I love the way they do my nails and my toes! They are not too busy which is a plus for me! I think they are trying to hire more people, but if they are too busy, I just go back a little while later! Quality service!

Good job. Place is not fancy, but good work for good price. Gels for me n my daughter ( under 9 ) got a basic kids mani and we got out paying 33.

This place is amazing. No idea why others are saying they have bad customer service. I’ve been coming here for years and always leave happy. They work with great detail and take their time which is why I would recommend making an appointment. I’ve been to other nail salons and always end up back with them. Don’t judge by the inside because their work makes up for it.

Waited 30 minutes as the only customer because the staff was too busy on their phones! They also dont pay attention to the customer they are serving. The tech answered his phone on the middle of my manicure! Guess Ill still be looking for a good salon...

Pretty decent foot massage but the customer service is awful. They dont talk to you, and it also pretty obvious that they are talking about you. It needs a serious cleaning, Prices are a little pricey for the services you recieve. I wont be returning.

This place has me so upset. Iv been 3 times and each time I left disappointed and the sad thing is that 3 times was in 1 week. The 1st time they didn’t my nails it paint chipped very bad, so I went again and they told me to pick a new color and they re-do for me but they charged me to fix them. The next day 3 of my nails were already off. I went back the next day and the man was like ok I fix it for u and give you your money back. He fixed them messed them up cause u can see the polish from the other nails color I had under these nails and he didn’t give me my money back. Very upset with this place.

I came here since I live in the area after my nail lady retired from Aero Nails. I have been pretty satisfied with all the nail techs including the male one :) there have been a few chips here and there but thats normal and they are always happy to repair it at no cost and no wait.

I am so very sad to have to leave a bad review for this shop! I have been coming here since I moved to California. And over the last 3 months it has went downhill. Today me and a friend went and we got two different things done and were changed the same price!!! I got a basic mani/pedi =33 + gel 15= 48! So why was my total 65!!!!! Then we sat there for over a hour for no reason. So sad with them this time!

This is where I used 2 go regularly for a massaging spa pedicure & gel nails, however; I had a very bad experience with Mary, one of the women, who did my gel nails. I normally go with Kim, but I went on a day she was off. When I arrived, Mary rudely told me 2 come back when Kim is working. I told Mary that I needed my nails done now. A new woman approached me, so I thought she was gonna do my gel nails & spa pedi; but I was wrong. Mary came, while I was getting my pedi, & started putting foils on my nails. She then left me with the woman doing my spa pedi, while she worked on 2 other women who walked in AFTER me! When she finished with one woman, she started with the other & left me waiting! I finally asked the woman doing my pedi if Mary had 4gotten me. She told Mary, in their language, which I think is so rude! Mary told me 2 go 2 her chair 2 wait 4 her! I thought she was still gonna clean & trim my nails, file them, remove cuticles, etc; but she proceeded 2 just polish them & that was done poorly! I had part of my nails unpolished & still had old grn polish on my nails! I can do a better job with my left hand & Im rt handed! My boyfriend, who was with me, told me that he watched & timed her & that she only took about 15 mins on my nails! Kim takes an hr or more! We were both tired from waiting so long, so we left after she polished them. Mary charged me $63. I told her 2 make it for $70. Mary added an extra $3! She thought I was gonna let it slide, but I didnt bcuz I was so unsatisfied with her! One of my nails was so jagged that it got caught on my clothing & broke! My boyfriend was so upset! He told me 2 find a new nail salon. I felt badly 4 Kim, the woman who normally does my pedi /mani. I have NEVER had problems with her, but have had problems with Mary previously. I complained about her work 2 the owner, who had Kim re-do them. Thats when I started going with Kim. Mary has treated me rudely since then, even though I have been kind & respectful & even tipping her 4 poor work! I decided 2 complain 2 the owner once again. He agreed that I could have a do-over. I asked him if Kim could do my nails. He told me that she had an appt. I told him I could wait bcuz I had already broken a nail & needed the full nail service done. Mary was working on a client, but she rudely asked me what was wrong with my nails. I showed her my nails & told her very politely that she had failed 2 finish my nails. I went 2 sit down on the sofa & I heard Mary say something in her language & proceeded 2 laugh! I knew she was talking about me bcuz I heard her say, gel nails! I waited over an hr for Kim. By this time, the owner had left 4 the day, leaving Mary in chg! Kim said something 2 Mary in their language. Again, Mary, who was now sitting next 2 me on the sofa, said something in an angry voice about me. Kim approached me & asked what I wanted done bcuz Mary told her 2 charge me! I told Kim that the owner had not said I had 2 pay! Then Mary proceeded 2 yell @ me! She said she had done my cuticles, but I was very picky! I told her that my boyfriend had timed her & she didn’t finish my nails. I also told her that I didnt want 2 deal with her & thats why I had spoken 2 the owner. She still kept arguing with me & getting angrier with me! She said she had 2 finish with the 1st woman bcuz her sister needed help. She said she had 2 finish with the 2nd woman bcuz her son was waiting in the car! I told her those were excuses & NOT my fault & that my money was as good as anyone elses! @ that moment, a client got up 2 pay! I was unaware that a client was still there & heard EVERYTHING! I told Mary that she had waited 2 disrespect me after the owner had left. I also told her I was gonna complain 2 him. @ that pt, she told Kim not 2 chg me! My boyfriend & I have decided 2 go elsewhere bcuz I left the shop with a headache & DONT want 2 deal with Mary again! Apparently, Mary treats clients of certain nationalities differently & I DONT want 2 deal with this kind of person again!
