Stopped here during a short trip and was very happy with La’ish. The people who work here were very attentive and kind. I mentioned I was in from out of town and the woman who did my nails went out of her way to show me some good sights to see. And to top it off, my nails look a great!P. S. She recommended Cabrillo Natl & the Tide pools which was beautiful!

I have been getting my manicures and pedicures and waxing done here since 2007 and my son has been getting his haircuts here since he was 2 years old. I love this place! I will never go anywhere else.

I was amazed at the level of service provided. I had an appointment at the salon down the road and was told I had to wait half an hour even though I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited for 15 minutes and I decided to walk down the street and was introduced to Laish. Not only were they super accommodating and took me next in line, but the were attentive and thoughtful! Definitely the best service Ive received ever!

Convenient location with parking. The prices are reasonable and walk ins welcome. They offer nail and waxing services, and there is one chair for a barber. Its nothing fancy but I always get treated well, and often am remembered even though I visit infrequently. I think some of the girls dont speak much English, and they tend to be quieter. But everyone is very sweet.

This is one of the worst nail salons Ive been to. I came in for a gel manicure, and left over 1.5 hours later with a sloppy set of nails and a minor injury.One technician started with me, and didnt even bother asking me if I wanted to get my nails trimmed or what kind of shape I wanted. She just aimlessly started filing away, missing my nail several times because she was constantly distracted and looking away. She then grabbed the tool used to push the cuticle into the nail bed, continuing to look away several times while performing this task, resulting in a minor injury where she pushed the tool into my skin a couple millimeters away from the cuticle. This resulted in the skin eventually peeling off (photo attached). After carelessly and quickly prepping my nails, she gets up to attend to another customer. Another technician then comes to take over, but literally starts from the very beginning- repeating everything the previous technician had done. The second technician was more careful and attentive, but was not skilled at all. She messed up on some of my nails and tried to fix her mistakes by repainting them over and over again. Thus, some nails were painted with 4-5 coats, and other nails were painted with 2 coats. Definitely not worth the $30.Im never coming back to this salon again.

Ive been coming here for a few years, and I always get good service. They do the best pedicure and manicure here. Everyone is friendly, and remember what we talked about during my last visit. Nancy always talks to everyone, and the other workers make you feel welcome. I never make an appointment because they have plenty of workers, and even if busy, they are fast, and let you sit in the massage chair while you wait. Prices are good, the place is clean and everyone is professional. I came in a bit late a couple of times, not realizing it was close to closing, but they stayed open after closing to take care of me. They just got new chairs, and they are very comfortable. My feet are very sensitive, but they always make me feel comfortable and I never have an issue with their pedicures. This is the best place!

T and crew give the best manicure / pedicure plus haircut service around the Point Loma area. Zero waiting for an $8 mens haircut. Cant beat it. He does great work too. I been going there almost 8 years since the line at my old barbershop got too long.

This place is wonderful! Been coming here for years and nothing beats the service you get, and its affordably priced. Moved to Mira Mesa three years ago and was disappointed in every salon I tried, so I still drive from there just to get to my favorite salon!

The techs are very nice here and practice good hygiene. They place new plastic liners for each customer in the spa bowls, they wear gloves, use fresh towels, and Ive seen the sanitation equipment for tools. They provide hair cuts for men and women, waxing and eyebrow services, and lash extensions.The paint jobs in the past have been hit or miss in my experience. One nail tech will do a stellar paint job, but then other times another tech will do a so-so job. The last several times Ive been pleased with the manicures.

Horrific horrific horrific horrific horrific horrific they need to close this place down/ Jessica is the most evil,rude, witch of almost any salon in San Diego, most all Asian salons give really bad, mean nasty, rude service this is the WORST of the worst. As far as I know theres only one salon left in San Diego that gives kind of decent service but all the others they just rude people, and.... in their country it is not normal to care about a customer or treat people in the decent way thats why theyre so many people so many women that have a hard time going to the Asian nail salons and they retaliate on the customers that come in, and ...treating people in a horrible way means anything to their business, oh well, I hope more Americans become nail technicians because ..... atleast in America were taught that that treating a customer kindly and with professionalism and having a sanitized clean shop and clean utensils, really means something.
