Working with Ledgent has been so easy and I wouldnt hesitate working with them in the future. That being said, Cole placed me in a great company that I really hope will turn into a long term opportunity. We did everything by phone and email which I prefer, but Im certain they would be more then willing to meet in person if that is someones preference. One major difference I noticed between Ledgent and other staffing services is how personal it feels. Other services always feel like they are giving you a sales pitch, but Cole made me feel like he really wanted to find me the right fit, even though he knew I was interviewing directly with other companies. He or his college Meghan were always available for any questions I have and they have checked in with me since starting the new position. I have really enjoyed working with them both.

Man, these folks are great. I was struggling in my search despite a great resume and a squeaky clean background and references. ... Bee at Ledgent took the bull by the horns and basically said, Dont worry, we ARE going to get you out there and sure enough, within a short period of time I was out on a temp job with potential and working again. Cadillac Experience- I completed an assignment with another temp agency and was looking to get back to work A.S.A.P. My first impression from the initial conversation, is that this company was going to do what needed to be done to assist me in getting back to work. I must say EVERYONE was friendly, professional, and on point. I was placed within a weeks time. It would have been sooner if the client was able to get my clearance sooner. They absolutely created a cadillac experience for myself and the client. After being with a small family owned company for several years I was let go with no warning due to them deciding to retire. I started my search yet again feeling defeated from the start.
