My experience at The Laser Cafe has been nothing but positive! All the staff members are extremely professional and make a seemingly awkward/uncomfortable treatment the complete opposite. Nurse K-Lyn made me feel super relaxed and the treatment flew by with very minimal discomfort (if any at all). I really enjoy coming here. First of all staff is always friendly, I also like the availability they have, you can schedule your appointment so easily or reschedule if you need (compared to other places, where you have to wait for months to get a treatment and don’t get me started on their prices.) Another cool thing is they always have some promo offers, I got a few laser treatments for my arms for free.

They have strict measures and sanitation right now with COVID-19, so I feel comfortable going to their facility every time. The process is fairly quick - I am usually there no more than 10 minutes for a small area laser hair removal, but parking is tough in Hillcrest, so be prepared to arrive a few minutes prior to your check in time to ensure you make it on time. I completed three small area laser treatments(underarms) and have had a great experience. The staff explained everything to me about my treatment. The laser procedure itself was a quick process. Each time I had a quick experience and the laser was not painful. I could really see results after my first treatment. By the third one, my hair growth reduced drastically. I’ve been coming here for facial laser hair removal treatments. The facility is very clean and the customer service has been excellent. Hours are very convenient. I usually need a Saturday appointment and have not had any booking issues. Happy with my results and plan on getting more treatments for other areas. For reference, I’m Asian with tan skin and black hair. Laser hair removal for upper lip was successful.

Great customer service/front desk staff. Both nurses I have had were so sweet and patient with me and all my questions. Make sure to get there a little early because parking can be a little tricky (although it is easier with COVID/less competition for parking). The front area has a spa vibe and the back rooms have somewhere between a medical vibe and a spa vibe. Things seem clean and the nurses Ive had were really knowledgeable. So far Ive had great results!

The Lazer Cafe is trans-friendly, professional, and kind. I feel taken care of when I walk in. K-lynn (Kristalynn) always makes me feel welcome. Ive used the new machine they have and prefer it to the old one. The only thing they could change is making sure to be more precise with their equipment in the groin area.

During the procedure, I was comfortable and it barely hurt at all. At the end, I purchased more treatments by her.
