I use to go there every month, every time I get to give to Hanna a challenge and she never disappointed me.

The nails were ok but I paid 55 for the simple job they did, anywhere else charges around 30 for this. Then they put glitter on my toes without asking and I hate big chunky glitter. Then the piece de resistance, I tokd the tech to just clean up my eyebrows and she completely waxed off the tail off my eyebrows which took me forever to shape properly, the technician just said you can draw on tail with pencil. I dont wear makeup. Never going back.

Moon Nails is great have been going there for 10 years. Every single one of the Nail Techs are Awesome. Lam has been doing my nails the entire time.

I just had a facial with Cindy B. It was WONDERFUL!! I’ve been coming to Moon Nails for over 25 years. I’ve always been completely satisfied; the staff is so obliging, wanting to make your visit an enjoyable, professional experience. I would recommend Moon Nails (and I have) to anyone—men, women, and children!!

The manicure was so so nothing special. I did have to ask her to clean my cuticles which I thought was odd. The regular paint lasted a whole...day before it started to chip! I called and ask if she could fix it since I still had my receipt but they said no, sorry I should have got gel. I know the gel craze is the rage but I like regular polish and finding a place with non thinned out regular nail polish with a decent top coat is hard. I didnt have any other service so I would be of no help with acrylics.

Great local place to get your nails done. They can get the lunch crunch done for a manicure and pedicure if you ask. Prices are fair and same as other nail salon in area. Im not a fan of a hard massage but if you are ask for a shoulder rub and enjoy the little old lady that works you over!

Have been going to this nail shop for over 15 yrs. Always happy with my Mani & Pedi. Everyone is exceptionally happy, polite and one big family. Even when the shop is busy, its always hi. And when people leave the courtesy is extend to say bye. This is the only nail shop I go to. Love it!

Lani did a wonderful job with my eyebrows just now. You cant beat a $7 eyebrow wax, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes!

Great pedicure. Polish stays on nicely for weeks. Massage chairs work and the nail technicians are friendly and attentive.

I have been going here since 1995...when I moved to Scripps Ranch. Some of the same ladies still work there. I always enjoy my time there. Love the end result!

I took a break from manicures for about two months after getting frequent gel manicures. I buffed my nails weekly and they were growing back stronger.I came to Moon Nails & Spa for my first natural manicure in several months and the manicurist used a coarse file on the top surface of my nail. I was given an excuse of why it was necessary. The surface of my nail is now all scratched up and rigid. I won’t go back here again.

Since I can’t give zero stars. I knew she messed up my eyesbrows for my wax when she handed me the mirror but I didn’t realize how badly until I got home. I’m horrified. She literally wax half of one off and made them 2 totally diffenet shapes. My 2 year would have done better. I’m so irritated.

I wont be returning here...when I first walked in l was not welcomed in the same manner others were welcomed..is like I didnt belong.....then the man doing my feet was rough and was rushing as if there was a line by the door which by the way the place was empty.. He cut my toe nails to short and then tried to place a sharp nail tool under it..gggrrrr painful...only one star because I could not leave the spot empty...worse place ever.. #dissatisfied #zero

They do a great job with waxing and they make sure that your ok and not in pain

They charge 10$ extra if you are a bit tall. Their work is not impressive and I wouldnt mind paying the extra 10$ if they did a good job. I wouldnt be coming back to this place.

Very pricey, the service was OK. Not worth the price. Over all very clean. I dont think Im gonna go back .

They did a great job. My only complaint would be doing the manicure at the same time as the pedicure was painful.

My daughter was just there and she came home very upset and her nails looked so dry and was bleeding on the cuticles. Pictures show and the job was done poorly. Thats an awful job and I will come get my money back after I send the pictures off her damaged fingers to BBB business, and post it on all of our Facebook. I felt bad for her and as a mother Im more irate and upset.

The staff is very nice, skilled and friendly but the chairs are horribly uncomfortable, scratched and old. Ive gone to then for years but am switching to a place that invests in their business.

The ladies here are all eager to please their customers.
