I came and swing through this wonderful place and ask for manicure and pedi they did a very good job very professional and friendly manner. It was Sofia and ruby that took care me I would recommend them

First time at this place to get my nails done here for my birthday from my brother as a surprise this month & got a full set done but the lady didn’t bother cleaning my cuticles up before putting the nails on. The top of the nail pretty chunky and doesn’t look natural at all. Wouldn’t come back here to get my nails done.

I staff was nice at first, the lady was doing my nails and then stopped what she was doing and answered a FaceTime call WHILE SHE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING MY NAILS, the place was gross so I thought to myself and thought “ I hope she did a good job doing my toes “ and I look down and see my toe nails done with the color I didn’t even ask for and the were AWFUL the nail polish was on my skin when they were supposed to clean up the edges

When you plan some girl time with a friend and you make an appointment and they tell you you have to wait a half an hour for a half an hour procedure it really just ruins the rest of your day. I am so so angry at them. I would never recommend this to anyone.

This is a great little nail salon. Everyone who works there is very friendly and they do excellent work.

I was late for my appointment, but the girls in the nail salon were so nice despite my lateness (I always try and call if I am going to be late or miss an appt.). The technicians do a good job and are quick and efficient. Nice experience!

Used to go to Chroma, they were nice but expensive. Been going to Bernardo Nails for about 6 months now. Fawn is amazing! Other ladies are too, Fawn is just my go to lady. Gel manicure $30.

I would not even give this salon one star! I had a horrible set of nails put on by Ivy last week. They were not shaped or even the same length! They were not buffed to have smooth sides and she didnt trim hang nails. I could go on! I went to Nails for Her and got a BEAUTIFUL repair job. Done the way I had expected them to be done the first time I paid my good money. . .

I would not come back here. Rude staffs, messy job and overpriced.

It was exceptional, but could be better, my manicure was rushed a bit and had a few bubbles. There isnt a very wide selection of nail polish colors. Normally, manicurists will trim your cuticles and hangnails, that wasnt the case for me. My nails are quite long, and they didnt trim my nails either. My pedicure was strange because normally the lady will soak your feet before the pedicure, but my lady didnt do that. I feel that this nail salon could have had five stars if it wasnt so rushed. Sorry, it was okay, but not the best expirence.

After they realized we were traveling and not locals, they suddenly had a problem preceding my card and demanded cash only. Upon informing them that wed have to leave and come back with cash, it miraculously worked and were able to produce a receipt. As we were walking out, cockroaches came out of one of the spa chairs! We screamed and they took off their flip flops and began swatting at them. Absolutely revolting!

Everyone there was awesome, the spa was very clean, and we were in n out of there. They were friendly, even though we were from out of town they did a great job on our pedis and manis..

I went into this salon looking for a simple french manicure. There was one lady in there, she started and did absolutely the most horrible job ever. She rushed even though there was no one in there. They were uneven, had bubbles and looked so horrible. I went home and took them off. Absolute waste of money and the lady was rude as could be. DO NOT GO THERE.

The worse customer service from the manager she is bad i dont speak her language but i just know she qas talkin bad things and she didnt do a good job on my pedicure bad service on her behalfBut Mrs kimberly she made me and my dauthers feel good she has the best customer service and she done my manicure and she did and amazing job
