Akram was my tow driver and awesome! He took very good care to mind the bottom of my Challenger and avoid hurting her. It was barely an inch of clearance when loading onto the truck but he managed to keep her safe. Akram was friendly from the start while also being covid conscious. He thankfully allowed me to ride with him too saving me a little money on an Uber and making this process so much easier. Cant sing his praises enough. Appreciate the quality work, best tow Ive had (and Ive had plenty).

These trash bags were contracted through usaa. They didnt call when they showed up. I told them where the key was and they didnt complete the service. They were called twice and they didnt contact me. Theyre scamming insurance companies. I told usaa to drop them because of the same reviews from others.

Nothing worse than a truck driver and tow company that dont want to work and milk insurance money from roadside assistance. They came by with a flatbed, could have put the Subaru on there in neutral and loaded the car. Since it was all wheel drive they cancelled him and then called a lift truck. The next driver immediately was complaining that the job would take too long because the car was in a parking lot and called me a douchebag slang. Job was never performed in the end.

Possibly the worse towing service in San Diego. They waited until my car was loaded to tell me that my insurance wouldnt cover and it would be an extra out of pocket expense for a special tool they needed to use since my car would not go on neutral. NO special tool was ever used. When I did not agree, the driver unloaded my car and damaged concrete on driveway. Needless to say, I am still waiting for a call for them to fix the damages.

Requested roadside service through USAA to jump my battery. They showed up in record time! But, when they left he left us in the dust...literally! He was flying down a 30mph road! I appreciate the fast service, but they should drive a little safer. For that, I give them four stars.

A guy named Victor that works there sold me a car . When i attempted to check it out, he said there was no need to. He said it all good to go. I then went to to DMV to register it. I had to pay $350.00 for registration, due to past dues. The air conditioning, hazard lights window shield wipers dont work. The headlights are broken. The suspension is shot .dont go there. I tried to work out a deal, but he said he didnt care. That he would go to court if needed.

After waiting 4 hours for a tow truck to arrive (I understand it gets busy) the driver was such in a rush that he took so precaution with my vehicle and ended up breaking my front bumper, and when I submitted a claim, I was told it happened because my car was “lowered” my vehicle has factory suspension and wheels! And they denied my claim, super unprofessional of the driver and specially of the company for not reprimanding the driver and denying my claim due to an assumption.

Worst towing company I’ve ever had to deal with... unfortunately USAA has contracts with them so I have to go through them. On one occasion I had a tow truck driver screaming at me on the phone because he “didn’t know the area” and couldn’t find the Panda Express I was at. On another instance they showed up 40 minutes late and then when I “wasn’t at my car” left the scene and proceeded to go work other jobs. Please don’t choose this company if you can.

Charles did an AMAZING JOB!! He was very prompt and polite. He made sure to call us and communicate his arrival and made sure that the place we were towed to had what we needed before he left. He is a God send!!! Give that man a raise!!!!

Dont go to this place the owner Victor sold me a car he had towed and said it was in perfect condition. The next day the transmission went out and I tried to call him about it. He never got back to me and stopped answering my calls. Victor is a total POS and a bad business man he will rip you off. Dont go here if you want honesty, because the owner Victor is a Fing liar.

Literally almost got ran off the road by their driver in a pickup tonight! What kind of idiot does something like that in A COMPANY VEHICLE?! After reading the reviews and having the interaction I had tonight, it makes you wonder how they are still in business?

Good afternoon. This afternoon I called a tow truck through my insurance at 9:45am, and this tow company didn’t dispatch their guy until about 12:45/12:50pm which is 3 hours later. My front right tire/side of my vehicle is disabled, the control arm, ball joints are bent and broken which means when you steer left or right, only the left tire acts accordingly. The right tire is facing outward, and is not connected to the steering because of the control arm being broken. The wheel is also stuck against the tire wall so it will not move, even if you put the car in drive or reverse. Only way to fix is to tow and get these items fixed. Anyway, Bashar (tow driver) shows up in the Hook tow truck, which I asked for. I had this same tow truck different company come and pick up my car and actually parallel park it, not being able to even drive or steer it. Which means, they CAN do it. Bashar shows up, attitude from the getgo, says that he needs my help to push the vehicle further out so he can hook my car up to the truck. I told him in a respectable way that “with al due respect, I’ve been waiting in the 90 degree heat for over two hours for you, and that’s just not my job to help you withyour job.” He said ok. Walked to his truck, unbeknownst to me, called his company and told them to cancel the service. After waiting for TWO plus hours!! JUST CANCELS IT BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO DO THE WORK! Plain and simple. That is NOT RIGHT OR OK! Very unprofessional, unpleasant, rude, terrible customer service, negligent, dishonorable, and simply uncanny to do this to a customer just because you are lazy and do not want to do the job. I’m sorry but that’s not ok. After 4.5 minutes of being there, he tells me he cancels it, I got very upset and the conversation got a little heated, he shoved me, got into his truck, and I spilled a drink on him because I was so angry. He left and I had to cal a new towing company to come and get my vehicle. Wait an additional 2+ hours. I couldn’t believe it. I will NEVER EVER work with this company again. I urge you to not work with them either. They have poor customer service, don’t want to do their jobs, unwilling to do their jobs, and take forever to arrive. Being in this type of job, you must have patience, great customer service, great talking skills, and simply KNOW what you are doing or at least put forth effort. He put absolutely NO effort whatsoever. That’s not right. I was sent a text message to submit a review regarding my experience and that’s what brought me here. I thought to myself, let me check other customers’ reviews and what do you know... there’s a whole LIST full of unsatisfied customers. Complaining about them being rude, not doing their job, lazy, taking forever, and so on and so forth. Whenever there’s an ongoing issue with one specific person, company, or entity, we have to evaluate and see that there is ultimately one common denominator which is: Quality Towing & Recovery. Take my advice. DO NOT CALL QUALITY TOW FOR ANY SERVICES NOT EVEN A KEY LOCK OUT, TOW, FIX A FLAT, REPLACE A FLAT, FUEL OR ANYTHING! You’ll thank me Later. Cheers!

Worst experience I ever had in my life. Drivers are plain rude. These people are so disrespectful and unprofessional. This company is not a good company. Any one person that works in a place i think it might have been the owner too, ( wow what a role model!) that puts you down doesnt deserve my money or anyone elses. A bunch of fakers i wouldnt even trust them with my information. Hey guys, Try being good people and see what good it does for you overall.

My driver was so nice and helpful. Got my keys and wallet out quick.

Their tow truck almost ran another car off the road by merging into their lane right beside them without a blinker. Then they tailgated them. And then they almost created a head on collision with another car when turning too wide onto another road because they were busy flipping off the previous driver.Update: our insurance company called them for roadside assistance. They showed up 20 minutes later than they said they would (an hour total wait) and then told my wife to lie to the insurance company and just say that they had shown up on time.

Bunch of rude idiots here. They did not show up and was rude on the phone when this was pointed out. Do NOT hire these morons.
