This is my first treatment with Botox and felt compelled to write a review about my experience. Erika was hands down the most informative, kind and patient person. She calmed all my anxieties and uncertainties about the procedure options and helped me prioritize what would make me feel and look my best. I asked her about Botox for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and I proceeded with having it done to stop my armpits from sweating so much, something I have battled since my early teens. I have been limited on what I can wear for years. After a couple of months, I can honestly say the treatment was 100 percent effective and I am so glad I went forward with doing it and I couldnt be happier!!

Dermacare is a beautiful place. The entire experience from start to finish is very pleasant. I got Botox from Dr. Birchall and the results were incredible! I cant believe I waited so long to get it done. I will definitely be back :)

I’ve been going for years. Just FYI Dr Birchall was a family practitioner, so I am always confident he truly knows what he’s doing. In fact, I think that he has not only full medical h but there is true artistry in his work. I know he wants me looking my best, he’ll listen to what my goal and hope is. And he’s nice. So don’t go totally discount on your face with a Groupon coupon until you’ve met him and his staff. Such nice people.

Look no further for a great place for all your beauty needs. I have been going to Dermacare for over 10 years and will not trust my face to anyone else. Their staff is top notch!

Watch out about Erica! She’s horrible! She should NOT have a liscense to go anywhere near someone with a needle! On top of it she’s too emotional to be professional.. you’ll leave botched and made fun of. I wanted to cry but she wanted me to make her feel better.. and she breaks doctor/patient privacy laws and talks to others about what’s in your file before she meets you... in a catty manner. I’m supposed to be comfortable, listened to and the dr should understand that it’s your face and this experience is about the patient. I don’t wish her on my worst enemy!!!!

Its okay. Everyone is friendly and professional. I wouldnt advise getting any filler done here, though. Mine was hastily placed and unfortunately, being that its permanent, I have both a partial disfigurement due to its having been placed in an area it wasnt meant for (I didnt know this at the time) as well as an odd shape to my face that definitely could have been prevented had there been a more thorough discussion of what the placement plan was.If you do opt for filler here, Id just say make sure youre very clear about what you want to accomplish, specific about areas you want targeted AND avoided IN ADVANCE, and Id even go so far as to request markings be drawn to ensure everyone is on the same page... I think the capacity is there to execute decently with a detailed plan and some facial mapping, but I wouldnt rely on anyone to know what theyre doing where subjectivity comes in, i.e., in the department of knowing what will look best on you in the end. Certainly no one knows your face better than you do.Also, do your research. Id thought I could rely on the staff to steer me in the right direction with whatever I sought, but as I mentioned, I had product placed where its (apparently common knowledge) not meant to be and am still trying to find resolution to the adverse effect of this.

I am on my 3ed fraxel lazer treatment and found the facilities post on YouTube. Great choice for me. I appreciate Vicky, she specializes in the lazer treatment my experiance with her has been 100% excellent. She is a genuine human that will care for your skin. Also, the team members including the doctor are very welcoming and friendly. I also meet a young man whom offered me great info. for my husbands future skin care needs which I really appreciate. Going in for my fourth and final fraxel repair in a few months and so far excellent results hope my fourth fraxel service gets me to where my facial scars, large pores, blemishes and wrinkles are fully undetectable. My third sesion has got me to a 80% out of 100% Satisfaction🌟🌍🌟🌎🌟🌏🌟🌍🌟
