Sam helped me purchase my first home in March, 2020I could not have asked for a better agent. As a first time buyer, i was very nervous about the whole process. Going into it, I did not have too much of an understanding of what was involved and what i was getting into. Sam spent about 4 hours the first time we met to review everything and was very detailed and spent the time to answer all of my questions. (I had a lot!) He then followed up with a very detailed email outlining everything we reviewed. From that process, i knew i was in good hands. I went over everything i wanted and was looking for. He found me options and more. Within a day of talking to him, he had 15 listings for me to go check out. He set up the appointments so i could look at the properties all at once and even helped me book second appointments right away. He was available any time i had questions or needed his help. Even when I emailed him in the middle of the night a few times, he still responded right away and some nights, helped me sleep better through the escrow process. Not only did i get the condo that i really wanted, after buying the property, the place went up in value by 20k within the first few months. I highly recommend Sam not only as a first time buyer but as an agent in general. He will get you the place you want and make sure it fits all of your needs. 10/10!
