I have got to say the people at the San Diego Maxim offices are super classy,kind, and professional. Doug, Mike, Celine, Jessica and Jeremy just to name a few the list goes on of people who treated me very well and have provided me with opportunity after opportunity.This San Diego office stands out of the many agencies and facilities Ive worked for.When I had my first child about a year ago, I was sent the most beautiful flowers. Maxim is honestly the most efficient compassionate caring agency I’ve ever seen. Maxim helped me completely my trading even with my technical problems. Sergio and his team at Maxim are fabulous to work with. Weve been using Maxim for respite for ~3 years, and now recently for ABA. The providers they send to our house are courteous, helpful, and allow my husband and I time to get away, and now with COVID, time to work without interruption. Sergio works diligently with Tricare and the San Diego Regional Center to make sure we have the hours and approvals we need. I highly recommend their services.

I’ve been working with Maxim Home Care as an LVN, just short of 8 years. Overall, it has been a very good experience. The office staff is always available, and very accommodating. A special shout out to Michael & Celine, who both work endlessly in their efforts to match me with the ideal client. It’s employees like these two that have kept me here for these 8 years. I should point out that, in my opinion, the most important benefit Maxim Healthcare provides me is VERY affordable healthcare. Unfortunately, in the almost 8 years I’ve been here, no paid vacation time. I’m hopeful this will change.

I’ve worked for maxim for four months now. Initially, I was looking for part time work to fill gaps in my schedule of my other part time job. After working with the staffing department, negotiating a schedule and salary, and most of all meeting the family I was paired with, I asked to work full time and resigned from my other job. I was offered a position by Carson and the offer was rescinded a few days later through no fault of my own. I initially met the qualifications until he said I didnt meet them? I even looked for a new apartment and declined another potential job opportunity. So disappointed that I will most likely avoid working with Maxim in the future!

I think Maxim is a great company if youre patient and able to communicate your expectations upfront. Celine, Andrea, Lauren, and Eric are all really great staff members you can rely on in the office. Ive had the pleasure of working with them over the last few months and theyre efficient and flexible. Obviously there are hiccups when working with an agency as large as this one but being in constant communication with the office helps.
