Ive never gotten my nails done here but I go out of my way to get my pedicures done here because they do amazing!!! The pedicure itself is nice and my polish always lasts so long without chipping!

I absolutely LOVED the job they did. I recommend Mindy! She was so kind really gentle with my nails. Made sure I liked the way they looked. Im coming back!

Terrible experience, the mani went really bad. Dont recommend it. The employee painted my nails in less than 15 minutes, the Polish didnt dry enough and it was all bad by when I arrive home.

It’s reasonable but good quality. She treated ingrown toenails, which was really nice.

Discusting pedicure. I could have done it myself. I told the owner for a redo with another gal and she refused. These photos are after the owner tried fixing my pedicure only to clean around the nail and add more polish. There was three nail techs available. Art nails should not have charged me and let me walk away with this embarrassing pedicure. Take care of your clients especially when you have techs available to do it right.

The lady was quick, I came in to to my eyebrows the price is low (10$) and the service is good .

Popped in here during a break for a quick manicure and pedicure. They were fast and efficient so I got to have some extra time for a massage as well! Would like a broader range of colors. Cost was great

The reason why they are getting 2 stars is for the sole purpose of how the owner or whomever is at the front desk is always asking for extra things, not everyone who walks in the door has 5 dollars or 10 dollarsfor tips or massages, etc. THE nail technitians were great its just her I didnt like so she really should stop that because that caused her to loose my business. STILL IN SEARCH FOR A GREAT NAIL SHOP...... all suggestions welcomed.

I was ok until after ordering a full set of acrylic nails, was asked to pay for my nails around 5 times... And I knew this was because the nail tech was worried I didnt have the money to pay for them... I do t appreciate treatment like this, I pay attention to everything, and noticed I was the only that was approached in this manner. The tech was short with me, and even cut)burned my nail with the filing board on 2 of my fingers. Needless to say my polish got ruined by the tech as well, I asked for a clear coat with a little sparkle, and he coated my Hot Pink Nails With chunky Silver Glitter, Leaving Them With Areas Of Heavy Glitter and some Spots With No Glitter At All... I Used To Recommend This Shop, But Now I Regret Taking A Hood Friend There....* 1 Star

I give this place one star because the owner manager lady doesnt ever listen to the customer, shes real cocky and high on herself speaks almost no English and shes very rough when she gives a manicure or when she does any other nail service and then the people that work there are very unfriendly most likely because of a very bad management unfortunately all these places they dont respect Americans and they dont know how to treat us..... if they would learn how to run a business in America it would be so much easier but I would say no to this little old dive in Hillcrest

Ive been going to Art Nails for many years. They do a great job and are the lowest prices Ive found. I think the review below casts shadows on their honesty. My experience couldnt be further from the truth. I had an emerald ring that my parents bought me when I graduated from high school. I had recently cleaned the ring and had put it on a bigger finger. I went to get a full set. When I went to wash my hands, the ring went flying off. I couldnt find it in the salon so I thought I just didnt wear it that day. A month later when I walked in, the owner had my ring. Anybody working there could have kept it. I was thrilled and very grateful. The people working there are kind and honest.

This is one of the shops where I get the pedi spa for my feet. They do a good job, massage included. Just be ready to spend more w each extra service they offer, they are very good at tempting you with a longer foot and leg massage for an extra 10.00 and/or a shoulder rub for 10.00 more, foot scrub, etc. You will leave feeling very relaxed.

The technician was making jokes about my hands the entire time and said looks like alligator under her breath. Be careful about agreeing to any service. If you get the spa service with pedicure then exfoliating is not included and they will up charge.

They did a great job. My gel nails lasted a little over 4 weeks. The prices are very reasonable, and I will be back.

I came here and I really liked the prices that they advertised. Yet, everything is extra. It’s like deciding to fly spirit for the first time and everything cost extra. If you get a pedicure it’s extra for them to scrub your feet, for them to give you a massage on your foot that comes with a pedicure, and extra for the slippers that usually come for free after you get a pedicure. I’ve been to a large number of nail salon and this is the first time someone has told me I have to pay for the slippers.The only reason I gave this place a two star is because one of the ladies I encountered with did a really good job cleaning my cuticles. She’s a little older looking woman and she seems very kind. I noticed that she does take her time with her customer.Otherwise, this is was my first and will be my last.

This is by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I got a fill and gel polish and my nails were done so thin it was practically the thickness of the nail tip and the gel peeled and chipped within an hour of leaving the salon. I live out of town and called to complain and ask for a refund the next day and they refused. Absolutely terrible quality, prices are too high and the customer service is dreadful. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have been going here for 7 years. They take credit cards whilst others in the area only take cash. Its decor is late 80s...no kidding, but they recently got new massaging Spa chairs. Ladies are very friendly and dont upsell you too much and if you do buy an upsell they do a great job.

Terrible.Came in for the price(which isnt accurate because they charge for each aspect of service i.e. cleaning, scrubbing, type of chair...) and polishes. One lady was very nice and she worked on my feet while a man did my hands. I was getting acrylic removed, when the started to hurt so bafly I was jumping in my seat.He kept saying sorry, but continued to hurt my nails, mind you, my nails underneath are a decent length, but when I looked down at them two of them were bleeding from bring snatched off.I told him I dont want any polish and to cancel my manicure, do he proceeded to clean the dust off my nails and then POURED ALCOHOL ON THEM!If that wasnt bad enough, the woman painting my toes finished up (and she did well) but then sent me to sit under the fan. For GEL polish...I asked if they had the light for the gel and they didnt.I say under the fan and regular light for about thirty minutes maybe more, but at least thirty and realized my polish was still super wet.I just put on my shoes, paid, and left. Just go to Beauty Spot or Tippy Toes... both like 400ft away. Thats where I have to go to get my nails doctored back to health. Good luck.

Horrible! I dont know how the hell they get best in San diego. Less than an hour later nail broke on top of that no hot water for the pedi spa just a total mess! Just when I thought I found my new life long nail tech. I forgot to mention the rush job. And they dont wanna refund! Their products is cheap

Dont get gel it lasts 4 days and bring sandals . I payed 65 dls and 3 days later had no manucure and a horrible pedicure.
