AMAZING!! I worked with Savannah, Chris and Giovanni and to say they helped me with my career would be an understatement. I went from being a part-time contractor through them to fully employed by the company of my dreams in 6 months. Throughout this time the company was going through transitions but they always reached out and responded when needed and were thoroughly personable and helpful. The project I was originally hired for also hired 4 others through Aerotek and they have all received the same assistance and support as myself. Would highly recommend for anyone at the start of their career or making moves to see available opportunities elsewhere.

First and foremost I have to say Aerotek is a very Reputable Associate, and they try very hard to place your skills with the type of work that you desire. And if there is a company that your trying to get your foot in, and if Aerotek has a shoe in then they will not hesitate to do their best to get you an opportunity with that company. My Recruiter Savanna is very Professional, and Career driven, and she has done her best to get me into the trade I desired to continue my success. And this is all prior to having a job before giving Aerotek an opportunity to see what they can do. So if you want to work and need an opportunity with a company that passed you by, you should give them a go, because they can get you back into the work field if that what you choose! So instead of sitting on your couch collecting free money give Aerotek a call so you can earn it!Of course everyone will have an opinion, but yet I haven’t been disappointed by savanna not yet! But I don’t think her professionalism will allow her to do that!

Ive worked with 3 seperate Aeroteks and it has always been a terrible experience. I show up to the site and get my work done. I ask for feedback from my managers and I dont get it. I ask for feed back from my recruiter and I dont get it. Then one day Ill go home thinking everythings fine and I FINALLY get a call from my recruiter and they say Ive been let God. This has happend at 3 separate Aerotek offices. When I tried to call this one I get told Id receive and email with an aptitude test and if course I never got it. That was the straw that broke the camelse back. This place is ridiculous, completely unprofessional, and they usually lie about the positions. NEVER WORK WITH AEROTEK!

Theyre vultures. They have little to no edge on the job market. They get the jobs that nobody else wants and then try to upsell it like its some big career move for you. And then during the slower days they call and harass people that are in their system with all kinds of personal questions leading you on like there might be a job but its just another marketing tactic theyre taught. All the Aeroteks do this. Its how they think they can compete. Do yourself a favor. Bypass these post college graduates with little to no real world job experience and find that job yourself.

AEROTEK is a great company but in San Diego they wont follow up with emails or calls . And when you try to call the avoid you even if you go to the office thell lie and the lady at the desk will say there gone at lunch. Just glad that others had this same experience as me and I wasnt the only one because im sitting in my car thinking about driving off the bridge just thinking not only does my family avoid me but so does Aerotek. I just lost everything but my car and the cloths on my back couldnt find any work on time. I just feel so let down nd these folks will never know what I have to go thru everyday just spending my last to get to Aerotek or to even get my family back hey I may get something thru Aerotek but they never call back so Im a liar I just cant get out this hole

Great agency, they found me a job in 3 weeks. They also had interviews set up within the first week. I recommend Aerotek to those that are looking for temp to hire jobs.

Natalie was very rude and unprofessional still havent received my last paycheck. Aerotek has numbers to meet so people are just numbers to them. This is why serious employers are no longer working with them.

I got a phone call from an Aerotek recruiter to come to office because I looks a good match for a position, they were looking for 5 to 7 candidates, during my interview( different recruiter) I was told am not qualified for the position because i do not have a recent experience of what they want,A month later I got a phone call from another (different recruiter) telling me am qualified for the same position and got a voice mail too, i returned the call to be surprised by a recruiter (the first recruiter who said am a good match for the position) telling me to do not call them because they have nothing for me,I submitted my application to different company and got hired on spot.

I agree with many of you in regards to Aerotek, SD. They call, invite you in for an immediate interview and never follow up. No calls, emails or replies from any of them; especially Alina Munoz. She never answers the phone or replies to emails, very unprofessional!! Its like a high school setting in office too while you wait 30 min past your appointment .... I even contacted the VP of HR at Aerotek and she never replied back. Same issues above with Manpower, Robert Half and Go Staff off Clairemont Mesa Blvd. I give ZERO stars ... hit the thumbs up if you agree

STAY AWAY from the San Diego branch.They work very hard to make you feel less confident so that you accept a very low paying job. Even if you do meet the criteria for better jobs, they wont send your resume if they think you can be forced to accepting a much lower pay.The woman who kept calling me told me a 100 times that I cant find the job I want. So I said whatever and applied on my own. She was telling me that I can only work starting at 10-12$ per hour, long story short... I found a job that pays me twice that money and I didnt find it through them. They try to downplay your degree and skills and tell you that you are not worth much, dont listen to them, they are on commission and are not trying to help you!You dont need their help. Build a good resume and CL and forget that these people even exist. Good luck on your job search.

I wont recommend friends here. The job im at now is very unprofessional, they micromanage everything, have no hr to contact bc im a temporary hire. Matthew, really wanted me to be recruited only for his benefits. Pathetic people.

Mediocre recruiting agency at best. Yes they can get the most talented people the dream job and all the luck to them! Ive tried to work with these people for 2 years and in the meantime have established myself through my own efforts, other recruiters, and volunteer work despite the fact that 50% of my applications were through Aerotek. Unless you are the top 2.5% of potential employees, try someone else or have faith in your own efforts. Dont kid yourself with Aerotek.

Went in today and met with a nice woman. She was very thorough in her interview. I was highly impressed due to the very bad ratings, however, upon arrival I was met, with an icy greeting. I walked into the lobby and there was a receptionist, she was cold. When I first walked in she was speaking in Spanish to a lady in a club dress, like really, high heel pumps and a body con dress one would wear to a night club. She worked there, I could tell. They were speaking Spanish. I waited for a while to be greeted and finally just said, excuse to which they looked at me as if I disgusted them. She then said yeah, but like a sarcastic, yeah with an upwards inflection to let me know that she was annoyed. I told her why I was there and she said, okay, same sarcastic tone. fill this out then and take a seat. then they began to talk about me, my shirt, I understand more Spanish then people think. I was not faded by the talk, just the lack of professionalism was enough to make me walk out. That is until the one in the body con dress went behind the desk with the receptionist and talked even louder in Spanish Like they were hanging out. I just ignored them. Then the Body Con dress left and it was just the receptionist who made three personal very uncomfortable calls in the lobby on her work phone. She was not speaking Spanish this time. I wanted to leave. Just as I was getting my stuff together the interviewer walked in and saved me. I figured, if this is who they hired to work their how are they going to find me an adequate job. I wouldnt use them again. I turned down the position. The Number ONE thing to drives a company is the way it treats its customers. I do not think this is the right fit for me. The job was a good job to start off with but I dont need to deal with this company to get a job. I gave it two stars because the interviewer was so great. Those are her stars, not yours receptionist.

TrashRick at Aerotek is a joke of a recruiter. Painted a pretty picture for a job and said I was a great candidate, just left me hanging and never got back to me with info, called him only to have him tell me that he had other potential offers, why couldnt he get back to me sooner after leaving me wondering for so long? This place is a joke, only looking out for their own interests, not their customers.

Someone i know was told by a recruiter in this agency (not this building directly but the agency) to cheat in a drug test and he even got into detail about how to cheat. Shame on you.

The only reason I can give them two stars is because the failed opportunities and wrecking of my previous career which led to a 6+ figure job. But I was told about a full-time opportunity in which I would get 50-60 hours a week. When hired I was given less than 40 and eventually let go because I negotiated a higher price than the other rentals. This place is great for short term work in a pinch but not for career length opportunities

Ive worked for a number of Staffing agencies since 2008 and Aerotek without a doubt has been the best. My highest paying and most interesting assignments have been through them. They really match you to the position. I had three different recruiters betrween San Diego and North County and all three have been great. I would recommend and have recommended them to my friends.

I cannot recommend AeroTek. Applied for a position and get a phone call back same week. Complete application process for job and given phone interview. Sadly passed on job (thats life) but set up for another position the same week. Passed all tests and prerequisites once again for new opportunity. Week goes by, request information as to position and its availability. No reply back, and still no reply back - full blown cut off of communications. Not even to let me know if the position has been closed.I cannot recommend this type of undercut service to any one. False hopes and headaches just to be cut off is not a service any one can recommend. This rating is a direct indication of their services and not my inability to secure the first position (to clear my bias).Happy hunting out there job seekers!

Had an interview with aerotek for a job. Was looking great because a second job was offered. The rep told me if the other job doesn’t want me she will put me back the original. The job closed and the rep never contacted me again I’ve sent message after message and voicemail.

I had the most gracious and professional staff member assist me and guide me through the interview process with a prospective employer. I got employed in the quickest of time thanks to his background work and research. Aerotek was there when I needed assistance and continue to be accessible in my professional needs.

San Diego location. Didnt respond to my questions in my email, when Rebecca did get a hold of me she didnt have a specific job to tell me about, just wanted to get me in there database. Did say mostly temp/contract and temp to perm positions, so not really a great bet for long term work. They need to be more honest going forward.

I never have to worry about feeling like Im not being taken care of by Aerotek. Patricia Lira takes care of me and if I have issues at work, she is right on point. Katrina in Payroll is also an asset to the company. Ina is not customer service oriented, but what she lacks, Katrina makes up for. The called me for a position and I started working 3 weeks later. They fought for a competitive salary for me and they always have my back. Im very happy to be representing Aerotek in my new role.

After being interviewed and hired, I had to come back for orientation.I arrived early as advised, however there was some difficulty in accessing the computer system. Since the staff were unsuccessful in helping me gain authorization to access the company computer system necessary to complete the required forms before attending orientation. They then told me that I would not be allowed to attend the orientation that day, and that I would have to access my onboarding documentation at home, complete all forms, then return another day to complete the orientation.This was extremely inconvenient as I have to take public transit which costs $5.00 per day and takes an hour and a half to reach the office location from the transit center near my home.Additionally, I had great difficulty in accessing the onboarding documentation required, which took several frustrating hours toOnce onboarding was finally completed (after six frustrating hours trying to gain authorization to access the website to complete documentation) I had to make arrangements to return to the office to attend orientation.So the following day I returned to the the office for orientation, I was requested to bring documentation establishing my rights to work in the US.A staff member checked the documents and after verifying them, left them on the empty chair next to me, but neglected to mention to me that she was finished with them and I could put them away. Since she left them there without informing me, the documents were in plain sight of others also waiting in the near vicinity also going through the hiring process.As if that werent enough, one of my documents went missing between leaving orientation and arriving home.Once the ordeal of the hiring process was completed, Aerotek excelled in quickly placing me in my first assignment.

My experience at Aerotek was a very good one Raymond Putrus was very professional and got me a great job from the start. And when I was laid off from that job for reasons unknown by me Ray found me another great job and I was back to work within 2 weeks. I am know hired full time at that job and I love it. The staff has always been kind and helpfull to me and I would definitely recommend Aerotek especially if you work in the shipyard industry. Thanks again to Raymond and staff for a job well done!!

I had an amazing experience working with DJ Barrett and Rebecca Buss from Aerotek. DJ was great in finding me an amazing opportunity for a Security & Automation company working in their Technical Support department. Rebecca was great with the onboarding process. Both are extremely professional. Communication was consistent through the entire process. In the end, I ended up accepting another position. However, I recommend using Aerotek to help you with your next or upcoming career move. With multiple industries covered, youll have plenty of options to choose from to start or advance your career.

I was called to come into the offices for an interview which I thought went great, Towards the end of the interview I was informed about two job positions, one of which involved painting which I have a over 4 years of experience with, I expressed my interest in the paint position which was met with a lot of nonsensical comments and questions. The interviewer stated she wasnt convinced I would do well and questioned my reliability...I reiterated what was on my resume which should have cleared up any issues...It did not, Ive called and emailed on 3 separate occasions and still no call back.

Never called me back or responded to my emails. Accounting department doesnt return calls or emails. People working in accounting are very unprofessional. Will never recomend Aerotek again. Luckily I found a job on my own.

Sean Farris is a terrible job recruiter. I used him for a while then after my son passed away and I needed a new job I heard from him once then I called mulitple times and never received any help from him. Build a good resume and forget the middle man Sean Farris.

I really thought I would be getting paid $15hr for getting referred to this agency and getting the job after passing tests and qualifications. I AM getting paid $15...but Aerotek takes a cut commission. Thinking in my head This blows (my head spinning) maybe I can do my best, learn more than one thing and get hired by the actual company. Given the many skills I have acquired I cant even ask for a raise?...I cant apply for an internal job?....why?....because Aerotek agent loses a cut of my paycheck? Are you F^&(*^$ Kidding me, and here I thought the company cared. The only way this place can benefit you is if you are between the age of18-23, get referred, work 3 years and use that experience to apply for a better paying job without an agency. Hope this helps

Anyone who is giving this place more than 1 star is paid to do it... how many times are you going to waste my boyfriends time and fuel money for NOTHING. They say they will call, and they dont call. Dropped off a Resume on a Tuesday, got a call Wednesday..interview Thursday with Aerotek...after the interview I got called within 4 hours with a Job offer..was working by the next tuesday. Mind you, I had been looking for work on my own for 4 months with no luck, they had me a job within a week.

They fire people over the phone when you get home without even giving you a chance to explain your side if they just think you did something wrong or one of your co-workers said something bad about you. Hopefully you didnt leave any personal belongings in your office desk drawer because they wont let you back in to retrieve them. Your security badge might still work on the swipe door but theyll tell some big guys to escort you out or call the police on you for trespassing. Theyre so bad, theyll even try to deny your unemployment claim with the EDD so you cant afford to hire a lawyer to sue them for unlawful termination. They fired all their military veteran employees this way while pretending to serve military veteran patients with TriWest, processing millions of dollars worth of medical claims for themselves.

I relocated from another state to get a job with aerotek, when the position was ready to start it was a problem getting in contact with my recruiter. They kept saying hes in the office just not at his desk whole time he was out of town . They are a waste of time go with another agency .

This one star means 5 for there N.Y Branch...I cant say the same for there California branch at all...They deserve no stars..First i would like to say i worked with Aerotek for many many years in N.Y. And they are the BEST at what they do..They sell you to there clients and stop at nothing to find you work as quickly as possible with excellent pay scales as well.You never have to go and see them for an interview first or fill out any applications. Even if your skill set is not quite what the client is looking for they have the ability to convince the client that you can do the work and succeed in there company. THIS IS WHAT AN AGENCY IS SUPPOSE TO DO FOR YOU.This agency and many others like them in California have a horrible system.If you call them to speak to an agent. The very first thing they ask you will be did you fill out one of there application. If you havent then they will simply dismiss you and tell you to come in for appointment. Now if you did fill out one then they will tell you there agents are busy or there at a meeting or there at lunch...I would like to know when do they ever have time to find a job for you. When there so busy doing many other thing to validate there job.I found multiple jobs on Craigslist that they posted that i know i would be suited for.I called the agent numerous times and left messages for many days about these jobs and never gotten an answers from them.They have no faith in your abilities. They will not represent you in any way as valued employe. All they want is for you to come in fill out THERE application. and be interviewed buy them and put you into there system to validate there jobs.They get their money off a founders fee, which is a fee that they get for introducing the job seeker to the company that is offering the job.After that youll never hear from them again...Shame on you Aerotek California.Your branch gives this company a bad name...

Huge issue is their payroll department. I had a login issue, all I got was a back and forth between allegis (their outside payroll company) and Aerotek. Neither one had Access to my account. And neither one could do anything to help reset my account. Allegis has a terrible online system that if you forget your password you get walked through some steps to reset it, even after your enter all the correct info, it doesnt allow you to reset it. I called both allegis and aerotek and no one wanted to help. Terrible if you ask me. So watch out and be prepared to go through a few headaches

I dont know about everybody else, but Im feeling all lucky for having Kaio for my recruiter! Not only is he a hardworking staff there to always keeping you informed, the staff he brings to ensure your on-boarding is made smoothly has made my experiences with Aerotek very much likable.

Payroll and some recruiters do not even answer their phones. especially when there is an issue regarding discrepancies on pay checks and other important issues.

No good. They trick you. Dont return calls make you junp through hoops and mess up your paychecks

These people are completely inept at thier job. I sent in a resume, got hired due to my strong background, but also due to my recruiter telling my employer that I had been an employee for a long time with aerotek. I reality is that I had sent in my resume a week before my interview. Then come to find out, they told me my id expired after thru had already taken it and said I was clear to start work. on top of that, they would not except a license renewal, even tho my recruiter told me that was the case. so now Im standing in line at the dmv, missing a day of work, and I have to pay to get a state Id... all because the hr and recruiters for Aerotek are inefficient at communicating.overall it seems that the people working for aerotek are either not trained properly on how to communicate, to check IDs, or what the proper way to treat an employee is. They are much more concerned with lying to their customers about potential employees, due to that being the main source of income. Im going to work hard to work at my current job to get off of the aerotek payroll. And as an employer, I would never use therm, because I wouldnt trust what the recruiter was telling me about potential employees.

I fill out NO paperwork, no drug test, nothing. Rebecca then tells me that the position was magically filled but she has another opportunity for me starting in two weeks and she will email me the online skills test then. Rebecca then sends me on my way with nothing but lies on the phone and false hope of actually getting something.Oh yeah, this was over three weeks ago and I have still yet to receive a single thing. Unprofessional, lazy, and encompotenent . They got me and interview for a position that I had experience with. The next day, they set up an interview for me for a position that was already filled but, they tell me that until I was a block away from the place. They dont answer emails and I dont think some of them can read either. I could do the job better than they ever could. If your looking for a laborer position dont waste your time because they will do it for you.

This is the worst hiring agency Ive ever applied to. The ladies in the front desk are very rude and have an attitude towards folks. I applied to them and I didnt hear from them for almost 8 months later. Called and left messages and emails and never got a response within fit time I applied. So I came in and applied again and went for an interview that same day. I interviewed on a Friday and the Interview went well and I was told I would get the job I applied for and I would start on a Monday. Its been a week now and no response. Ive called and emailed them countless times asking whats going on and no response. This place is horrible. Get everyones hopes up and then ignore them. What kind of business is that? Terrible. People are out here legitimately looking for work and these Aerotek clowns promise the world to folks then turn around and lie and hide when folks are looking for work. Absolute worst agency Ive ever dealt with.

They dont call back when you call or email you Jack just trash and get your hopes up still waiting its been 3 months.

A lot of people say that areotek sucks well I havent had a problem since I sent me resume over to them my recruiter Brenden Watson has came through for me 2,times so far the first job was for 13 an hr and the second is 16 nice job areotek.

I applied to this agency and fortunately they called me after two months, they give me an assignment for 1 month then after i did that assignment, they never call me back to find me another job, even i went to their office, the black guy didnt show up and the girl in the lobby named Ericka shes really really rude.

I have worked one 3 month assignment. Yes I can called me right away to get another assignment.

Worst agency. Go to volt or manpower. Got screwed out of 4 jobs from them.
