I purchased a Cartier watch from this seller and it was advertised as water resistant. I wore it 2 times and the faced got all fogged. That means moisture got in which means it is not water resistant. They will not give me a refund this is fraud. Do not buy anything from them

Ive had the pleasure of purchasing custom jewelry and estate pieces from Rockn Gold and Simon over the past three years and have had a consistently outstanding experience with him. His combination of knowledge, craftsmanship, and reasonable pricing is hard to come by in the Jewelry industry.
It was such a pleasure to work with Simon in re-designing my wedding ring. He and his team did an incredible job. His expertise and focus to details is exemplified in all his custom creations. I am extremely happy with my new ring, and people are in complete awe when they see it.
Best jeweler in the world! I bought my wedding rings there 10 yrs ago and I still look at them every day as if they were brand new, Simon is awesome and Victoria really cares about their clients. They are very professional and knowledgable.

This complaint was filed with the San Diego chapter of the Better Business Bureau: From 01/16/2016 through 03/30/2016 I deposited 69 ounces of gold and 10 ounces of silver coins. On 01/05/2017 I asked the proprietor, Simon Mattar, to sell the remainder of gold and silver I owned. Previously, on 07/27/2016, I had requested an itemized spreadsheet of my holdings and sales which Mr. Mattar promised detailing the sale dates, prices, and quantities sold of the precious metals which I entrusted to his business yet this important document was never produced and has yet to be forwarded me. Without this exact information, I do not have the ability to check his accounting practices regarding my assets. The excuse given me at the time was based on the change of locale of his business. When pressed further, the next excuse given me was regarding Mr. Mattars accountants lack of availability. On 01/05/2017, I asked Mr. Mattar to sell the remainder of my assets. Yet the discrepancy between the time of his quoted locked-in price for my gold based on 01/05/2016 gold prices and the check for the proceeds which I have not yet received is disturbing due to the fact a delay in the sale of gold on Jan 5th would result in a higher price than when locked in. While the price of gold dipped slightly on Jan 6th, from Jan 7th on forward the price of gold has only gone up thus it is not outside the realm of possibility that my gold holdings could have been sold anytime after Jan 7th for a higher price than what I have been promised. Without Mr. Mattar providing me the accounting details of the sales, his profit margins, and my net sale prices, this scenario is not without merit and is causing me concern. This perspective is based on the time discrepancy between my call to sell, the time of Mr. Mattars acknowledgment of my order, and his continued excuses regarding the missing check. I have full documentation of our conversation via email and can forward our communications in .pdf format. My requested resolution: I desire to obtain the spreadsheet which Mr. Mattar had promised me last year which details the itemized sales, prices, time and dates of all my precious metal sales, his profit margin from the sale of my assets, and my net sale gain as result of the above. Further, in order for me to comprehend the discrepancy of time between my request for sale on 01/05/2017 and the outstanding balance as of 1/30/2017, I request proof of the date of sale from the third party whom Mr. Mattar sold my gold assets to. Should the said outstanding balance be received between the time of this filing and a response, resolution of my complaint can be resolved upon receipt of said spreadsheet and said third party sales documentation.Update as of 2/17/2017:1. The postmark on the hand-addressed envelope containing my check for the gold was dated January 27, 2017. This refutes his claims of having mailed out my check approximately two full weeks prior. This gives further credence to the possibility he sold my gold at a higher price than what was given me.2. Mr. Mattar has not given me the proper documentation regarding quantities, dates, his net profits, and third party receipt of sales of my precious metals as requested in my effort to remedy his business discrepancies. Rather, he submitted me a minimalist printout which could have been back-dated easily via any Microsoft Word program. In addition, while my check for $XX,XXX amount was dated 01/13/2017, there is little proof he did not also back-date the check as the check was generated by him. This begs the question as to why the postmarked date of the envelope reflected a full TWO WEEK delay from the date the check was supposedly created and mailed especially in light of the fact gold prices have risen considerably upon my request to sell.Mr. Mattar needs to produce a third-party receipt for the sale of my precious metals and the accounting records which could clear his name and reflect in detail why he lied to me.
Simon and Victoria Mattar are a class act both personally and professionally. I met Victoria at a networking event. Knowing that I am a new business owner she invited me for coffee and gave me ideas on how to grow my business. I felt comfortable enough with her after our meeting so I brought some jewelry to sell at their store, Rock N Gold Creations. My jewelry was old and outdated so I sold it for cash. I was given a fair price for my gold and silver. Since then, I have taken other pieces in for repair and have been very pleased with their work. By the way their collection of jewerly is exquisite! I highly recommend them for all aspects of their business.Maria Franco, BS, LMT, MMPDynamic Massage
