My brother wanted to have his bachelor party in San Diego for one reason... to go on a great fishing trip. Captain Paul and the crew of Outer Limits exceeded our expectations! They were not only knowledgeable, they were fun to spend the day with and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. The food is amazing too!! I was invited by a friend to hop on a charter that needed to fill a last minute spot. The fish tuna counts were not great leading up to the trip so I was a little apprehensive, but it has been so hot on land and a chance to try a boat I have not been been on before I thought what the heck.The crew helped load our gear and the first thing I noticed was how clean this boat is. While at the bait dock the captain calls us inside to go over our game plan. This is what really surprised me, I have been on my fair share of trips and Captain Paul gave the most in depth overview of a trip Ive heard on a trip.Since the tuna were slow Captain Paul first decided to try and catch a few fish before heading offshore to look for Tuna. THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA. We had the typical bass, rockfish, etc coming over the rail soon after the sun came up. I was fishing outside the captains door making small talk and he invited me in. He took time explaining his equipment and how he locates fish. I was most impressed with his fish finders. Not one but he has several one even in 3D, all captains take pride in their boat, but its nice to see that this one undergoes frequent upgrades in its ability.We left the island to go offshore and try to scope out some tuna. We saw several large spots of jumping fish but couldnt get a bite, frustrating, but thats fishing. Overall a cool boat cool captain and a well polished crew with no Attitude. I will be back.

Excellent captain! I took my son out for his first bluefin tuna excursion just outside of San Clemente. The captain got us on the fish and kept us on the fish! Also a helpful friendly crew with lots of experience. Ended up being great memories and we look forward to coming back again.

Best charter operation in San Diego Seaforth landing. Great skipper and great crew members. They really try and work hard to please their customers. Service, food are excellent.

Fished with Captain Paul and his crew again recently and as always had a great time and caught fish. Had my kids and the crew was awesome, the food is great, the boat was shiny clean as usual. this is one of the best boats youll ever fish and youll keep coming back. The guys on this boat are outstanding. Capt Paul is the best charter captain Ive fished with - he finds the fish and is merciless in getting them on the boat. We had 3 200+ lb Bluefin hooked up and he was working his crew hard to get more bait into the water. Great boat with a great Capt & crew.

Capt Paul and the crew of Outer Limits are the best! Paul will do whatever it takes to find fish, while Keith and Craig make sure youre ready to catch fish. Always a great trip. Cant wait till the next one!

I have chartered this boat for the last 8 years in a row twice a year. Captain Paul is a great guy and always tries his hardest to get us on the fish. The fish dont always cooperate, but thats just fishing! Always have a good time with friends and the food is excellent. Keep up the good work Outer Limits!

The boat goes where the fish are. Fish reports from other boats dictate direction . If the fish arent hitting in Mexico, then Catelina it is. I dont care, as long as im roping 30-40 pound tuna.
