They have work when you need it. But I had a buddy complain here about the staff here and he eventually quit. Overall its a good place to be because they try to find you work if you ask. Just beware of a client named George Corona and try to not take work with him. But all the other clients they can send you out to are great people

This is a good agency to find work. You may not like the work that you are offered to do but beggars cannot be choosers.The best thing about this agency is that you do not have to wait to get paid on the clients time. Once you finish your work assignment for the day you can get the money you earned if you are able to make it to their office before closing. If you are black male do not take any of their assignments involving construction for general labor. I have had two experiences with these assignments and the foremans or either superintendents on these jobs are hidden bigots and racists. They do not want blacks to work on constructions jobs for even one day in racist San Diego when it comes to general labor. Do not put up any mess from the client or the turn coat employees sharing work with you. I only recommend working for this agency if you have your own transportation. As for the actual work, you know there will always be someone in the same position as you to work but choose to participate in boot licking for the boss because they are so desperate for work. There is always someone willing to break his back lifting by themselves when you could use the help of a team member for safety but they want to appear that they are better than a minimum wage job like a fool making it easier to be exploited through wages over false pride. Be careful of what you ask for. I had no problem with the staff at the agency they just do not know the true conditions of the work environments of their clients and have no policy for fair treatment of the laborers on these assignments. There are some good people that just need an opportunity to make money but there are always a few dirt bags for every bunch when you are doing general labor. Good luck. Please stay in school and invest in yourself for a better future or at least learn a trade. These employment agencys are designed for you to sweat for the lowest bidder. Labor Finders is still one of the better temp agencies even though you will most likely be working for minimum wage. Usually the people that takes these temporary jobs lost their regular source of income, only have part time jobs, or have something in there background that prevents them from having a permanent job.
