He knows downtown San Diego inside and out, and was able to furnish us with important, but not immediately observable, information about the pros and cons of buildings and areas. Even more impressive, on the rare occasions a question came up for which he didnt have an answer, he tracked it down IMMEDIATELY, talking to building managers, HOA presidents, etc. and reporting back.Hes resourceful, imaginative highly professional, and absolutely dedicated to his clientele, both before and after purchase. I had to transition quite quickly to a new job and location and was in need of renting out my property. I am in the military so I was worried about having to arrange this while across the country. I was also in need of someone to oversee renovation that needed to be done on my property to make it worth renting. I was given the recommendation to seek out the downtown condo guys so I gave them a holler and not long afterwards Jaime called and arranged to meet. He provided some advice and was realistic with his assessment of how much I should and could get for rent as well as the work that could be done on the place. I moved almost immediately and Jaime handled everything while I traveled cross country while keeping me up to date. The unprofessional, poor display of service I had incurred prior, has persuaded me to consider other alternatives. As someone who rarely feels the necessity of assessing another companies, for good or for bad, I felt obliged to break down what I had experienced. Many of the “positive” reviews” to explicitly disclose any sort of insurance document or relative forms. The credibility of their word means very little. I was meaningless comments posted since they offer little to no detail of the actually establishment. The reviews seem as if they were created by the company itself. The service is subpar at best . is so highly regarded in previous reviews displays little capability.here, Jamie, is not knowledgeable/determined whatsoever. I highly suggest you steer away from this company due to their elementary-level knowledge of anything real estate. Truly do your research before.

There are almost no words for GG to describe how well she treated me. I was stuck in OH and unable to come to San Diego to look at apartments during the COVID pandemic. I would not have a place if it weren’t for GG. Not only did she help me find an incredible place, but she advocated for me like a friend. She went above and beyond what I expected, including doing site visits with detailed videoing, as well as giving me great professional advice. It is definitely a risk to rent a place site unseen, but GG essentially removed that risk for me. I am a Downtown Condo Guys believer. I was relocating across the country for work and was given some advice from my new coworkers about what neighborhoods to search for an apartment. Even with the internets and everyones advice, I really had no idea what it would be truly like to live in an area. I had 5 days to find a place and I spent the first 3 of them Ubering around, getting frustrated and stressed, not getting calls back, sending my personal information to strange listing agents and I was about to give up and just settle on an apartment that I wasnt in love with just to make the whole process stop. Then I crossed paths with Jamie at DCG. What started as severe skepticism of the claims of how fun and easy he could make my apartment search in San Diego, quickly evolved into sense of optimism and relief. He was able to probe my needs and what I was like as a person and quickly found me a great condo in Little Italy that I never would have found and that he even managed to negotiate the rent for.
