Simply the best people to work with!
Ive been in apartment maintenance and turns for 10+ years. Employment companies like CS... need to provide value to their temp workers...(1) health-safe environment, (2) job descriptions that align with work duties.IMHO, CS is more interested in their personnel reputation than providing safe and reasonable conditions for their temps. When the topic of social distancing and non use of masks in small meeting rooms was brought up...I was told....we didnt know. And followed by, you should have told us. So they can do what? Finger me out right? Now how do they think that would end for me as a temp?Save their personal CS reputation...burn the temp workerThey are good at providing work. Just cant leave a job without fulfilling your entire obligation even if your health is at risk.Dont want to hurt their personal reputation.
I have used Career Strategies for coverage on my property. Now I temp for them sometimes. Nick has always been great to work with and I have had a positive experience on both ends! 😄
Years ago I used Nik at CSI for temps when we were short staffed at our community. I was impressed, he consistantley sent temps that had property management experience also professional and pleasure to work with.I moved away and returned to San Diego and started temping myself for Nik and Rhassel at CSI and overall it has been a funtastic experience. I have been able to meet lost of new people make new friends in the industry and do a few things I have always wanted to but could take of the time to do them but still make money.
Name change should be considered for this basic operation.
