Kays Nails is one of Point Lomas best hidden jewels, and its my go-to location for regular pedicures. Kay and her sister are great, but theres also no one that does a poor job here, either. Great, personable service with a price that cant be beat!

Incredibly FAST and quality is good! I came on a Friday afternoon. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment the same day. I arrived and realized it was cash-only so went to the grocery store next door to get cash. Finally walked in at 2:50pm and I got a spa pedicure (the chair massage is lovely) and gel manicure done by 3:35pm. Highly recommend!

This is the worst nails-experience in my life!!! Just did it at this evening... I so want to come back my money! 40 $ for be ugly 😭 Look at this(((( curve nails............ horrible.... And on Christmas :(((

Ive been here twice in the past week, once for a gel manicure and again for a spa pedicure with the callus removal treatment. I couldnt be happier with both! The ladies are very nice as well. Ive always called ahead and havent waited more than 2 minutes.

I have been to a lot of nail salons before, good one, and I can say with confidence that this is one of the best you could trust to have your nails done. They really appreciate their customers as being nice and professional is a must. The place is clean and organized. Techs are experienced and careful. The lady was taking her time to take care of me and did not try to rush me out like many other places though the place was a little busy on a Friday. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended !!!

Kays Nails probably have one of the best services Ive ever received in a long time! Welcoming tech work here. Realistic prices. The salon itself is sanitary and smells really nice. Didnt had any chemical smell lingering in the air at all. Didnt had to wait long till a nail tech came and took care of me. Even though it was fairly pack and I went in without a appointment. The nail tech working on me was very gentle throughout my manicure. She exfoliated my hands, filed all my nails in on direction (didnt saw), used new unused soft tip cuticle pusher and removed the cuticles with ease and when she was done she massage my hand with hand cream. Just amazing services! I highly recommend going here to get your manicure done!

I really like when you are waiting for your nail to dry their is a TV in front of you to entertain. But with each of the tech here, they have great skills and are very efficient on cleaning and applying the color. I am not disappointed with the results. I can definitely say it was worth the time. And I highly recommend.

Hard working lady worked hard on my feet for 20 minutes. When the hard work is done, the higher ranking lady, maybe the owner? takes over to add the polish. I made sure to give the first lady a tip directly.

Love this salon. Have been going here for years since I moved to San Diego from NY where there is a nail salon on every corner. These ladies always do an amazing job & work very hard and fast (if you are in a rush) otherwise feel free to unwind there. Kays is always clean and always relaxing. Most everyone speaks softly and respects the other people in the salon. You can find your me time at Kays. They do not try to up sell you or nickel and dime you like other salons. Their prices are reasonable. So relax & enjoy!

Got to love the nail techs here, their services is just remarkable. The nail tech working on me was just wow, her technique blew me away. When she was finish with my manicure, I was just amazed with how mesmerizing my nails were.

I absolutely love the fact that the gel polish last for 3 weeks! Also the fact that I can walk out the salon without worrying because it drives amazingly! They have so many different colors of gel polishes to choose from

I was visiting my sister and walked in-they were very nice ladies and did an excellent job!! Their space is very clean and the massage chair was soooooo nice too!

This place says walk ins are welcome...but they are not. My friend and I have been getting our nails done for over 15 years, and neither of us have ever been turned away from a salon. This place was empty (no customers), but about 8 employees sitting around on phones and magazines. We were told we needed appointments and they quickly sent us away. They didn’t even attempt to accommodate us by offering an appointment later or the next day. Nope-We were shocked. I’ve walked into busy salons before and I’ve NEVER been shooed away like these people did to us. If any person can be so rude to your face, imagine how rude they will be to your feet!

This salon is different. Yesterday, I decided to get a gel mani, and asked to combine some different color to make a beautiful ombre set. The staff focused on her job, did fluently & gave me impressed result. Im very happy to look at this.

They were very nice. I had an injury o.j. my youre and they were fine working and leaving that toe alone. They helped me find a mail color that matched my toe mail dio out would look obvious. They were just pleasant.

OMG !!! What a wonderful salon. They have almost everything that I need and expected after walk-in. The decoration is the first thing that made me love this place. Everything look very fashionable and elegant. Their seats, tools and equipment were neatly organized and clean. After waiting a few minutes, i were greeted by very nice staff. She looked so thoughtful when took a look on all details of my nails before started her job. I got Spa pedi and mani with very resonable price.Overall, everything were excellent and i would like to recommend everyone about this place.
