Broke my nail (middle) cleaning. They did a great job fixing it. Always satisfied with their work!

Service was quick, however nails did not last very long. Nails started breaking within the 8 days of having them.

The ladies were nice, booked an appointment with a friend and waited about 10min for our turn, which is understandable. However, 2stars bc my toes are already chipping and it’s been 7 days! My pedicures always lasts me at least 6wks, and it just wasn’t a good thorough pedicure (cuticles, massage, scrub). So disappointed, will not be returning.

I like coming here. The salon is clean, staff is friendly, scheduling is easy. The quality of work was always 👌 fantastic. Thank you for your service

Lovely attention to detail, hundreds of interesting colors including holographic shimmer, clear about prices, and the gels last a minimum of two weeks without issue. My favorite salon in north park, its the only place Ill go to! Complimentary wine is an added bonus

Quick and pleasant! Had a great experience with Vincent (pedi) and Laurie (gel). They had all the good nail polish brands and the salon is comfortable and relaxing.

Free wine, yes please!The service was good, even if there was a little bit of a language barrier and I didnt get exactly what I was looking for.While I was there, a party of anti-vaxxer women came in bragging about how their children, who were in the salon with them, were not vaccinated, and of course none of them were wearing masks. At least the wine helped me ignore the ignorants.

First time here. Me and my daughter came in for mani pedis and really enjoyed the service we had. They are taking extra precautions to make sure everything is sanitized:) we will be back.

I received a full ombre set and gel pedicure. It was my first time having my nails done in 15 months (due to Covid). I am beyond thrilled with how they turned out. My technician worked with me to make sure I was happy with the shape. This is my new salon for sure!

It was a very nice and relaxed session. The staff were all friendly and polite. All of the equipment and tools and chairs were all cleaned between patrons. The tools and clippers for each parton comes in an individual sanitized packaging. For a male focussed Mani/Pedi it was very reasonable on the price, considering that you get as massage of your arms, hands, calves, and feet.

Everyone is nice and professional. They take their time with you and you feel relaxed after your appointment. I love this place.

I received a manicure, pedicure, and facial. The facial was painful, my face felt tingly, and my face was really oily and still had a few blemishes on it afterwards. The manicure and pedicure look nice but the lady who did the pedicure did not do a good job with the callus removal. The people were nice and I am grateful they are open. I left a decent tip to be kind but I won’t be coming back. So far this place and the beauty lounge are disappointing. Hopefully there is a more decent place in this area.

My nails turned out great! only complaint is my feet arent as soft as Id like after paying over $50 for a pedicure.

Friendly from the start... I love the service of this place. Everyone was nice and helpful (especially Vincent) and the shop itself was so cute. They were very attentive and even offered me a glass of rosé as I got my nails filled. Overall a great experience and I hope to bring my gal pals next time I come in!

It really depends who you get.The pic here is my manicure from today. Ugh, I could have done a better job myself, even painting with my non-dominant hand. Not worth the 40 bucks or however much it was.My gel pedi (not pictured) looks twenty times better - done by a different tech.The ladies are all very kind. You just never know what quality youre going to walk out with - Ive had an equal number of good and bad jobs here.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to, and I have been to my fair share, having lived in Boston, NYC, San Francisco, and a few other cities. Because I love it so much, I booked an appointment (in advance;)) for 6 members of my wedding a couple of weeks ago. Everyone was so impressed, and agreed that it was their best experience ever. Highly recommend! Be sure to make an appointment, as this place books up fast, with good reason. Thank you, P/W team! :)

This is by far the best Nail place in North park. My gel manicures last WAY longer than they should and my pedicures are flawless every time. The staff is great and theyre always able to get me in and out fast. Love it here!

I love getting my nails done here. Friendly service and clean facility. Staff does excellent nail art designs and is very in-tune with what customers want. I look forward to getting different looks each time.

I absolutely love coming to Pink & White! My nails always look great when I leave here! They take their time and never try to rush you out the door (like at many other nail salons). They truly care about the quality of service they provide and want you to have the best experience! 💅

I love this place. Its a bit on the pricey side but totally worth it in my opinion. They give amazing massages and really pay attention to detail throughout the entire pedicure. Definitely a go to spot when I want to pamper myself!

My pedicure was great!

During my pedicure the technician lifted the side of my toenail and clipped it with nippers. I thought it was very odd. 2 weeks later my toenail is damaged & half of it has separated from the nail bed. It’s going to fall off. This is not what I paid for! The owner tried to explain it away as an athletic injury, but seeing as though I have a back & knee injury, that’s 100% impossible. I haven’t gone for a run in 4+ years. Pink & White accepts no responsibility.

Everyone working was extremely kind, helpful and polite. My old nail place wasnt really cutting it so i decided to search for a new nail salon, 3 places later I walked in to Pink & White. I can be picky with my nails and know exactly what I want. They helped me pick gel and chrome colors so I would get the perfect shade for my nails. The attention to detail here was amazing and they kept checking to make sure my acrylics were coming out the way I wanted shape and color. My nails came out beautifully and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Give them a chance and theyll blow you away.

I paid a lot for a gel mani that started falling apart that same night. By the next day I had two nails chipped, and by the time they fixed it they had to redo a whole hand. The only reason I didn’t go back again to get the other one done was because I left town. They were cool about redoing the work, but I shouldn’t have to go back. Do the work right the first time. Prices are also high

Broke my nail.. needed a quick fix. Place down the street QD? Was packed with 3 people in line. Googled this only 4 minutes away and they were so sweet. The place is gorgeous!!. I am really impressed. They have great customer service. I thought because of how nice.it is they would over charge and they didnt!.. they just charged me $5. David was my guy. He made a mistake and when I pointed it out he quickly fixed it. No problem at all. Will def. Be back. This is a great place to go with the girls for.sure!!!

The staff are friendly, polite, and have a sense of humor! The Best components are their Expertise with acrylics and Their Sterilized Tools. Ive had acrylics for Years and this is the first salon Ive been to with packaged, sterilized tools.When I initially looked into the shop all were engaged and customers were smiling. The set-up which includes packaged, sterile tools was the deciding factor. Im very happy to adopt this new shop...my new home for my treasured acrylics!

I came here to get my nails done for my wedding with my mom and two girlfriends. We decided on this place from the pictures which made it look fun and clean, both of which are true. We made an appointment weeks in advance and when we arrived they were ready for us. We chose our colors and sat down in their beautiful reclining chairs. About half way through I started to have second thought on the colors I had chosen for my toes and then realized as my technician was finishing my nails those were the wrong color as well. One of the owners promptly came over. Helped me choose a beautiful color that complimented my dress perfectly and then redid my nails.I was so pleased with how politely and kindly they helped avoid a terrible decision. Definitely recommend and will be going back. As I am writing this review almost three weeks later the shellac is still on all nails and other then my nails starting to grow out they still look amazing.

Great service. Quick and efficient. I love that they take walk ins, they are very flexible. My gel manicure always lasts me past two weeks (sometimes three) with no chipping our peeling. Very clean and sterile.

Ive been coming here for about 1 great and I wont go anywhere else. Professional. Do a great mani&pedi. Great place for a girls day (or YOU day) and have a glass of wine, get your nails done and relax. Highly recommend!

Ugh、 never coming back to this place!I dont care how much I pay for my nails but the pricier the more I expect to leave happy and dry nails.Nails were done took over 1hr. To do acrylics and pedicure.Well I asked many times if my nails were dry ready to go and they just ignored me and said yes many times....Well I left thinking my nails were done and ready for a wedding the next day.Well to my surprise my nails were ruined when I woke up next day.

I dont know what kind of acrylic they use but I went in for a full set, and one of my nails already broke off went back the next day to get it fixed I was only in San Diego for 2 days definitely not worth my money if I have to go back to you. And now I another nail is chipped I dont know what acrylic they use but thats not okay and now I have to pay for someone else to fix it

My family was in town on vacation and we happened on this place through Google. Great experience. Pampered my 7 year old princess, and my and my husbands pedicures were great!

Ive been coming to this salon since it opened years ago and today received the worst service from the front desk lady who said her name was Twee. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in for my appointment and waited as all the chairs were full.My appointment time came and went and I was told it would only be a few more minutes, at the time I was the only person waiting. Another group came in after I did and when a chair opened up the lady told me to move where I was waiting and go wait for another chair in the back of the salon.I asked why I was not being given the first one that opened up as I had been waiting and had already had an appointment for which they were late for. She told me she was saving that chair for the other ladies as they wanted to sit together. At the time all the chairs surrounding the open one were filled with other guests who where nowhere close to being done. I let her know that they were already running late for my appointment and could not wait for another chair where the girl had not even begun to paint the current occupants nails. Twee was incredibly rude and said I would have to wait as she wanted to save the chair for the other ladies. She did absolutely nothing to try and remedy the situation a d acted completely unprofessional. I could understand if she had asked if I minded waiting a bit longer but I clearly told her I had another engagement and they were already running late. The other ladies came in well after me and I had an appointment. That coupled with her making me move from the seat I was waiting in, after years of patronage I will not come back here. I recommend others to avoid this place too.

Called to see if I could rush in before they closed at 7 (it was 5:30) and had a lovely person to talk to. I needed nails done for graduation the next day. Manicurist was awesome! Though language barrier she tried to communicate and when confusion had someone help with translation. They are awesome! Will be going back!

Longest lasting gel manicure Ive ever had. I just wish they did not do smelly acrylics.

I went here for a fill and a pedicure it turned out to be really expensive and the guy doing my nails had to redo my index finger twice and it still broke 3 days later. Although the experience was relaxing and the staff were nice I would have preferred nails that didnt brake.

I love my nails and the ladies were very nice. I got a mani pedi then left and came back when I messed up the design on my pedicure and they fixed it no question, I also fell and cut my knee open in the streets on the way back and they fixed me up haha. Im so grateful

Ive visited this location 4 times now, kept giving it another try. I consistently leave with bleeding cuticles, sloppy gel, and unhonored appointments. Its a pretty shop, its unfortunate that the quality is rushed and inadequate.

This is the place where I got my very first pedicure. I love it bc they are so sweet and professional. The woman who runs it speaks perfect English, as she is Vietnamese-American, and her staff are all so cheerful and sweet. They have a zero tolerance policy for the staff talking negatively about the customers in Vietnamese, unlike other places Ive gone to in La Mesa & El Cajon.However, the MOST important thing I noticed was that they ALWAYS sterilize their tools (both for mani & pedi) and wash out the pedicure basins after each customer with sterilizing and disinfectant solution. They always wear gloves when doing the pedicures, as well.I also love the fact that with any service over @$30, they serve wine, tea, or any drink you want. Ill always go there for my future services. Theyre a bit on the pricey side, but its well worth it! Check them out!

It was a Mothers Day gift from my son, the people are very kind but the work, not the pedicure, they didnt do well, I have nails that are very close to my skin and they hurt a lot and they didnt cut my nails from there and I left. with the same problem in my fingers I want to go back to get it fixed because my son paid a lot of money for a bad job and the gel nails were also not a good job
