Juan is a very good person and also give me a lot help. He is so nice and patient. Even I cannot understand what he said on the phone when I was waiting for he to towing my car. But he still try to find the place that I located. Go Touch him when u have an accident.

Called they said 35-45 min. It has been over a hour just called to see what the eta was and the people won’t answer the phone or respond called 4 more times same thing one ring hang ups. Don’t waste your time. The other company was a little more expensive but on there game.

I had a flat tire on freeway last Monday. I looked for a tow company on internet and finally I called primary towing. They arrived in 15 minutes. the guy who helped me was very professional, friendly and knew his job very well. Very friendly and fast. I stock on mission gorge road with my mini van. I called primary towing and they showed up in less then 15 minutes. Daniel was the tow truck driver that helped me. He was friendly, fast and professional. thank you guys.

Great place for the business owner

Just Bad Business. The tow truck called me to confirm they were on their way and the truck never showed up. I missed my appointment with the mechanic and when I called to let them know, the guy that answered the phone was clearly making excuses, no apologies and just poor customer service. Obviously the customer does not come first to these people. I called Rancho Bernardo towing and for $10.00 more I got first class service. Stay away from Primary Towing. This is not a serious business.

Horrible horrible horrible! Dont go here! They told me it would take 30 minutes. Its been 2 hours and Im still waiting! When I called, the lady was rude and did not even apologize at all.
