Fast Fix is a great place to get your jewelry repaired or watch battery replaced. Their prices are fair and they turn-around the jobs very quickly. Their organization could be a bit better when you pick up your items. Sometimes they have a hard time finding the pieces they worked on. The quality is good, service is solid and turnaround is fast so I dont mind a little front-office confusion.

The service was very good and I didn’t have to wait long. Normally I would have to drop off an item and return in an hour. Today I needed a watch battery, leather bracelet cut to size and extra hole in my leather bracelet. As luck had it I didn’t have to wait long. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the prices were too high for an extra whole punched and size adjustment in a leather bracelet.

Tony was so helpful and knowledgeable about my automatic watch, which has a nice Swiss ETA-2824-1 movement in an affordable Chinese divers case. It was losing 45 seconds per day. I had not worn it much in the last 6 or 7 years, and the lubrication had dried up inside. After servicing the movement, he was relentless in regulating it to get the best possible performance from it. He constantly updated me on his progress, and didnt give up until he had adjusted the beat error rate and effective spring length and achieved an accuracy I didnt think was even possible. His fee was very reasonable compared to the other San Diego area watchmakers Ive dealt with. You cant go wrong with Tony at Fast-Fix!

Fast Fix did a quick, excellent job of fixing my watch, which needed links removed. They measured for the repair, quoted me a very fair price then finished in 15 minutes. The fit was perfect! I have had several watch batteries replaced there, too, and have always had good service. I recommend Fast Fix!

I have always had prompt friendly service at the Fast-Fix in Fashion Valley. Last Friday, October 11th, was no exception. I had taken my 15 year old Tag Heuer watch in to get the battery changed, as it was obviously in need. A Tags second hand moves in 5 sec intervals when its battery is getting weak, this was the case with my watch. Instead of charging the usual $50 to put a new battery in he replaced it for free! It turns out that my run down battery was still on warranty. he could have easily charged me the $50, instead there was no charge. Fast-Fix is Prompt, Friendly and Honest!

Stopped in to have a bracelet engraved. Unfortunately, the engraver had to adjust character size for the last two words of the message to fit, forcing people to squint to read the end of the text.The store offered half-off discount for the trouble, but I would have preferred a phone call explaining the space issue. Had I known the issue we could have just shortened the engraving message instead.Oh well they tried to make up for it which must count for something.

Love this service. Previously bought 5 year battery option for several watches. Didn’t take watches in for new battery as they stopped. Had 10 watches to take in this time. They know which watches had extended life and when it was installed. I dropped them off and went shopping for an hour. When I returned the batteries were replaced and all watches were running. Although I didn’t expect it, all were with the 5 year plan and they didn’t charge me anything for the new batteries or installation. It doesn’t get any better than that. And they thanked me!

I lost the diamond in my wedding ring over 6 years ago. Finally saved enough $ for a replacement. Not only did we get excellent service here but I had my ring back on my finger within a couple hours. Took my Michele watch in for an overhaul and received such amazing service! Tony called me two days later and said he took the watch apart and it only needed to be oiled and it is working fine. I recently ordered a pendant with my late loved ones fingerprint etched in silver to create a precious family memory for me to wear close to my heart. However, it came with such a tiny bail that I needed to use it only with the smallest and thinnest of chains which were difficult for me to attach with the little clasp. I visited a few jewelers around town about getting a bigger bail attached to the pendant, but they all just shook their heads no and sent me packing.On the other hand, at Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs at Fashion Valley, the pleasant assistant, Lizette, understood my needs. She showed the pendant to the male technician, who was also helpful, and he confirmed he could add a bigger bail, and do it all for a fair price in 30 minutes. That gave me time for a nice lunch at the Neiman Marcus Café in the mall [review to follow, although I left my phone in the car so there will be no accompanying photographs].Lunch at Neiman Marcus went on for two hours [no 30 minute lunches for me], and when I returned to Fast-Fix to retrieve the pendant, it was perfect, with a large bail. Now I can wear my precious family pendant with a wide chain that I can easily take on and off without the struggle of a tiny chain with an even smaller clasp!

I took four watches for batteries, given a cost estimate and told they would be done in an hour. Upon pickup, two of the watches were still under their warranty so I ended up paying for only two! And they were done on time. The son that initially assisted me was very polite as was the gentleman when I picked them up. I definitely recommend Fast-Fix in Fashion Valley.

I have a Citizen Eco Drive that needed a new crystal. I needed the repair done quickly since I was leaving town soon. They were able to get a crystal from their supplier and had my watch ready that day.

Not only is Fast-Fix quick and reliable, but they are honest and ethical. I took my watch in to have the battery replaced. When I returned to pick it up, they informed me that their recorded showed my battery still under the 5 year warranty that I purchased so my replacement battery was free. They have been and will continue to be my go-to place for all my jewelry repairs.

All was great! Fast service. I am simply amazed at the cost of replacing batteries. My husband usually does all of our watches. We purchase the batteries at WALMART, he lines them up and one by one they are running again. Five dollars each. At FAST FIX 18.95 for regular type and 25.00 for a SKAAGEN. 1 year warranty, just as with store bought batteries. I bite the bullet and go there for convenience. I have to tell myself that is what I pay for. Too expensive for material and time involved.

Took my ring to get a diamond replaced and get the rest of the diamonds tightened right the same day an accent diamond fell off .. called them up they said they would fix it for me went the next day and they fixed it in about 2 hours. I was waiting at the mall they said they would call me in an hour when it was ready they never called me I had to call.. they gave me my ring back i am really unsatisfied with the stone match.. my diamonds look bright and shiny and the one they put looks dull and like a piece of glass I can easily tell the difference.. Im super disappointed.

I needed a knife engraved. I told the guy over the phone exactly what I had and what I wanted done and he quoted me $25. I show up and for a barely believable excuse the price went up to $35. I went ahead with it, but when I got the knife back the engraving was so light that it was barely readable. I went to another jeweler downtown and asked if it could be fixed. The new jeweler agreed to polish off the bad engraving and engrave BOTH sides of my knife for a total of $20. I feel like I got ripped off by this place, and they did a bad job regardless.

They/Tony took care of me like they said they would in the timeframe that we talked about. There was a small problem but it was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend them and continue doing business there.

I want to give 5 stars. I came in today to get my glasses fixed the temple (arms to my glasses) broke where they bend over yout ear. Most cases id just get another pair but just spent to much to throw them away. Got the glasses fixed/welded but the repair didnt last the day. Unfortunately i am traveling so wont be able to repair what has been repaired for a few weeks. Hopefully they can redo the work at a later date. Besides that the business and customer service was amazing really wonderful business to get your jewelry fixed at.

I brought in a $25 Armitron watch I bought at Target years ago that I really happened to like, and have kept through the years as a casual wristwatch.All I needed was the battery replaced. I asked how much it would cost, and they couldnt give me an answer. I asked for a ballpark, and they couldnt do that. So, I figured, hell, it cant be much.They charged me $28. $3 more than the watch was worth. I wont be going back.

Had a watch battery changed and was charged for a two year warranty. When I told them I dont need two years, but a year instead, he was mad. He took my watch, opened and did something and said I have only 1 year. Within a few weeks my watch stopped working. If any one has similar experience I am willing to work pro bono to file some action on behalf of all who got ripped off at this place. Lets spread the word until them.

Last night we went to resize my wife diamond ring we just purchased the guy named Tony he worked in my wife ring to resized from size 7 to size 10 but he did very bad job just one hour after we left his shop my wife told me the big diamond that goes in the middle of the ring are missing so it fell off the ring and we can’t found it, so what happens is when he use his tools to resized the ring he makes the big center piece of diamond get loose and fell off, I bought this ring for over 6,000 dollars just two weeks ago and now is missing the big center diamond piece, we both very upset, he should check and secured and pieces of diamond, he charged me for resized $110 very expensive for very bad job

Needed my crystal replaced on my watch and was given back with a blurred magnification date window. I asked them to fix it, then they it handed the watch back with a crooked magnification window. I didnt want to waste my time having them try to fix it again so I left. I will never return.

Came here to have watch polished and cleaned. Looked great when I received it. But once I gave this as a present, the watch face fell off, it was so embarrassing, it looked like I cheaped out on the present.
