My was friendly, reasonably fast without rushing or taking too little time, and her work was impeccable. Nice, clean and professional al service. Highly recommend.

It was super easy to get an appointment. However, I am not satisfied with the quality of work. The equipments used weren’t professional neither the service. I defiantly had a better outcome with self waxing than getting done here.May be their nail services are better, their waxing services is never recommended. And they are ridiculously priced for the quality of their service. There full hand wax do not include the hands and fingers ( this was news to me, no where else I have been charged separate )

Great nail salon! They are always so welcoming and genuinely nice! I have come here many times for a gel manicure and pedicure it always looks so good! I recently decided to get acrylic nails but they didn’t come out like I had expected, I ended up going back and they were really nice about re doing my nails and cleaning them up, they ended up just how I wanted them. Best nail salon around the area with really nice ladies!

Good place to get nails done. Got the emerald pedicure and it was very relaxing. Took one star off as it was super hot inside and they didn’t have any air conditioning.

This is hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Mimi is so fantastic I want to leave my husband for her. Get the most expensive pedicure, seriously splurge, I felt like I was in a euphoria the whole time. She really got every detail, every nook and cranny. She filed down layers of dead skin I didn’t even know I had. This place smelled so good and was nice and quiet and relaxing. 10/10 recommend. Also if you’re reading reviews because you have never been here, it’s hidden away can’t really see it while driving past keep that in mind. I 100000% am coming back here and this was my first time. She is so sweet and other customers stop to say hi to her as well.

Feet feel brand new

I rarely write bad review, but today is the day. I went to make my nails done and brought my bf for a companion. To my astonishment my gel manicure took way less time (20 minutes???) than regular for my bf. He has chosen an option with massage and stones so he does not to have to wait for me. In the pricelist they are supposed to be the same time, but he wanted to make sure that he is not just sitting there. Mine was done way too fast and really sloppy. And I had to wait for 30 mins for my bf. It ruined our little romantic routine, never will be back.

Im very impressed with this place. Pretty, bright, clean, and tastefully decorated salon. The employees were so friendly and welcoming. I never felt a language barrier like I have at other nail salons, and I felt the workers made a conscious effort to usually speak English around the customers which I really appreciated (weve all felt like the employees are gossiping about us, right?). Great color selection, the pedicure massage was wonderful with hot stones and a scrub. I definitely will be coming back, I think this is my new favorite salon.

Really love how my manicure turn out! The nail tech did such a wonderful job! She filed my nails perfectly. Removed the cuticles without causing me to bleed! Pretty much didnt mess up at all! She listen to all my requests too. By the time she finish, my nails were just fantastic! Really love how they look after she was done! The amount of work she put into them left me in awe!

Before this last visit, I had been to this salon twice before and had really good experiences, so much so that I thought I had found my regular go-to place and was thrilled. On the third visit I had a very different experience. I had a manicure with Susan and I can easily say of the hundreds of manicures I have had in my life this was one of the worst. I asked her to trim my nails a little and she cut them all completely off and then only filed one side on all of them so that there was a sharp edge... on. every. single. nail. I had to go home and file them myself. She then went on to completely hack up my cuticles. As in you can see on my fingers all around the edges where she cut skin and now, 5 days later they are still peeling and red. She painted the polish so thick that after 35 minutes under the heated lamp and fan they were still not dry and I smudged 3 of them while trying to pay. Which brings me onto my next point— I am not sure how their price scale works, but the previous week I went in for a pedicure and it was $19. This manicure cost $15. I am almost positive I only paid about $10 previously. So I had to sit back down after being there for about an hour already and have her fix the nails. Yes, it was my fault for smudging them, but she did not use quick dry or come over to check and make sure they were dry like the girls always do. Her version of fixing them was taking off the polish, painting two coats of color and that is it. No base coat and no top coat. Like I mentioned, I have had good experiences here in the past, but Susan is by far the worst manicurist I have ever been to. It hasnt even lasted a week. Do not let Susan near your nails!

Sandy is one of the most amazing manicurist I have ever met in all the years (40 years) I have been having my nails done professionally. She is meticulous, caring and thoughtful. She is exceptional! The rest of the staff is very friendly and welcomes you with a smile and a positive greeting. I highly recommend Pampared Hands and Sandy.

I absolutely love my nails. The manicure and pedicure made me feel so relaxed and it was an overall amazing experience, They did a great job on my nails and it actually lasted a couple of days without any chipping which is a shocker since my job requires me to use my hands a lot. I got a gel pedi and mani. Michelle is very neat. The staff are great and the manager is friendly. Two of my nails had an imperfection when the gel polish settled and I came back the next day and the manager said they will take care of it. They were not rude about at all.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. They absolutely destroyed my nails when I went there 4 weeks ago. I went today to see if they can fix it. At first, they didnt remember that it was their work. So they acknowledged how terrible my nails were. According to one of them, it was beyond repair. BUT, they suddenly changed their tone when I told them that it was YOU that made this mess in the first place. Then they started speaking in a foreign language so I wouldnt understand what is going on. They even didnt offer apology for their screw-up. Such an unprofessional service.

Everyone here is respectful and kind. From the initial phone call (Charlie!) to arriving, and meeting my pedicurist. They respectfully asked if I was interested in this or that, but never felt treated like an open wallet. Thank you Helen!! It was fun to watch the Euro soccer final with you. :)

Just T.H.E.B.E.S.T. Really impressed with the place for the first time I am here. I came with a friend today and we both had ourselves a spa pedicure and a regular manicure. Called ahead of time to make an appointment for two and they greeted us and took us right in when we get their. Very efficient service. A big plus for sanitation procedures were strictly followed. Its usually one of my biggest concern but they made me feel very safe and comfortable being here. Price is very competitive comparing to many other places I have been to. Highly recommended

This nail salon really impressed me. This is the first time I have been here and they took care of me well. I came for a pedicure and it is probably one of the best I had. Everyone who works here is very friendly and professional. The lady that took care of me patiently took her time and make sure everything is how I like it. Good quality products, reasonable price. Place is clean and its usually quiet. I only go there because Amy is so nice and does such a great job. All the other ladies are weird and sometimes rude.I usually get a Mani/pedí, only if they can do both at the same time, otherwise it takes too much time. Their gel manicure is the best, Ive them last up to 3 weeks!!!!

I really like the my new mirror style nails! Sarah is so professional lady. I broke two nails and she suggestion me to do the gel extension, which I never tried before. I was worried about if the extension nails would be uncomfortable or inconvenience, but now I have to say they feel like my own nature nails. Definitely I will come back for next time.

I really love Mimi! She is simply amazing at manicures. I work close by, walk over there at lunch and Mimi does my nails once a week. She pays close attention to details and always does exactly what you ask for. She even will squeeze your shoulders! Then I found out she was also a massage therapist! Amazing.

Very disappointed with my experience here.I went for a pedicure, leaving with a job that I could have done better. When she was complete, I asked her if she was done because she did not trim all of my toe nails (they all needed to be trimmed),there was still dirt underneath, and one of the broken nails I had was not even cut to align nor buffed.It took her 11 minutes to complete,even with the massage. She was ready to just leave, which she did afterwards.I brought this up to the man working the front and he quickly gave me attitude saying that he can not do anything because she had already left. He was narrow minded and had no concern about customer service, just how it would affect him. He did not attempt to contact the manager either, which had supposedly left.I have been to many nail salons for pedicures, but I have never had a negative experience until this.It was clean, just potent with the overwhelming smell of nail polish.I expect more out of a place like this, I hope you all do too.

I went with my sister and we had night and day experiences. My sisters manicure and pedicure were to die for. The woman did a lovey job on her hands and feet.Mine, on the other hand was terrible. The woman who did my pedicure did not trim or clean the nails (despite me asking). During the massage portion of the service, she only rubbed my legs and didnt touch my feet (am I the only one who thinks this is very strange?). My nails were done in about 10 minutes, while my sisters took 45 minutes (they really did a great job on hers) and I just had to sit and wait for her to finish. There are so many better nail places in UTC. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.*I also want to note that this wasnt my first time in. I have been about 3 or 4 other times. My other experiences were very middle of the road. If I were to leave a rating for those experiences i would put them at 3 stars.

Amazing customer service.

The place is nice and clean. Service was horrible.. I went to get a pedicure and the lady didnt scrub my feet and she wasnt going to take the old polish off of my feet. When she was finished she didnt assist with helping me put my shoes so I wouldnt mess up my polish. Im so angry it is like I never got a pedicure. I paid $ 20 to get my feet half way polished. Never going back👎🏾

This is one of the cleanest salons I have been to! Its also one of the most peaceful salons that doesnt smell like an acetone bomb went off inside. They are a little more pricey than some salons, but its worth it because this place is clean. I have heard so many stories of place that dont keep things clean and clients get weird infections. I have recommended a few people here but I cant wait to go back!

I love shopping at UTC with friends and the location is great since its at the plaza across from UTC so after shopping, my friends and I can get our nails done. Definitely worth trying out! I chose this place for the location. There are many stations, but the place wasnt too busy at 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, so no waiting. Since Im a man who only needs the basic pedicure, I dont have too much information to provide, but I can say that my experience was mediocre; Ive had better and Ive had worse. Worse is the feeling that I was rushed, but feeling that Im pampered alomg with some conversation is best. Maybe the TV above my head was too distracting; I can hear it, but she was watching it, LOL. Not sure for whom the televisions are for, and that should be evaluated by management.

I had a gel mani and regular pedi from Mary and Helen and they were FABULOUS. They were very sweet and conversational, were respectful about the whole speaking to each other in a different language (she actually translated most of their personal conversations which I thought was very thoughtful), great customer service, and great job on my nails! Before this salon, Id yet to find a place worth going back to. Highly recommend!

Got a fill and pedicure, not professional at all! They mass up a lot, I only gave them 2 stars because they did really tried to make me happy so they tried to fix everything I said I didnt like, but it didnt really worked out for them because as I said before. They are not really good in what their doing. Didnt enjoy the pedicure at all. And overall they charged me 120 for this pledger yay me

My 5 year old grandson had a manicure and afterward decided that he wanted a little heart. The women manager rudely just said NO! The rudeness of her tone was inexcusable and she couldn’t just take off the nail polish from one finger and put on a little heart.

Went to get a mani pedi and to get gels removed from my hands...she charged me extra for that but it was still only $33 for a decent manicure. Called ahead the morning of.

I went to this salon to receive a fill and a regular pedi. Menu prices were high but I figured nice area must be good service. I wanted a light pink, they didn’t have many options so I settled for a pink. I see a customer leaving with the exact color I wanted, I pointed to her nail color and they said they don’t have it after she just got her nails done. So my pedicure that was $55 didn’t include any scrubs, hot towels or masks. They charged me an additional $5 for Callus remover. Then asked me if I would like to remove my cuticles for $5 and buff my nails for $5. After making a comment that that’s a lot of additional add-on services for something that should be included, she asked me if I would like a flower for $5.. The bottom coat from my old pedi wasn’t fully removed, my cuticle still sit on my toes, my toenails were shaped uneven. And the new polish was painted on very sloppy. Didn’t even receive lotion 😭. Feet went in water, she removed my polish, fake filed my nails, and painted them. That’s what my $55 pedi included. For my fill... the girl didn’t even know how to do it. I have lumps of acrylic where she did the fill and you can see where the new acrylic is and the old through the gel. She didn’t file them to sharpen up the shape. I was told that’s an additional $10 for shaping and my fill was already $50. My nails are already shaped just needed a quick file to sharpen them up. She asked me if I wanted my cuticles clipped and I said she can just drill them like every other salon and she said they don’t do that they charge five dollars to clip cuticles. The acrylic was not drilled smoothly. It’s lumpy and has gashes from the drill. I truly believe I might have been her 3rd or 4th fill ever. So I ended up spending a bit over $100 for the worst nail service I’ve ever received. They don’t inform you they don’t include anything with their overly priced services and you have to pay for all the normal additional services. I’m an every two weeker for several years now so I know a good salon when I see one. Don’t let them rob you.

Great places to get a pedi and manicure. I got a pedicure and the girl was very professional i also had a manicure with gel she did a great job. I got susan for manicure mary for pedicure and mimi for my wax.

They were so rude! Asked for long nails and acted like it was too much to ask for then the lady gave me attitude after I had asked for her to REDO her mistake then rudely sent me to another lady so I just decided to leave .
