My go-to spot for two years. I’ve had an amazing experience every time, even when I come in with crazy ideas. Everyone here put the customer first and I always leave smiling. Love my nails, they really popped & I got a ton of compliments on them this weekend. The nail tech did great, very thorough and quick.

They uncharge you like crazy want glitter on your gel, all of a sudden it’s an ombré for $10 more, honestly we went in as a group and came out paying 80 ish each for mani/pedi, it’s not as friendly, they don’t offer you water 💧 not what I was expecting 😞

They work fast and clean. Just the gelish fell off next day in one of my nails.

Jen is the most accommodating lady in town, I mean she welcomed me as if Im a going here for years already, ya I felt the warm reception and I love my V tips.. my nail artist is so cool with new ideas and she is perfectionist. I like being seated on a lovely couch and the smell of relaxing aroma, I guess thats lavender, so comforting. Another good thing is that they dont push products on me

I was a walk-in and they took me almost immediately. I will definitely being going again.

Made a morning appointment 2 days before, showed up and was essentially ignored for 15 minutes and then they turned me away asking me to come back later. Could not believe how rude and inconsiderate of customers time they are. Won’t return.

I was very happy with my nail tech and the pedicure she gave me. I didnt have an appointment and Im from out of town so Im not familiar with the establishment, but they were great. My tech listened carefully to what I asked for (I am particular) and gave me exactly what I wanted. I thought that the price was very reasonable ($25 for a pedi)!

Went to Italy Nails & Spa for the first time today and was very impressed. Jen did an amazing job with my new set of acrylic nails.I had my nails dipped recently somewhere else and wasnt happy with them. It took a lot of patience, but Jen didnt rush getting the powder off, because she knew my nails were already thin. She could have filed the powder off quickly, but instead she really cared and wanted my nails to look good. Will definitely be back!

Worst experience Ive had at a nail salon. The tech cut me as she was filing away. After I told her once that she cut me, she still kept filing. I ended up with two small cuts on each side of my ring finger. My finger was throbbing for about three days. Thank God, it didnt lead to infection, but who knows? Additionally, the shape was very unusual and my right hand and left hand didnt match. I let her know that I wasnt happy with the shape earlier on when she was shaping, but she proceeded to just move along, as if it wasnt her problem. She kept telling me she was having an off day, but still charged me full price for everything. Never going back again.

My friends and I went for pedicures and manicures and two of us were fine but myself and one other girl ended up with nails that werent filed properly and had actually sharp corners and points to them and were done very badly. I had asked to have my nails filed a little more and the woman doing my nails insisted that she had done enough. Definitely not worth the price. We ended up going to Target and trying to salvage the nails by filing away the jagged bits but they still look incredibly bad. Everyone was super nice but the quality just isnt good.My friends who got gel manicures were decently happy with their manicures, but agreed that myself and my friend who got non-gel manicures had terrible nails.

Everyone was very kind and made me feel welcome. I got a European pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and I am so happy with both! I feel so refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend.

LOVE MY NAILS! Ive been going with Hanna for the past few years and Ive never been disappointed. If you want a perfect, long, even, coffin nail shape, shes your girl!! Unless I break a nail, I usually dont have to go back to get a fill or to get a new set.

I’ve been going to Italy Nails & Spa in Little Italy, San Diego, for almost a year. Prior to Italy Nails & Spa, I was using press-on nails that would fall off unexpectedly and were, essentially, ruining my nails. Luckily, I found Jen, and she was able to fix the damage to give me the nails I’ve always wanted. Jen is truly amazing at her profession. She manages the salon and staff at the highest level, has a wonderful demeanor and does an excellent job. I’m indecisive when it comes to my nail color, so I often let her choose the color. She always has great ideas and is up on the latest nail trends.I live in close proximity to another nail salon in the neighborhood, but will choose Italy Nails & Spa over that salon anytime.Like any business, Italy Nails & Spa can get busy, so I’d advise making an appointment, although not required. They do whatever it takes to accommodate schedules.

Hello everyone,This is place is the best nail saloon in center of CA. Tracy & kayla always taking care of me perfectly. They are smiling, so clean and price is so fair. Trust me, their jail is the best one!

It was an average salon but the care that was put into my nails was exceptional. The ladies were all super nice and my lady took her time and did a great job. I will be returning for sure.

If your in the little Italy area look somewhere else.#1 the owner is rude.# 2 if your a walk in w out appt you will wait forever n they will rush u.#3 Your nails will brake in less then a week.I live in the area gave them a few chances bc its convenient for since Im walking distance. But after my 4th time n horrible experience w the owner Ill drive somewhere else.

Best nail salon Ive ever been too. Their gel manicures last 3 or more weeks on me! They always pay close attention to the details and everyone who works there is so sweet and accommodating. Really great bunch. I dont plan on going anywhere else 😊.

I love this place. Theyre the only people Ive encountered who can remove a gel manicure without completely destroying my nails! They have a great selection of colors and styles, and service is prompt and easygoing. Very reasonable prices, too.Appointments not required but HIGHLY recommended!

Worst nail salon i ever went to. shellac nails lasted not even one week and the woman was unfriendly and unprofessional. her work wasnt satisfactory at all. i dont recommend this place.

Worst customer service ever. I went twice WITH an appointment and still had to wait about 20 minutes. The manager has the worst attitude and literally told me they dont like to do chrome nails because it takes too long and its only $10 extra so it is not worth it for them and tried to convince me to get them regular the entire time I had to keep telling her I wanted them chrome over and over, then she got a huge attitude and was extremely rough and was hurting my fingers. Not only that but they came out lumpy and kept breaking. Ive given this place a shot many times and was disappointed ever single time.

Jen is a consummate professional with artistic talent to design nails and creates a friendly environment.

Manager mean to employees. Uncomfortable. Nail done were ok but shadowed by wierdness.

Worst customer service ...they rush thru my pedicure ..and had bad attitude..will never go back..going back to lena nails where they so a better job ate friendly and actually cheaper!
