They charge $2 to print their forms on paper, that they then give back to you. Huge waste of time, paper, and money. Seems to be an older system. They did not have clearly stated information, nor could they answer questions about data security. They have a lot of sensitive information, it didnt feel secure when I asked how they protect the data they transmit.

Not clean and charge 80 dollar for DOJ real estate live scan

Marco Visuett conducted my Live Scan. In filling out all my legal names I had clearly listed two former last names in the last name section. When reviewing the form we had to make corrections because he had not entered the information correctly. I had 3 names in all. My maiden name. My name from my first marriage. And my name from my second marriage. Upon his realization of this fact he told me that, in no uncertain terms, a person should be married only once in their lifetime. I told him I didn’t appreciate his comment and I explained that it’s none of his business. There are many reasons a person may be married more than once in their lifetime even if they agreed with him that it would be best. 1. Their spouse in the first marriage dies. 2. The other person files for divorce in which case you have no recourse. 3. There may be some form of abuse. Although there may be people who believe someone should remain married to an abuser, one should consider how they would feel if that were occurring to their own daughter or granddaughter. If he held his belief for any reason, including religious ones, then either he should keep his opinion to himself, or leave the judgment up to his God. Stating his opinion in this circumstance was highly inappropriate. He did offer what appeared to be a sincere apology. I appreciate that. I hope he learned at least not to share his opinion in these circumstances and hope he may reflect upon his judgment. If it comes from a religious belief, he should check his scripture. I Corinthians 7:15.

There was only one lady doing all the job, but you could tell she was on it! She had everything under control... even during Covid! Great job!

Person who helped me was rude. Initials are RHR. short, stocky, African American lady. She was chewing gum the whole time. Was rude to a teen before me. Poor communication and customer service. Had an attitude the whole time. Im sorry you dont like your job. I already emailed the owner about it. Hope she gets retrained. I thought she was having a bad day but then read the Yelp reviews and saw it was her usual M.O.

In and out fast, Thursday morning and I walked in, nobody there so no waiting. Plenty of parking but its in the back, PARK IN THE BACK.

I have never seen in my life so much unprofessional manners to treat your clients. The lady who took the fingerprints said out loud to the receptionist to retype my paper because she did not understand my writing, ok u don’t get it but saying on an ironic tone while I was in front of her made me so uncomfortable. There was another lady in the room and she treated her with as much superiority and ironically. The customer service regarding her is very bad, the receptionist was professional.

My purpose for finger prints required a form to be completed with the print card. This company gave me really out dated information that would have wasted a lot of time had I not doubled checked. Also they are NOT the most affordable in the area. I found another company $10 cheaper. Go some place else!!!!!!!!!!!
