Half of these machines do not work. I wasted $12 trying to wash my clothes. Got an error message on 3 different machines: E FL. I believe this means there is not enough water flowing into the machines. There’s is NO phone number to report anything wrong and I have no idea how to get my money back. I heard from a friend that it is operated by the waffle place in back but they are closed today.

Been going here for a year but never again. As Im walking up at 8:20 PM this guy who Ive never seen there before walks up to me about 10 feet from the door and with really foul attitude says were closed, not going to happen. I respond oh, I just have to do wash and no dry. The women who work here have been letting me do it for a year. He responds I dont care. Not happening, go. Im tired of you people coming here like this. Think you can do laundry after hours. Escalated from there and as Im walking away he says, yeah, thats why youre walking away. This is one angry dude who needs extensive therapy. Had he just been polite and talked to me like a human and not a dog, I would have respected him and left. This guy needs to to get fired.

I prefer this place over the laundromat that is half a block from my house. This one is clean, has easy parking and awesome dryers

I mean, it served its purpose, I washed/dried my clothes. But rules all over the place, you arent even allowed to charge your phone . Also no bathrooms. Kinda lame for a place in this location, could very easily be pretty cool.

It doesn’t consistently open at 7:00 am as advertised. Otherwise very well run. Also no more wi fix which is sad.

I used 2 of the washing machines, 1 didnt work (and ate my $). I contacted the help number posted in the laundry mat & never heard anything back. I waited for closing to speak to the manager & was told by the person closing the store they didnt have anything to do with the laundry mat (& to contact the number posted)

Soap dispenser ate my money. Employee was unable to open dispenser to get soap for me, didnt give me my dollar back and didnt flag the machine as out of order to warn other customers. He was too busy trying to fix the change machine which was also out of order. I have never seen such an expensive laundromat with such low quality equipment. Pretty mind blowing.Edit: half an hour later a different employee came by and did get me my soap. Of course, the load was half done at that point because I had to get the poop off my babies jammies before our flight with or without soap. 😂
