A better experience than a traditional nail salon. I am used to going to Hello Birdie in North Park, and this place is similar. The quality was not as good, but I do want to come back to give it another try.

The nail service is good it’s the customer services that is AWFUL!

Prices are competitive with other nail salons. Pedicures for men are $5 cheaper than for women (figure men will not want polish). The service is good and the seats are comfortable. They dont offer wine 🍷 or champagne 🥂, which is disappointing since other salons of similar stature do offer this. They have a couple of TVs and music 🎶 is playing in the background. Good place to visit.

I have nothing but good things to say about cur bar Del sur! Every service I’ve received has been amazing and the nail technicians are all so accommodating and kind! It is so so clean inside! We need more cur bars in San Diego!

The staff is friendly and thorough. Even when I go with young kids they are patient and gentle. They definitely do not try and sell a service I dont need which I really like about this place

Absolutely horrible! The inside of the salon is beautiful and the service itself is relaxing however some of the staff is extremely rude!!! I got a gel pedicure and it was chipping within 2 days which is not okay for a $55 service. I would NOT recommend:(

This place is the worst place I have ever been. The owner is obviously struggling to make ends meet because they will nickel and dime you on everything. They quoted me one price and rang me up 20 dollars more than what they said. Some of the staff here are the rudest people I have ever seen. I watched the lady at the front desk speak very rudely to a little 3 year old girl. I will go back to see if I get a better experience and update my review if I notice a difference. I am not an attorney nor have I ever pretended to be an attorney. Unfortunately the false reviews are being made by staff and the accusations of me impersonating an attorney are false. I have never discussed my job with anyone at this establishment. I gave you that card because that’s my attorney. He has directed me to have you contact him if you feel the need to harass my family some more. Thank you for this accurate review, of your own business. I think everyone should just come check this place out and see for themselves what kind of place this is. :)

Esther is the best. Shes kind, meticulous, and does a great job at pampering. The salon is exceptionally clean! Nina (the owner) does an amazing job with making sure the customer is treated with the upmost respect. If you ever have a problem you can contact her and be reassured that she will address it.

What a super nice place. Everyone was so friendly! Ella and Fanmas lovely nail art made my two granddaughters very, very happy!

The owner is a sweetheart and is very accomidating. She helped me pick out a toe color for my dads memorial service. She listened to me talk about him a bit and found a beautiful navy blue called Russian Navy. (My dad was in the Navy). I sent the color to my step-mom that loved the color so much, she asked all the girls to get navy blue for his service. I have watched them clean the sinks after several clients and I will say its cleaner than my own bathroom. Very relaxing to go there. Appointment is better to have. The app makes it supper easy to book your services.

Best pedicure ever! Fatima took care of me and her work looked fresh and beautiful for over 3 weeks.

I had a good pedicure and gel manicure. But my 92 year old mother was told that they couldnt do her pedicure because they suspected she had a toe fungus. I jokingly said that I didnt go to the same place my mother went to and most recently, have gone to 20 Lounge. Then they started dissing 20 Lounge telling me that they take people with toe fungus. Very unprofessional. But more importantly, we were surprised that they were pretty sure my mom had toe fungus and so I asked how long they thought she had it - we were told probably a couple of years. So I immediately called Scripps and got her in to see the head of the podiatry division - we went to see him and he said she did not have a fungus at all - just 92 year old feet and toes. I dont need the negativity of this shop. Not cool to reject and embarrass old people just for being old.

I have been to this salon many, many times. The steps they take to provide a clean, sanitary environment are far above any other salons. I have had no problems with manis or pedis that I received there. I would highly recommend this salon.

Absolutely love this place ulliana is amazing patient and TALENTED as hell!! Best manicure I have ever had she rocks. Her nail art is flawless and amazingly perfect. She is masivly creative. So come get a manicure with her you won’t be disappointed. Now for a pedicure you must come see Jenifer she gives a killer amazing massage cuts cuticle perfectly great conversation she can almost put you to sleep with the massage she’s awesome you must book a pedi with her.

This place does your nails really well- I wont lie. But I have to say that the customer service is terrible. The manager especially was very rude to me- a paying customer. The women who did my and my friends nails had a terrible attitude and the manager was extremely passive aggressive and unprofessional. I will not return again and do not recommend supporting a place with such bad service

I love this place. Its a hip spot with a laid-back vibe. I appreciate the inclusivity and its welcoming energy. The entire staff is talented and the owner is personable and nice. Every time I get a gel mani and pedi it comes out so nice and I always get a ton of compliments on my nails.

Short Blonde haired middle aged customer is constantly there acting disorderly, intoxicated and ruining the atmosphere.The entire 4s complex is subject to her alcoholism.Not coming back JUST to avoid her.

This place is beautiful! I never thought about how bland other nail salons are but this place opened my eyes to the quality of what I deserve in getting my nails done. Its a gorgeous salon with blues and pink colors that compliment each other and the floors are so pretty!!! The customer service is excellent as everyone there is so sweet. Everyone is very polite and kind. The manis pedis are very well priced for what you get. Kim does my pedicures and she does a dang good job everytime. Highly recommend her. I always see little kids come in with their parents as well and I just think it is the cutest thing ever. I dont normally see that in nail salons. They have a mens and womens and childrens section so all people are accommodated. Hope this review helps!

I have 1 toe with temporary damage, I kindly asked for a pedicure on 1 foot, they were ruded by smearing my old polish around, cutting my nails carelessly and putting my sandals on with an attitude to get out.When I booked this appt 3 days ago, the front desk help couldnt been more rude by asking me what day I want...Friday or Saturday, then telling me my gal doesnt work on Saturdays.Why dont you people get some customer service skills...I was VERY nice to them.Good luck....

We NEVER write reviews like this, but we responded to the companys confirmation text for completion of our service, where they ASKED FOR FEEDBACK, and they did not respond. but we want others to know what they are potentially getting before spending $70+ dollars. we made appts for 2 gel manis with nail art, and specified we wanted leopard as the art.i actually went to beauty school and learned nails, so i could tell from the start, that my manicurist wasn’t very educated. less than a week later, both our nails were lifting and peeling. we get nail art manis quite often, and this one not only was low quality, but took over 2 hours. self admittedly, neither of our manicurists regularly did nail art and neither was comfortable, yet no one else was staffed that day (keep in mind, we specified exactly what we wanted ahead of time, AND had multiple inspo photos). my manicurist was rude and very unprofessional, cursing under her breath and sighing throughout the process, and the art came out awful. (see first photo, especially). after 2 nails, she got a slightly better idea of what she was doing, so out of the 4 nails with leopard, there are 2 drastically different designs (if you can even call 2 of mine “leopard”). my manicurist had to do mine and my friends nail art, and by the time she finished with both of us, she was so frustrated that my friend didn’t even get lotion, massage or hot towel and rudely said “kay you’re done”. in the end, my friends nails were “okay” but looked more like coffee beans. also, one of the nails is only half leopard, and she did opposite sides on each hand... for the price we pay, and the experiences we have had in the past (before this ownership) we had higher expectations. a few years ago, we had a full blown flounder and little mermaid design that looked absolutely incredible. leopard is childs play compared to that. unfortunately this was our 3rd strike, after years of wonderful service, so we will no longer be customers here.
