Very friendly staff with reasonable prices! No other places compared when it came to friendliness of staff and reasonable pricing. They went out of their way to find the exact style and size wedding band that I wanted to buy and even included engraving for free! I was so happy with Highlands Jewelers that I had my husband buy my wedding band here also. We absolutely love our wedding bands! High quality for reasonable pricing with great customer service!

I had a cut ring that needed repair. The cuts were not neat, but Victor did a truly masterful job of repairing the ring. He walked me through what would be needed and set my expectations--and then exceeded them. Not only did he beat his time estimate, but the quality of work was fantastic. The pricing was also very reasonable given the hours of highly skilled work required. I highly recommend repairs by Victor--he is friendly, patient, understanding, and a truly skilled jeweler.

We owe a huge amount of gratitude to VICTOR and the entire Highlands Jewelers for a recent custom project, which turned out INCREDIBLE!!My wifes wedding and engagement rings were no longer fitting properly, and due to the unique design, they were un-sizeable. With just a few pictures and some ideas in our head, my wife and I were AMAZED with the beautiful work product the Victor produced for us.Victor was in constant communication with ideas for the rings, and had CAD renderings prepared. Victor managed to use a majority of our original materials (gold, stones, etc.) which was extremely meaningful to my wife and I, so as to keep as much of the original *soul* present in the re-born creations. Victor and his team completed our special project in under 3 weeks, start to finish (which IMO was lightning fast).Highlands Jewelers came as a referral to us, and I am happy to in turn joyfully refer you to see Victor for your next custom *bling* creation!

I brought my 40 year old ring to be refinished and adjusted for my son. Victor did an amazing job! The ring looks brand new and beautiful. Victor, the head jeweler, is a rude man.He doesnt know how to talk to people in person or over the phone.For example, I asked him over the phone how much it was to set a stone into a ring. He responded, You expect to me to tell you over the phone?Other jewelers Ive called instead have said, I need to be able to see the ring in person to give you an estimate because the prongs might need work and the design might be complex. This response is much more polite and helpful.In person, Ive asked, how much would it cost to make this ring? He said, My knowledge and expertise isnt free. Give me $250 upfront and then Ill work with you.After hearing him rudely say that he wanted $250 upfront, I decided to not enlist his help. However, several weeks later, I did because I ran out of other options. Other jewelry stores werent willing to provide a CAD file without jewelry being made.While working with him, he was mostly pleasant. There was one point where I did feel he was rude again. This was when he accused me of not informing him that the ring design was different from the Instagram video inspiration. Im not a jeweler. This shouldve been obvious to him.In the end, I decided not to get the design he proposed made. It was not exactly what I wanted. It was a compromise. So, I said I wasnt interested. He refunded me half my money, which was nice of him.Overall, I think Victor needs better communication skills. I dont doubt his ability to make jewelry or setting fair prices. I do doubt his ability to retain customers if he continues to be impolite. He needs to remember that customers dont know the jewelry trade and theres no need to snub it in their face about it.

I took my ring in to get loose prongs fixed on my engagement ring. Victor redid the setting so that the diamond was secure and lowered the height also so that it doesnt snag my clothes anymore either. Excellent service and fast turn around.

Victor and his wife are wonderful! My wife and I had visited the store for the first time 2 months ago to get our wedding bands resized. We were very nervous to go into a jeweler because we did not want to be ripped off and several people had highly recommended going to Highlands Jewelers. Our entire experience was great! Not only did Victor spend a lot of time answering all of our questions before the ring sizing, he also made several recommendations that ended up saving us several hundred dollars in the process. Wow I needed my wedding ring resized after having a baby and it sitting in a box for 2 years. I was skeptical about trying a small jeweler but also saw their reviews and realized that the small mom n pop stores CARE about your needs - because they in the business and want to be there.My ring was 2 tone platinum and gold with diamond insets and inscription inside. I needed it sized up 1 1/2 sizes and expected the cost to be $300 for a solid infill. It was a bit pricier at $450 but they could match the toned and style and not impact the inscription ...wow. there is zero line here!!They also said 10 days and did it in 2. They were personable remembered me and my story and made the event of getting my wedding ring something special and not just a transaction.Its important for society to support and embrace the little guys that make up our economy and when they did such an amazing job I am.pleased.to tell everyone I can about them!!

Called and asked if they could replace the battery in my Swiss Army watch and was told yes. Asked for the price, was told 15 dollars and 15 minutes. Said Id be there in 10 minutes, when I arrived, they were already waiting for me to drop off my watch. Came back within 10 minutes and it was already completed. Other places are charging 45 dollars for the same job. Im ready to bring my second Swiss Army watch in for repairs as I was so happy with the service.

My favorite 10 year old Tag Heuer watch stopped working.. I brought it in to highland jewelry and Victor repaired it immediately and now its working amazing! Thank you!
