Love this place. I am from Maine and here for work, needed a place to get my nails done, this is the place!! Second time here and had Jenny do my nails and she fixed them, told me what I should be doing for my next visit as my real nails are long now under my acrylics. Make an appointment!! Tons of color selections and options, if you have a pictures they can do it here!!

I do a better job myself. There were weird lines by the nail bed, bumps throughout, and indents. I asked her to fix them and she fixed one nail that still ended up being bumpy. $40 for mani pedi that doesn’t even look good.

I thought the point of going to a salon and paying $80 to get your nails done was to not have to go home and fix them yourself because the technicians refused to uphold the 10 day warranty they offer at time of service. I have been going to this salon for 8 months, always had subpar service but continued to return because the technicians were nice and the location was convenient, however, after my latest experience, I will not be returning, nor will I be bringing my family, friends, or out of town guests for their service.

They hurt me on my left feed. It was bleeding as well. I dont know, I wish they would have been more carefully. I also think the pedicure should have been, better. Pay attention to everything.

This place is really clean everyone is really nice. I suggest to make an appointment because it gets pretty busy fast. Great prices really calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The owner has no idea about customer service and how to time the services to get customers in and out. There is only meter parking and waiting over an hour for service is unacceptable. They need more staff or a better system to schedule customers.Get it together or we are taking our business somewhere else. #customer service #new business makes money.

I came home for the holidays so naturally, my first stop was the nail spot. Made an appointment for a regular spa pedi & full set. Lenny did an amazing job on my pedi. Jenny kind of stole the show with her intricate nail designs that we crafted together. I had a different idea in mind but let Jenny take creative control and I absolutely love my nails!!! I had so much fun picking out dried flowers for my nails. I will always return to see Jenny when I’m in town!

Had a full set done. Had to go in for “warranty” work 9 days later (just inside the 10 day warranty). 3 days later, the same 2 nails came off, and the rest came off 2 days later.Also, the pedicure I received on my first visit was PAINFUL. Also EVERY. TIME. I visited, I asked for polish but got gel instead (and charged for it)

Amazing!!!!! I 🤎Tracey (manager). I’ve been coming to the nail spa since April 2020 and she *ALWAYS* takes very care of me. Loss does great work on my toes; it’s literally perfect. The Place is very clean and covid friendly. I’m a germ-a-phobe, so I look for those things. Love it there

Loved going here before the pandemic and I am so glad they reopened. I got their royal pedicure and manicure. The calluses on my feet were bad but they took care of them.

I was able to get in same day, with 4 friends. The space was clean and the technicians were very friendly and attentive. My nails look great. Tons of colors to choose. Free beverage offered, which included mimosas and coffee. I like that they have a 10 day guarantee. I highly recommend .

Tracy and the staff are amazing. I found my new favorite spot. After my nail salon canceled my appointment i was frantic to get my nails done. They willingly took myself and friend and did our nails way better than i expected!

I’m bummed to give this review but this is the third and final chance. I don’t know why they bother scheduling appointments because each time I’ve been here I waited an hour or longer to be helped WITH an appointment. They overbook and the order in which they help people is super off. I’m not one to make it a big deal usually but waiting over an hour each time is not okay, especially since it’s not as a walk in.

I am very disappointed that I should even write this review, as I enjoyed visiting this salon. Minus the few times I have felt anxious from my nail tech (sometimes she could care less I was there). However, she did a good job on the nails, so I was a returning customer, very generous tipper (sometimes 50 percent of my tab)she did her job, and I was on my way. I realize this may come as a shock to other customers of this lady, but I cant deny the truth on this.Here is what poor service happened to me.We set up appointments via text. I had a pedi and mani scheduled after the long wait from Covid, and was very excited to come relax (who isn’t right?) Upon receiving information this morning that my daycare coverage for my son was going to be cut short, it left me with less than an hour to get both appointments done, and the salon isn’t allowing pedi and manis at one time for now due to Covid).I immediately text my tech Sarah to let her know and to see if we could either move up our time or I’ll have to stick to one appt today and reschedule the next. This obviously sucks for us both, but it is what it is. I am a single mom, and have no choice with a 3 year old having no childcare last minute. I also realize she is, and wanted to fix this. Life happens, I am doing the best. Either way, her response was completely unprofessional, unacceptable and just plain rude. I expected a response to figure out a plan, and of course I would have paid or worked something out (Afterall, I have always been a great customer and considered her more of a friend at this point). Instead, I received a nasty text telling how she has been out of work for 3 months, how I don’t pay advance fees (was never asked to and would have) and that she has more important people waiting. I was shocked and thought that was completely unnecessary.For one, I wasn’t cancelling, 2- I had plans to pay and rearrange one of the two appts. 3- after all the business I have given and referred to her, this is my treatment from her in a completely uncontrollable situation.The DISGUSTING part- when I went to clarify my situation, and to make the plan to pay or do whatever necessary, she BLOCKED me. This is how someone treats clients??I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and this is not acceptable. Not only has she lost her biz from me. But to her colleagues and the business as a whole.I completely understand how she could feel if I was just high and dry cancelling, but that is not the case. and I was doing the very best I could just to be treated like I am not valuable, and to cause even more of an inconvenience for everyone. I am thoroughly disappointed, obviously upset, and forewarn anyone wanting best in class service from this lady consistently. Doing a good job on nails only goes so far when I give repeat business, lots of money and referrals. All around disgusted.PS- Sarah, when you do read this, I hope you realize that your attitude has cost you more than just an appointment. Yes, I do know you have been out of work, and YES I had plans to generously take care of you no matter what as I always do. I know you are a single mom too and I do get it. But not after your shocking response.Maybe consider that next time you immaturely block someone as a customer for having basic life incidents happen. Rethink how you treat your customers. Especially the good ones.

Super cute place lots of chairs so the wait is short .. they do a very good job with the pedi or manicure, lates music playing and you get a complimentary alcoholic beverage... we order a mimosa which they were out of but they went out of their way to get the champagne and get us what we wanted. Definitely recommend this place.
