I want to start by saying this place is really nice, clean, great location, friendly staff, etc. This was only my second time here and I had a great experience my first time. My dip with gel stayed on for over three weeks and I had been swimming in the ocean almost every day. The design I had gotten looked great so I knew I could trust this place!I don’t get my nails done all that often so I don’t exactly know what to ask for which is why I show a picture (shown attached). I made an appointment but didn’t specify that I would like a certain nail technician (mistake that I have now learned). What I’m more upset about is the lack of transparency. I specifically mentioned wanting a design and provided a picture. I’ll let the pic attached say all that I need it to. If the design was too advanced for the technician, I should have been told that instead of awkwardly having to tell them to not do anymore. Anyways, I would go back here but would specify the technician and would recommend asking for examples of their work if you want a great design. I don’t have time to go back so I’ll deal with the jokes from my friends until I can get them removed.P.S. some of their nail techs do dip your fingers in the dip powder container which I’ve heard is a huge no-no. The gal who did my nails the first time did not though so just make sure you ask if this is something you are concerned about!

Definitely recommend this place… went in for a Gel mani pedi, and was treated like a queen! :). After they finished, I was given the most relaxing foot massage and pressure point hand massage!!! I was in Heaven!!!The establishment is super clean and welcoming. I will be coming back!

Inailology is by far my favorite nail place in San Diego! I always leave happy, they do a great job with all nail services but especially dipping powder in not making it too thick and it lasts 3-4 weeks! 100% recommend!

Amazing! We met a new tech today named Amber and she was fantastic! Great nails and great conversation! Kevin and Linda (owners) are always wonderful and have been for the 3ish years we have been coming. We love the entire team!

Being a fashionista during Covid-19 can be tough. Alas, iNailology has come to the Queens relief. Coupled owned salon with full services. All nail services... natural, gel, powder, acrylic, dip baby dip, etc.Increased safety and sanitized practices... pre/post Covid. All patrons must have face coverings. We know you love pets, but all customers do not, kindly let pets rest at home. Easily located in Bankers Hill. A block across Balboa Park. Metered parking is currently free until Covid-19 release. Two customers at a time. Prices are moderate. Im a teacher and think prices are fair. Since patrons are limited highly recommend to call for an appointment. High quality service, respectful, friendly, thorough knowledge of products and conversations are by choice. Yes, I would recommend even if you are committed to another salon.

God it’s been so long since I’ve been to a good nail salon with decent chairs and great massages! Texas is not the best place to get pampered, but Sand Diego sure knows how. I want to go back on vacation just to sit in these chairs. They also Do a French manicure the proper way.

Very disappointing. I went in right when the salon opens. Two other people were being helped. I was told to choose a color and sit down. I did. The air-conditioner was not on and it was extremely hot. No fans. I was not informed how long the wait would be nor was I acknowledged again until I got up and said I was leaving. I have been there two times before and it was a decent experience but I definitely will not be going back. I will not be referring anyone to the salon. I will go back to my original one where I was always treated perfectly And the work was exceptional.

Pleasant and clean establishment. The woman that did my pedi was excellent, from start to finish. Her massage was divine. I did not get her name but I can’t wait to go back. The gal who did my mani was sweet and did a good job but the massage was a little too soft for me. The gentleman finished my fingernails to a polished shine. He was very polite and friendly. Overall great place with an amicable staff. Highly recommend and intend to return.

I was really happy to see a new nail salon so conveniently located for me. I have already been in 3 times and have received excellent service. I’m very particular and have very sensitive nail beds. Kent has helped me all 3 times and has done an excellent job. Everyone is really nice and the place looks awesome.

Nails turned out great! And as a bonus they served us a glass of wine while we waited. I’d go back for sure, it’s just a very busy spa so the wait time can be a bit long.

I love this place. I get my lashes done here and it’s the only place that I don’t have the problem of lashes falling off too soon. The place is good for nails as well, but every technician is different of course. I can’t remember the name of the girl I like yet because I had different people every time. I’ll figure it out soon as I will be back for my lash fill.

Given this place 3 tries because it is conveniently across the street from my job. 1st and 2nd time the work was ok and the was no wait time. But it took over two and half hours for a simple manicure and pedicure. The 3rd time was really bad. The nail tech was extremely rough. While trying to remove my gel from my toes, she pushed so hard that half my toe nail came off. She then tried to glue it back on. It was terrible.

First, their services are not quality. My gel nail polish peels in about one week and that has never happened. There is almost always paint left over on my skin as well. Second, they have no regard for the safety of our community as they are currently operating in violation of stay at home orders. Take your business elsewhere!

Mai is the best! I love how they have colors on a reel instead of having to look at every bottle. Great job.

Had an appointment at 9:30 AM, showed up at 9:33 AM and they had given away my appointment already. They didn’t try to call me or at least informed me about giving away my appointment when I walked in. So I fill out a form and get told to wait, someone will take of me shortly. After a while I get seated in a pedicure seat with a foot “bath“ (just water, no bubbles). Twenty minutes later - it was 10:05 AM then and the water was cold meanwhile - no one took care of me or talked to me about the wait. So I left. They didn’t even try to apologize or offer anything to keep me there. They actually seemed surprised I had left after sitting around and waiting with an appointment for more than 30mins. Very unprofessional.

My nails lasted for 4 months !!!! Had to do fills but still.... The nails did not break!
