The tech that performed the sleep study was very nice. She explained everything thoroughly as she hooked me up to all the sensors. The rooms were clean and very nice. I highly recommend this center if ever in need of a sleep study.

Vincent and Preferred Healthcare have been extremely helpful in finding me awesome travel positions! I am currently on my second assignment with them and I have no complaints at all so far. My recruiter (Vincent) is always checking in and making sure everything at the assignment is going smoothly. He has been awesome trying to help me figure out the best housing options and best locations. So far preferred has been able to find me two assignments in a very short amount of time with very competitive pay. I highly recommend them!

Ive been working for preferred for almost 5 months as a contract physical therapist. Over the course of the 5 months, my work load has been consistent and in great settings. When issues or questions arise, getting in contact with the person that you need is easy, and if someone is out of the office, they do a good job of reaching back out to you. I have worked with Preferred for over three years now. My first 1 1/2 years I had a great experience. My recruiter was outstanding, but unfortunately left the company. My next recruiter also left and then I had the recruiting manager temporarily, which was unfortunately a very bad experience.I requested a new contact/recruiter and was paired up with Megan. Megan has been great and does her best to be transparent and communicative. I have worked with two other companies prior to Preferred on the east coast who had limited contacts/positions on the west coast. Preferred has a lot of good contacts/placements for California/Pacific NW.

I am a just over a month into my first contract with Preferred and so far everything has been great! My initial experience with Preferred was a little concerning. The recruiter who had initially been my contact didnt submit my paperwork into the facility I requested and then went MIA for a week or so despite my emails on updates.I was then fortunately paired with Megan, who has been astounding. The contract company you choose is either a positive or negative experience depending on your recruiter. Megan has been on TOP of it regarding my paperwork and being honest and transparent about the various aspects of contract work (benefits, travel reimbursement, salary, etc).This is my first time working with a contract OT company but as long as my recruiter is Megan, I think I will continue to work with them until I decide to take a full time position elsewhere.Transparency: I was offered a gift card to write the review but it wouldnt have mattered because I was going to write one anyways. This is my 1st traveling placement. I was working with a recruiter who unexpectedly left the company 1 month after my placement started and was quickly followed up by Megan who filled me in on the situation and has been communicative, informative, and transparent thus far.The 1st recruiter was very attentive to my needs and prior to me agreeing to work with PHS followed up with me well and generally continued to maintain communication throughout. I have been paid on time so far and am happy with being paid weekly.I will say that when filling out documents, the recruiter seemed to not know the purpose of some documents..however, which could have resulted in me not getting my medical/dental/vision benefits (good thing I clarified!). When I asked questions about documents though..he was quick to follow up with more knowledgable workers if he was unsure about answers to my questions. He definitely took the time to answer my questions and was attentive.I did have 1 questionable experience with this recruiter regarding how certain fees would be covered (license, medical requirements to work, etc). He said that PHS would cover these fees as long as I sent receipts, when in the end, he meant that these fees would be taken out of my paycheck by the hourly rather than an upfront fee.Overall..my experience has been mostly good so far.

I had a great experience with preferred health care. They were really accomodating and my agent went above and beyond in accomodating me even though I had made several mistakes with pay roll they acted quickly and were proactive in getting me paid in a timely manner. My agen even gave me detailed info about my income break down (to the cent). He was just awesome.

Difficult time getting paid, will threaten too destroy your career if you refuse to participate in illegal activities, their idea of housing is a cheap hotel, high turnover rate, poorest pay in the industry, the list goes on. They say they appreciate their therapists, but are really only concerned about not losing their clients. Have contracts with some of the worst rehab companies in the industry.

Prefered healthcare is freat company work for.The staff pleasant and friendly and helpful.

They used to be good when they needed you, but as times got tight, they were less cordial. They sent me to assignments where the DOR expected me to commit fraud when I wasnt able to actually see a patient. They did not back up their therapists and yes, their contracts are with some of the worst SNF in the O.C.
