This was the worst experience I have ever had. I waited over 2 hours for a pedicure and fullset.I had called in advance and they knew I was getting both. Instead of helping me they kept taking walk ins. . And after 3 hours the polish on my toes were not dry and and very clumpy. . Not to mention $30 for a pedicure was not worth it. Especially when I had to go get them redone 2 days later only to find out that the nail polish used on my toes was old. The place I went to had a hard time removing the polish. After $80 dollars later the only thing good was my nails. Will not be coming back. Overpriced and under quality. Not to mention customer service was horrible.

Had my gel pedicure here and gel manicure here. I love the staff who accommodate my needs, location deserve good rating, iwish I bought cash with me for tips. Sorry nails tech if ever come back ill brings cash with me.

Really great spot, very clean and COVID 19 compliant. Diane was very sweet and did a great job on my toes (even fixed them after a lil slip up with my shoes lol). Would def recommend and Ill be back ☺️

I had A Mani-Pedi here last month. Both held up very well. Nice massage, both arms and feet/ lower legs. Friendly service with fair prices. I will likely rerun when Im in the area.

Worst manicure of my life. I don’t ever write reviews but this felt needed. I felt like it was so rushed. She forgot to even massage until the very end. I honestly could use a gel set off Amazon and do a better job than Hannah. My nails are bumpy and chipped on the sides. Wack. Wish this place was good because it’s right by my place. However, when I’m spending $40 and taking up an hour of my time after a long day at work id rather drive somewhere far FAR away to get better service.

I really wanted to like this nail salon as it is really close to me.I have never written a bad review in my life but the service was so poor here I felt compelled to; here are my complaints:1) A young girl named Julia rushed through my nails to the point that one of my fingers started bleeding. You would have thought that would have slowed her down but no she continued to rush through as if I was an inconvenience. She didnt even check to make sure my nails on both sides matched.2) My nails were mismatched lengths.3) Somehow Julia managed to tack on an extra $10 at checkout. I didnt make a big deal about this at the time but it seems fitting to now include in this review.3) A nail literally broke off 2 days after having them done. I would have let this all slide had it not been for the terrible customer service I received when I came back to get it fixed.4) I stood at the front for literally 5 mins and no one acknowledged me; I had to walk up to a lady doing nails to let them know about the broken nail.5) After getting my nail fixed the lady shoves my hand back and literally says, You can go now.If you are considering getting your nails done here: DONT.

I received great service the first time I came here, so I referredq a few people here & wanted to continue to build my relationship with my nail tech Viviane. But it seems like every time I come now, Im waiting 30 extra minutes past my original nail appt. Which is odd because I was told the time was open & available. If you are busy why would you have a client book a slot ? I was literally late 5 mins & I to even waited 30 mins. But at that point, I had enough & I walked out. This will definitely be the last time I come to this location. And let alone refer people here. They are never friendly. And I have to wait & ask to see when Ill be assisted.

This is a GREAT place! I really got a PERFECT pedicure today, for a quite reasonable price! I usually bounce around to different places, but this place will have my business from now on.The place is very clean inside, and the people working were extremely nice, professional and polite. They were very focused on working and did not rush their services. They made a huge effort to make sure I was happy on all accounts. They thanked me for coming, and remembered my name, they were super sweet. So glad I found this place, I am a new dedicated customer!!!

I’ve never in my life written a review, but I literally downloaded the google app just to write this one. I had seen this place had a couple of bad reviews but I decided to go anyways because I know we can be tough as clients. Long story short, I got a manicure and pedicure with gel, and it was the worst I’ve ever had, and I feel I should mention I’m not a picky person at all. My nails were not the same length at all, the gel was very bulky and veeeery uneven, also started chipping off the very next day. I payed around 90 bucks for an extremely poor job. The towels they use are in terrible condition, makes me even wonder if the mani/pedi tools they use are new or even sanitized/cleaned after each service.

This is my go to nail place since about January when I started working in the area and I love them. Im there at least once a month and usually every 2 weeks. Its convenient. They have lots of color choice. Very clean and everything is disposable,and I have yet to get a bad mani or pedi here despite trying multiple people. They do get very busy sometimes, but its worth the wait.

I get my my dip nail manicures services done by Lynn. Though I feel it takes a bit longer than having a gel manicure, But its sure worth it. I would recommend the dip nails as they are extremely better for you than the gel manicures. In my opinion the dip nail manicures last longer and dont chip or frail the nail. I have been able to grow my nails quick and have maintained them long and even.

This salon always does my gel nails beautifully! I love that they pay attention to detail, and dont try to just do it quick. All of the women that work there are very nice and funny, and it is also reasonably priced! I always come out with my nails exactly how I wanted them.

My technician was really skillful and fast. With the price I paid, this is so worth it! I also love how they have such wide variety of colors to choose from for Gel! Definitely is my new go-to place for mani.

I really wanted to try the dipping powder and my friend recommended this place. I walked in 30 minutes before closed and they were very accommodating. They didnt rush me out when it hit closing time. but everything turns out good. Lynn is the best, She shaped my nails better than most other places. Since I got the dip acrylic powder, she actually took time to file them down to the thickness I want. I went home happy with my nails.

Ben does a great job on my nails, He is super respectful and very considerate. He has been working on my nails for over a year and he knows how to shape them well.The nail salon is very clean and well organized and the other staff are very friendly. They always have new colors and they have great recommendations for the color.Highly recommended!

They are amazing. I didn’t know how it was going to go based off reviews since it’s my first time here but I’m only half way done and already had to write a review. (As in my mani is done pedi to go). Daniel is great his attention to detail is refreshing I didn’t have to say anything. Anything I thought he took care of without a peep from me. Definitely a relaxing experience not a quick in and out though so if that’s what you are looking for maybe not for you. However, when I walked in they did ask if I wanted mani and pedi together at the same time but I just prefer separate. Really enjoyed my experience.

Lovely nails shop, clean, friendly, and takes their time. Ive enjoyed my first experience with them. There could be a wait so its best to call ahead but theyre pretty honest about it.

When I arrived, everyone was kind, sweet, pleasant and patient. I wanted gel nails with chrome and they were so happy to do so! My nail tech was absolutely lovely and made conversation with me the entire time. Another tech was assisting her and she answered all of my questions and put me at ease as well. They fixed a broken nail and it looks flawless!

Ben was great. I came in for a full set and nail design on two fingers (marble). Hes very meticulous with his work and will make sure everything looks perfect before continuing with the next step of the process. He also makes sure that you as the customer are happy with the shape-length before He continues. The appointment did take longer than I expected so Id advise to not be in a rush and set some extra time aside.

After 2 months of being in the house with my newborn baby boy I truly needed a little R&R. Lynn took complete care of me from start to finish during my 60 minute ultimate pedicure. I can not wait to go back! Thanks again.

After choosing my polish I was seated at the spa chair. The pillows on the chair were perfect. Honestly, I probably couldve dozed off easily. Luckily, they offered soda so I had my sugar fix. The pedicure was perfect! My nail tech did a great job of being detailed and quick.My visit there was exceeded my expectations. I wish I lived closer.

This place is kind of a hidden gem in the valley. I got sick of driving so far to get a good manicure, and now I am so glad I found this place! Staff is very friendly. Definitely coming back!

This salon I found near my new work place. The place is spacious and does not smell like overwhelming acrylic like other places. I think I am looking for the right place. It is clean and comfortable. The work efficiency is high and the quality is also very good. Will I come back? Absolutely.

Hannah was amazingly gentle, quick & detailed. The hand massage was refreshing. I type all day so a hand massage is always needed! I will be back to see how good her pedicures are.

I seriously love this place, A recent convert from another place that was farther away from me and not as good. The people at this place obviously like their customers and take their time on your nails, making sure its perfect. They talk to you through the appointment, and I leave feeling like I had a little spa experience. I highly recommend them and have already brought one of my girlfriends to them and she agreed. they are the best.

I can only give 3 stars based on a very nasty practice that I have experienced twice. After my toenails were trimmed and dead skin was removed all of this rubbish was shaken from the towel into the foot bath. I found this to be very gross. The first time it happened I thought it was odd and just random. However, after experiencing this a 2nd time, I see that this may be a common practice for this particular technician. AMY is her name. I would like to be clear that I have never experienced this practice with any other tech at Beemer Nails. Hopefully this practice will be addressed with the Tech. One employee can give a business a bad name.

Went with Kathy and was going to get a full set. I am not a fake nails on type of girl and she advised me that my natural nails would look pretty with gel nails. I paid $29 which was a little pricey but well worth it. Next time I fly to SD I will be coming here. My new spot 😃

My nails were done decently, but the woman who did them was very rude to me throughout my manicure and when I got up to say thank you and tip her (30% bc I was appreciative of her work)...she said thank you back very sarcastically and then said something in her native language that had all the other employees laughing and looking at me. Its a shame because i really wanted to come back as a regular....

I am not hard to please but Sophia was the worst. When I asked that she please fix my nails because I didnt like what she did she got an attitude. I kindly tried to explain what I wanted in the beginning. She walked away and got the Manager to do my nails. Result....mediocre at best and expensive. Will not return.

New Me off of Mission Center Road does a great job with powder gel. I had my nails done and they lasted a month. The color I found there was very close to the red Id been using. Now that Ive decided to go to New Me nails regularly Ive met Kathy who is an absolute artist. In addition, I had a little problem with one nail and Kathy fixed it free of charge.

I live close by so Ive tried to give them a chance many times. The work is not great and the pricing is not inexpensive, but what is most disappointing is that they have no regard for your time. 3 times I have made an appointment and showed up on time and had to wait over half hour. Today was the last draw. I waited half hour and got up and left. I dont understand why they take appointments and when they do why cant they honor it. Anyways, lesson learned. 3 times is my limit. Wont be going back.

I went to get a Pedicure. They didn’t use the pumice stone to get rid of the dead skin on my feet. I asked did they remove the dead skin, she said it would be $7 more. Very disappointed. Maybe it is a California thing, because on the East Coast, it is expected

The NewMe nails is amazing. I had a deluxe Mani /Pedi and it was so relaxing and such a treat. The staff was genuinely friendly and professional. I was greeted with smiles both times I went in. When I arrived they saw me right away. They talked with me instead of ignoring while they worked. Ban and Kathy were so sweet and helpful. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.I messed up my pedicure before I drove around the corner. I came back today and they remembered me and waved, and made me feel so at ease. Kathy fixed it right away with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants their nails done beautifully with quality and excellent customer service.

Horrible manager. Waited over 35 minutes when I had an appointment. My gel manicure started chipping after 3 days and manager wouldnt refund money. There was also two ladies complaining about their nails when I was there. Better to go somewhere else!!

I have been to 3-4 nail salons in the area looking for the right one. They all seem to do about the same, an ok job. I finally found newme nails, it was so much better than the others. The massage was wonderful, my nail technician was nice and Im completely happy with how they turned out. Im looking forward to going back in the very near future.

After 2 days of having my nails on, my pointer finger nail popped off as if it were a glue on one you’d buy from Walmart. The lady who did my nails made them extremely thin, and did them within a half an hour. First time here and will NOT be going back. Because they didn’t have the normal polish for my pedicure, they charged me $15 extra because they had to use the gel. Had they told me that before doing it, I would have picked a different color. Shame. Also but my pinky, and I bled for a while as one of my toes.

I often visit this place for getting my nails done and never had any complaints with their work. They have a well trained staff who take care of customers needs very well and know how to work in the best possible manner.

Came here for the 1st time on Friday. They did a great job on my nails. I didnt feel rushed, it wasnt packed and I could just relax. I didnt catch the name of the girl that did my nails, but overall everyone there was nice. The place is very clean as well.

Ive been a customer of Newme nails since they opened and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. The services and all of the people who work there are friendly and professional. I never feel rushed and I can count in leaving feeling relaxed.

Just finished a gel mani and basic pedicure. Wow!! I had to tell them at the end that this may have been the best mani pedi I’ve had. They were polite and very detailed. Both women took their time to make sure everything was perfect and not rushed. It may have helped that I came at 10am on a Monday so they weren’t too busy. Over the top foot/leg massage as well as hand/arm/shoulder. I don’t even think that long of a massage came standard but they went above and beyond. I will definitely come back!

This establishment does not have air conditioning and no proper air ventilation. After a two hour mani-pedi I left the nail salon feeling unwell, major headache and nausea. I spend rest of the day at home vomiting with bad headache. It was clearly the exposure to the chemicals in the polish and glue due to the poor ventilation of the salon. If the salon is trying to save some money in their electrical bill this is against the law. Nail salons need to have proper air ventilation special in a hot June summer day. I really like the girls that work here, but the owner need to improve their workplace and avoid potential exposure to all the chemicals.

Bummed because ive gone here quite a few times but this last time was terrible. I get the dipped manicure but I dont think anyone at the salon at the time had given a dipped manicure before. My nails ended up montrous, thick, and uneven in color. The nail tech also cut nearly every one of my fingers trying to file the down the powder. When I pulled my hand away because she cut me, she glared at me like I was rude. She also seemed frustrated with the dipped powder but at no point mentioned or apologized for how terrible they turned out. My fingers are still sore.

I had bad experience with the person who did pedicure to me.. she didn’t cleaned my legs properly no proper massage and directly asking for a tip as if she did a great job
