both brands and the technology and features behind their various models.She spent an hour or so with me answering all of my questions on the Tudor Watches. I had been researching and considering the Tudor GMT, but couldnt find an AD near me that carried this brand and had this model so I couldn’t see one on my wrist. She introduced to the Black Bay 58, which I had not known too much about. I didn’t purchase a watch that day, but after extensive research I decided to purchase the the BB-58 a few days later. Linda was very relaxed...not pressure selling me, and she was extremely patient with all the questions I was throwing at her. She had to take my order for one from the next delivery since they didn’t have one in stock (these ones are hard to get too). They had all the other models in stock though and could get me a GMT pretty quickly if that’s what I decided.After about 3 weeks the watch arrived. I was expecting 6-8 weeks, so was very pleasantly surprised it was in earlier then I had expected. The team notified me immediately and when I went in to pick it up, though Linda was off that day, both Chris and Chi were super helpful and provided great service in her absence. Chris showed me some newly arrived Rolex models (not a Sub. unfortunately...or I would have bought it right then and there) and Chi sized and went over some of the points for my new BB-58. Both of them were very professional and knowledgeable as well.Overall I’m extremely happy with the service I received at this location, though I’ve had really good service at some of the other locations too, Linda and team really went out of their way to help me out and provided exceptional service. In the end I was still able to get a great watch and I would highly recommend this location...especially if you’re looking for a nice Tudor watch, as they have many in stock.

My 45-year-old Rolex watch hadnt been maintained in over 25 years. It looked beat up and it was running uncharacteristically slow. Ben Bridge sent it to Rolex in New York and the result, while not inexpensive, is spectacular. It looks like new and keeps perfect time.You just have to do this with a vintage chronometer every once in a while to maintain its value. Dealing with Ben Bridge Jewelers was a pleasure.

Went in today and was helped by Chris. Absolutely pleasant and courteous. Showed me some of the best stuff he had. They didnt have quite what I was looking for, not to his fault whatsoever, but would like to work with him again. Great atmosphere and well staffed too.

Great experience in this store today! We went in to see about fixing the link on a bracelet - Michael was very helpful. Awesome guy; lots of creativity. Not only did he fix the link, he also gave some design input on some earrings we liked but wanted altered a little to include a sapphire. Never thought about custom pieces from here but he was full of ideas! Looking forward to going back.
