Moved cross country and reserved the apartment unseen. Once I got here Maddie handed me the keys gave me a quick rundown of somethings and let me go on my way. Not the warmest welcome but What should I really expect?Living here currently. Moved in a little over a month ago. I would suggest not to move here. I would like to start off by saying when I moved in the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned yet. There was a strong smell of dog urine in the corner of my apartment. They came and cleaned it up in a timely manner, but it still has a faint smell of dog urine. I have two tickets submitted to maintenance that have yet to be fixed and have been in for a month now. One for a light and another for blinds that have been warped due to the sun damage and would just like them replaced. I called yesterday to get an update off tickets and did not get a call next business day. I called today and try to speak with the property manager Mary, but have yet to be able to get a hold of her. The only person I have been able to talk to is Maddie. Though she seems very sweet, I was upset that it sounded like she had no idea about the tickets I had talked to her a month ago about and had to explain everything again. Frustration with this property management company has pushed me to write this review. I will give an update once the issue has been fixed. Yes the apartment is beautiful, but I haven’t had any good experiences yet.Will update when ticket is fixed I really hope there aren’t any more issues, this has literally been my worst management company to deal with, and I’ve moved many different places in the military.Will update later if experience changes to keep as accurate as I can.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ashley for renting out our property, and I have to say it has been an amazing experience working with her. I have never seen such transparent, fair, empathetic, thorough, responsive, collaborative, well informed, kind, and hard working property manager, and I have encountered many in my past. They are almost an outlier in the industry! She is the BEST!

Trilogy advertised their loft as a Work/ Live. After jumping through all the their hoops to apply, my application was accepted, Yay! I went to drop of my deposit and met with Ashley Vitale, and thats where things went downhill. I shared with Ashley that I was going to have my office in the building and the type of business I ran, she instantly told me I was no longer welcome to rent the place, given with a large side of attitude. When I pushed back, she then backtracked and said she would have to run in by upper management, but stated You shouldnt get your hopes up and threw my deposit check back at me. It was clear that she was making up this new policy on the fly and took joy in telling me my application was now denied. As a minority business owner, with an accepted application and then being denied when simply dropping off my deposit in person, I couldnt help but feeling discriminated against. Take a look at the other reviews and look elsewhere.

Ever since this company started to manage Kenyon Square Apartments, the apartments have gone on a steady decline and continue at that. The entire complex is filthy and management does not clean once a week, not even once a month. You will find when moving into the apartments they are not cleaned AT ALL. There will be dog hair, bad smell, dirt, bugs, you name it, you will find it. It’s very disgusting and this management does not care at all about the efficacy of the tenants living in these places. Calling maintenance is a whole other story. If you don’t want maintenance to enter the apartment without you being there, you have set an 8+ hour window for maintenance to come. Not many people just sit in their apartments for 8+ hours waiting for maintenance to fix an issue. It’s extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate. Anything managed by this company is very questionable. Can’t wait to see what they try in pull once the lease is up.

These people are the worst! I never paid my rent late at all, left the place in immaculate condition and they ripped me off for my entire deposit. They wouldnt renew my lease with no warning over a bogus noise complaint that i was only notified about once. There places are terrible and they have no respect for tenants. Small claims court: see you there!

Beware of this property management company, I wish I could say more but fear retaliation
