Anthony went above and beyond to try and get my rig going and when it was clear I needed a tow Roberto showed up 30 mins before the estimated arrival time. They were quick and professionally getting my rig on the truck. Great driver and great conversation, got us home safe and sound, really appreciate such a personal/ professional service TowEx, highly recommended!!

Took a stressful situation and made it the best it could be. Dont bother calling other tows or your insurance company, theyll just make you wait on hold.

If you need car service -- and IF it is YOUR LUCKY DAY! - then Martin from Towex will be the one to show up, to fix what needs fixing. I left my 2020 Subaru Outback ignition on overnight (its easy to do with keyless ignitions!) and the battery was completely dead. I called AAA, and within 20 minutes Martin arrived. He quickly got the car started and advised me to drive it down the freeway a few exits and back. When I mentioned that I had an appointment at Subaru dealership later this week, to repair a broken trunk latch, he asked to take a look. He got a few tools from his truck, and in two minutes he had repaired the latch - it is working like new. Thank you, Martin!

I called to inquire about my car that’s been on the side of the freeway. I used Progressive’s roadside assistance. Progressive assigned me Towex, which is how I got this number to call.The woman on the phone was extremely rude to me even though I was being friendly and open. I know these stressful situations don’t call for a bad attitude. It won’t get you any closer to a solution to be mean.When I told her I was unsure on the process after she said Progressive never contacted them, I asked if her company could still tow my car anyways. She cut me off and responded with, “No. We will not be towing your car.”I was actually speechless at the way she was treating me.This is not professional and if I can’t call you to ask you to tow my car, what’s the point of your business.I’m not sure why I was on the end of her nasty attitude. :/ I’m still going to treatthe company with kindness but that’s no way to talk to someone whose car has been stuck on the freeway since 6 pm the night before (it’s now 9 am).
