Received a phone call promptly the next day after submitting my resume. However after that initial call, they have not contacted me once in two (2) months. So much for calling weekly with updates. Would not recommend.

This company reached out stating I have a lot of experience working in the past with insurance companies. Can I refer any of my contacts? (They make thousands of dollars for people they place). The position they sent to me was a position that I was qualified for. They were unprofessional from the beginning. I questioned there motives. Will you pay me for referring anyone and then they said $100.00 for whoever that they put to work. It was a very unprofessional email. After that shocking encounter I was asked to set up a appointment. Then when we spoke they saw I was not going to refer anyone they began to speak demeaning stating I have no experience after I explained all my experience with claims and in insurance companies. I have worked in 3 nationwide insurance companies over a span of 20 years. Looks like they were searching for information and any contacts but it felt really rude and condescending. They reached out to me I feel attacked. Bad Staffing agency. Sending comment to Better Business Bureau.
