SSgt Dulce was awesome had a bad experience with other branches but he was the most accommodating. These guys will go the extra mile, if you qualify for the job you will get it. They know their stuff and will make sure your forms are perfect before you’re shipping date. Great group of guys, and even better leadership. Army all the way!!!

Talked over the phone with some lady. She was so excited when she heard that I was interested in joining and when when I told her my ethnicity the excited tone of her voice changed and she seemed very irritable, she was being very short with me. It made me very uncomfortable definitely not calling here again

Sgt. Bautista helped me a lot. I have talked to a few recruiters but he was the only one that really helped me. He help me get a job and sign a contract quickly. He provided me with resources that helped me gain a greater insight into the area i wanted to get into. I Came in as a prior service applicant, I spoke with SSgt. Bautista, he gave me confidence from the very first conversation we had that he himself was confident, he was confident in his staff and team that he could get me what I was looking for with minimal to no issue at all. This is a great team! Dont waste your time going anywhere else. I have been to see a couple different Army recruiters but these guys were my last stop. They really treated me like royalty. They didnt just try and sell me, they actually care about what I wanted. There is no BS with them, they will give it to you straight and make every effort to get you what you want. My process was a bit complicated but SSG Marzka was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through it every step of the way. Most recruiters that I talked to just told me I wasnt going to get in or tried to pawn me off to another recruiter.

Im 17 and I decided to join the army, so I found out about this recruiting center near. So I went in and met with Seargent First Class Bacani and by the time I left I had all my questions answered. Theyre very friendly and make sure youre satisfied with everything. It took me only a few days to finish all my paper work and by the next week I had already sworn in. The sergeants there are all super cool and will tell you everything how it is, no sugar coating, definitively care about you and making sure you get what you want and what’s best for you. THEY ARE THE BEST!! I cannot express in only a few words just how thankful I am to all these guys, esp. to SSG Marzka for helping me get through the process into ARMY OCS (I was approved last week)! They truly want you to succeed, they actually care about you, and they will help you get through everything as smoothly as possible!Honestly, Ive been trying to get into the military for the past 3 years (3 YEARS!!!), starting with the air force, then the navy, and finally the army (1 year per branch, trying to get in)! The recruiters Ive worked with before were really bad at communicating and failed to set reasonable expectations for me; it was horrible! My files were lost too many times, I was constantly passed between recruiters, and Ive never felt like things were handled so unprofessionally before! They seemed so apathetic about everything and the majority of the time, I wouldnt know what was happening until weeks later! I felt like they didnt care about me and I was wasting too much time playing email tag. At this point, I started questioning whether the military was for me.Then out of nowhere, my buddy randomly hit me up asking for a ride to the recruiters because he was considering joining the ARMY and wanted to ask some questions. I thought to myself, why the hell not? and we both visited this specific ARMY recruiting office. Little did I know, this was going to be a COMPLETE 180 from what I was used to!!Immediately, things were moving fast that same week! All my questions were handled very quickly, my recruiter and I were always on the same page, and every crazy little thing that was thrown at me during the application process, they helped me every step of the way!With these guys, I finally got through the process, I passed the OCS Selection Board, swore in last week, signed my contract, and now Im waiting to leave for basic training!I had questions, they quickly answered. I needed expectations, they set them clear. I needed help, it was always readily available. I wanted to get in the military and IT HAPPENED!!THEY ARE THE BEST!! 11/10 would highly recommend!

Good and honest recruiters are hard to find. I am now 27 years old and I planned on going back to school for a career change, but I couldn’t afford anymore student loans. So I walked into the US Army recruiting Mira Mesa East office. I met SFC Bacani who did everything he could to get me in. Let me just tell you that 90 percent of recruiters I’ve talked to wouldn’t even dare work with me due to my open heart surgery when I was 9 years old. SFC Bacani patiently worked with my case and made it happen! He got me in without needing a medical waiver. If you show him that you’re determined to join, then he’ll do everything he can to get you in. He’s probably the best recruiter I’ve met. He even worked on his day off just so we can finish up paperwork.

I would like to say thank you to SFC Bacani and his team. They did a good job of helping me and being very patient every step of the way with me. I would recommend prior service or new recruits to this location and wish them nothing but the best. SFC Bacani is a great soldier and leader.

I was a U.S Air Force applicant during the time I met Staff Sergeant Solis and Sergeant First Class Bacani at the place that I worked. It took me awhile to finally be able to come to their office but I figured that it was necessary to open my mind and look into both of the branches and what they have to offer.
