Friendly staff, great work, no cuts or knicks, didnt feel pressured into any upgrades and got exactly what I asked for. The service was excellent and the job well done! I needed to get my nails done for my wedding and I wanted a design and she exceeded my expectations! They turned out beautiful and everyone loved them! I would definitely go back!

A friend recommended this place to me, her nails always look SOOO GOOOOD so I decided to try them out and I was really nervous because the previous nail salon I went to did a poor job to my nails BUT I was taken good care of here at angel’s. Would most definitely come back to get a fill. I do not know the name of the lady who did my nails but she did such a good job and did her best and I was amazed. There was some residue from the glue or something on hands and under my nails but nothing too serious I was able to removed residue easily with no problem. Ive read the Yelp reviews but insisted on giving them a try since Im from out of town and I dont regret it I just dont like my nails, I had my intentions set from what I saw off IG. Tim did my nails and Im not sure who did my pedicure but she did a good job. I like my nails flat and not humped or thick since I have a wide nail bed but it doesnt mean I want them any kind of way. He asked if I liked and I told him no and he fixed it to the best of his ability and it turned out cute just didnt feel like staying to get them to look a way in my head and wouldve walked out mad but I am okay with it. Just didnt look how his other work looked.

This place has decent pricing, and does decent quality work. They are often busy and over book on reservations/appointments -- I dont know about you, but nothing bothers me more than making an appointment and then having to wait more than an additional 10 minutes. I got there for my appointment and then she asked me to wait 10 min. Knowing this place usually takes longer than expected, after 8 min I asked again and she said 15-20 minutes. If you have all the time in the world, this place is fine. If your minutes are valuable, I would avoid this place.

Took my wife and daughter here to get their nails done very friendly and great service if youre looking for a spot this is the place very comfortable and relaxing. It took my wife and daughter in quick didnt have to wait very attentive and the prices are very good all around great spot to get your manicure and pedicure.

Came here with my mom and safe to say we won’t be returning. We were confused about prices and had 3 ladies speaking down to us because we felt like they were up charging. It even got to the point of is calling for backup because they weren’t even speaking to us but at us and then laughing amongst themselves.

They were very efficient and got me in my three girls in within 20 minutes they also did our pedicures and nails at the same time to save time I was super happy. Each girl got exactly what they wanted the length the shape and the design. Kim did my nails personally.

I walked-in for a quick holiday manicure. Kathy did a gel manicure on my natural short nails and it was amazing! She was careful, professional, and quick. It was exactly what I wanted. I had a slight hangnail and she was very careful with it and helped clean it up as it heals. I asked for a silver accent nail and she added some fun rainbow sparkle, it was perfect and she used good intuition to do it. The ship was busy, but not overly loud or anything. Everyone was in good spirits and I enjoyed my visit. Thank you Angel Nails & Kathy!

Terrible job. Told Yvonne to fix the acrylic powder because it wasn’t even and she ignored me. I asked her to fix the color of the V shaped because it wasn’t straight it was and completely ignored me and started putting the gel coat so I can put them inside the machine and I told her to fix it and gave me an attitude and started talking her language with the other employees there. Never coming to this place nor will I recommend it to my friends.

Pretty good basic mani and pedi for $35. We came early on a Saturday morning and got right in. Mani could have been a little neater and the massage pedi chairs weren’t on.

I am so disappointed with my manicure! It is not what I wanted at all even though my nail tech said she could do what was shown in the picture! My fingertips hurt so bad and I know she didn’t hurt or cut me when shaping my nails so I’m not sure if it is from the material. I am so sad because I was very excited to try something new with the dio powder and it me out not looking good. I would like to return to get these removed and redone! As of now for my first experience being what it is, I wouldn’t want to come back.

I found this place on Yelp. Kim had so many good messages on Yelp I decided to give this place a try. Now, she is the only one that I feel comfortable doing my nails and she does a great job. This establishment is clean and its pricing is very reasonable.

1st time coming to this nail salon. I had Tim. He was great! I showed him what I liked and he nailed it. I will be going back to him for my next fill. The 1st picture is my nails and the 2nd was what I showed him.

Open on new years which I appreciate 😊 very fair prices, Kim knew exactly what I wanted and did the best job on my nails to date and Tim was very gentle in filing my nails. Overall great and will be going back for my fills when these grow out. The coffin are mine and oval are my moms.

I bite my nails, so Im always visiting Yvonne to make sure I keep them nice. I always love her work. I dont like my nails super long because I have a hard time working, but she knows how to make sure if they are the perfect length for me.

I went in a showed a picture of what I wanted and the length. I was getting a fill and had only one nail missing. Tiffany started to take of my nails then stopped midway and put the powder on them... EVEN on the nails that didn’t have acrylics?!!! My thumbs now look like nubs and so I paid $40 for 7 nails 😡🤬

Seen so many wonderful reviews on this place but this is the worst nail fill I have ever had in my life. She used dog clippers to shorten my nails and then proceeded to use dirty tools on me. Asked her to paint my nails all the way and she did not. It looks like a child painted them. Whatever you do dont go here not worth it. Would rather go somewhere that will be clean and actually do a good job.

My wife was going in to get her nails fixed and asked if Id like a pedicure. This being maybe the second pedicure of my life the experience is not high on my list of desires, but in this case I was very happy I accepted the offer. The pedicure was very relaxing and enjoyable; my toe nails had never been so thoroughly cared for!!!I dont know the name of the person who took such good care of me but I thank you very much; I suspect Ill be back for more.

Ive had good and bad experiences here. Kim and Tim are the best. They knew what they are doing and Ive always loved the way my nails looked after seeing them.Ive always called and made appointments ahead of time. At least 3 times I would request an appointment with a specific person, and when I arrived for my appointment I was seen by someone other than I requested.Most recent appointment I ended up walking out. I made an appointment with Kelly. I arrived 10 minutes early. A walk in came in after me and was seen by Kelly, before I was. I waited 10 more minutes. Some other person was going to do my fill. I wasnt going for it. Experience has taught me that I never was happy with my nails after seeing someone I didnt request.

After years of searching for a good nail salon with good customer service I finally found the place! Abby was awesome, she is very friendly and does a great job. I highly recommend this place!!

My daughter had 11 AM appointment I had an 12PM with Kelly . She charged my daughter $52 for the worse nails ever. Kelly sat another person who had no appointment and took my appointment. Making me sit there waiting for 45m. I left paid for my daughter services and will never come back. Not worth the time!!!

I’ve been here twice. The first time my nails were PERFECT. The best shape I’ve had! The second time was last week I got my usual full GEL set, they started breaking the very next day! I spent $50 on them this time around so I called two days later to let them know and they insisted I needed to pay full price for the broken ones when they all where broken just 3 were already missing. They DONT use gel powder like they are suppose too it was clearly acrylic when I paid for gel. I’m very upset because I thought maybe I found my go to nail salon. But they didn’t seem to care about the amount of money I spent just for them to fall off the next day. Very disappointed

Okay. Basically, I LOVED how my nails turned out, but getting there was rough. First of all, the lady who did my nails was rude almost the entire time. She gave me looks when I asked to do two colors, even though I had confirmed earlier that I was going to be using two colors. Also she was not gentle at all removing my cuticles, resulting in blood in two separate nails. But the acrylics were shaped beautifully and the colors turned out great. My friend who was also there with me was shocked that I left her a decent amount of tip, because she saw how rude she was being to me. Price is on the average to higher side, and I am sure there are other options out there with better service for the price.

I’ve only gotten my nails done twice here . The first time was amazing, Kim did an amazing job. The second time I came in I requested her but she said she wasn’t available till 4. I get there and they put me with Kristen. She was very nice but she cut me as she was filing & when it came to the design I asked for (Mickey head) . I already noticed she wasn’t doing it right. I asked her nicely to not do all of my fingers just in case it didn’t come out right . And she ignored me and did it anyways. All the nails came out terrible so I asked to remove them and she got an attitude . This all took over an hour and a half just to waste my time . Definitely not coming here again. If you can’t do the design just say you can’t instead of wasting my time . TERRIBLE . Now late for work .

I have been to various other salons around San Diego, most of them average at best. Angel Nails is terrific! They go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable and always do an excellent job. I just love Kim in particular! They are also reasonably priced

I love this place they always do my nails right! I always get the stiletto nails with gel. I can go about 3 and 1/2 weeks without them looking bad. All of the girls do a great job! I always come at random times and they tell you the truth about your waiting time! Appointment is better :)

Paid $73 for a set with Christmas design and $50 for a fill with glitter powder. Fill nails were unevenly filed, lifting after a week and gel coming off. Christmas nails had paint flaws, glitter fell off, nail broke off next day and by a week later they all were off. We had called to have them refunded the next day, was told we had to have them fixed then or 20% off next time, but they knew we were leaving out of state the following day, so we had no choice to have them fixed. We were also told everyone worked there for 5-10 years. 2 people that we saw working there didnt know how to do long nails or ombre. Their Instagram shows they know how to do a lot of designs, but not the ladies we saw, even though they said they could. Very disappointed. Should have just gone to our normal place.

Will absolutely NEVER come here again. I got my nails done. Spent 48 and tipped so total $55. In the beginning was told it be 40. Two days later a nail broke. Went back to have it fixed ( this has never happened before) the lady that fixed it seemed annoyed. Two days after that another broke while i simply pushed my drawer closed. They were definitely annoyed at this point. The next day another. And the next day another at this point. It hadnt even been a week. I called to let them know. The lady who answered the phone got mad and insisted I needed to pay another $30 for a fill. Now its been a week and a day im missing a total of 3 nails. Im so over it. Never had such bad service in my years of getting my nails done.

I stumbled on as a walk-in an hour before closing, and they were happy to accommodate me. A regular pedicure is $20, but I opted for the $27 version which granted me a vigorous session of foot scrubbing and moisturizer from the knee down. The woman who took care of me was very kind and throurough. Im super happy with my sparkly toes!

This place is a slice of heaven! Super clean, great technicians and outstanding customer service. There is no doubt that the salon is clean and takes the proper precautions when it come to sterilization and overall cleanliness.

This place was great, they take their time and dont rush through services like other nail salons I have been to, I nearly fell asleep because I was able to relax. They are also very sanitary whinch is very important to me as a licensed cosmetologist. I will definitely be returning and so glad I found this place.

This place is incredible. I rarely will write a review but after years of crappy nail salons these guys get 5 stars. They are so kind, pay attention to detail even more then me and I am OCD when it comes to shape and perfection. These guys and girls are a definite must. Busy all day so make an appointment. I went in today, they weren’t that busy they lady told me to pick a color so I did I waited 15-20 min before someone sat me and the lady was being rude. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was a very simple full set of acrylic nails with sqaure shape. She said she charges 5$ extra for diferent shapes which confused me because the plastic nail come in that shape anyways so she wouldn’t even have to do any filing. And then she said for the color I wanted she had to charge an extra 15$ but it was a simple color with no designs. I asked how much it would be in total and she said 60$. She also said she charges extra for how long you want them??? What the heck! So I was trying to figure out if I could afford it and she sat someone else and started working on them 😂😂 I was so shook I just got up and left

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kim! Im so impatient and hate sitting for long period of time. Kim can do a full set in 30 minutes if she has to and they last. Shes truly a nail artist.

After having a bad experience at another nail salon, I came here to try it out and I loved it . will be coming back for sure n of course my sister loved it here too :) Kim did an awesome job on both of us 💅👍

I am giving one star because the 1st time I went I did have a good experience, but my 2nd time was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I was attended by the oldest lady that works there, I should of know it would end badly when I told her I had a cut under one of my nails and she proceeded to poked it with one of her nail scrapers right as I had told her! I wanted some nude gel polish with black tips, the lady was working really fast on my nails, she even skipped some steps on one hand, I didnt want to be rude I thought, hey shes the professional she knows what she is doing. Then as she started to put the nude polish I began to see the that there were black spots in it, I told her that I didnt like that, she said she would put other coat to cover it, I could still see all the black spots, she said it was left over acrylic and there was nothing she could do, I told her I didnt like that she started yelling stuff in Vietnamese and the manager and others got closer to see what was happening I told him that the nails did not look good. He didnt even say anything to me and then they all started laughing. The lady then said she would redo the 3 that looked worse, I wanted to walk out but I had already been there for 1 hour and a half! She then proceeded to take off the polish as rough as she could with that scraper thing. Its been 3 days and my nails are already peeling and look like they are dirty, I will never go back there again, and good luck to anybody that goes with that lady.
