I just needed a simple battery change for an inexpensive watch and I was in and out within less than a few minutes! ...well, I guess I should say I would have been in and out within in a few minutes if I hadnt gotten super distracted by all the gorgeous jewelry. haha Theres still one piece I cant get out of my mind, but Im not going to say what it is just in case I make it back there to snag it! lol The shop owners were super kind! The gentleman changed out my batter really quickly while the lovely woman showed me a few items I was eyeballing. She even was willing to give a slight discount on the one thing I might go back for

Awesome experience!!! Great service great prices. Even point out was wrong and how he fixed it I brought in 4 watches. One Movado, an 18 karat gold watch on my fiances, gold Seiko, and a very cheap watch. He treat them all like they were gold, changing all the batteries setting all the times, and clean them. Great first impression. Will be bringing more stuff to him and let my friends know too

They fixed a chain and pendant for us. They also cleaned both items. And, I am not sure exactly how, but both look better than when they were new. Their customer service is the best we have ever experienced.
