I wanted to say I had a good experience with this company, my Driver Chris was so fantastic helpful, kind and patient, went above and beyond. Great customer service! I have nothing but great things to say about him!!

Citi towing was phenomenal their driver Frank save me a lot of money he was able to get there before the tow truck the police had called to impound my truck he did an excellent job the seeing there were no keys and the steering was locked parking that he did from the flatbed was just perfect everything from start to finish was quick and professional. The driver Frank was friendly and new what he was doing. Im totally satisfied with the service I received.

Horrible customer service. Lady in office has poor judgement and very unprofessional. They allow employees to use disabled parking as staff parking without any placard. If general public did this, they would be towed!!!!! How ironic??? BTW- My insurance company sent me to them, never again.

If I could leave zero stars I would.I heard such great things about this towing company. Set up an account. And I was looking forward to seeing them in action. And today was the day. Called them to get a truck towed. 4 hours later and they have not showed up. And they are not picking up their phone. So I have called another tow truck company to help me out.The owner Juan talks a big game but he is not able to deliver.Look elsewhere for a tow is my advice.

The young guy who works there is friendly and nice.

On the AAA dispatch side of things the guy who was sent out was prompt and friendly. He had our battery tested and a new one installed in about 15 minutes.

Gfu
