I’ve had some interesting experiences with dental work, some that have given me PTSD unfortunately. I came here with an emergency filling and they treated me so well, the took care of me with the utmost comfort, they’re extremely friendly and you can tell they genuinely care not only about their job but their patients. I can’t wait to get the rest of my work done with them. Highly recommended if you want the same amazing experience I’ve had when getting your teeth worked on or fixed.

I went in for a new patient exam on Monday! I filled out all the information so easily online and didn’t need to do anything when I went in! The staff was so professional, kind and helpful with my questions! I was referred by a co-worked to the office and I would recommend this office to anyone! Dr. Bierman was awesome, and explained things really well! I’m very happy and excited to continue on with my treatment here!!

Dr. Ma is the best! He’s compassionate, thorough, and gentle. Although I live in the North County and his office is a solid 30 min drive without traffic, I’ve decided his expertise is worth the time I spend on the freeway! The office staff is spectacular! I am a client already, but due to the COVID pandemic, I did not follow up on my dental appointments for over a year. I called them about losing a crown yesterday and in less than 24 hours, I was in Dr. Ma’s chair! I was in and out in an hour. It was an easy process of using adhesive to reattach it. They were kind and understanding which is always good when you are in a panic!

This place is super clean. The staff along with the doctor are super friendly. Took my 2 years old in for his very first visit; with him going through his terrible 2’s stage, they handled him like family and super professional. Excellent dentists and hygienists. I have been going there for 3+ years now for my regular cleaning + fillings. Always had a pleasant experience with proper explanation of procedure and after care instructions. The front desk staff are the nicest. They take great precaution in this covid era for patient and their safety.

My visit was even better than I thought it would. The teeth cleaning was done courteously and efficiently. The dentist was able to find the sneaky little piece of something that was bothering my gum and removed it very quickly. The office staff is always lovely.

I have never had a more pleasant visit to the dental office.I am a new patient and was able to fill out all forms at home prior to my visit. The Dental Studios COVID-19 procedures are easy to follow and I felt safe the entire time. I was in for new images, cleaning and a consultation. I did not have to wait at all between each station. The transitions were seamless. The dental hygienist I had was very kind and communicated everything very clearly. She was awesome. Never made me feel bad or shameful of my not so ideal oral hygiene. Dr. Ma was also very kind when telling me about my cavities. The best customer service, however, came from the Studios treatment coordinator, Ms. Galindo. She was very clear about my insurance policy details and what I needed to do in order to schedule the procedures necessary. Very nice, very sweet person. Made me feel at home. I am very happy to be a patient at San Diego Dental Studio.

I moved to San Diego a year ago and a friend recommended the San Diego Dental Studio to me. It is amazing. They are on time, have the most up to date equipment, caring and efficient staff. It actually makes going to the dentist a pleasure. Who would of thought I could say that. Before thus going to the dentist was at the bottom of my to do list.

Dr. Mas office is exceptionally clean and really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and extremely professional. I had no issues at all with my recent Invisalign treatment. My dental cleaning was excellent as well.

San Diego Dental Studio is the best. Why? Best dentists and staff. Always welcoming, helpful, and informative treatments and procedures. Comfy waiting room, if you are waiting to be seen, but the wait isnt ever that long enough to enjoy it.

I have been very lucky to have great dentists and doctors throughout my entire life. With that being said it would not be easy to take the crown of being the best. And keep in mind that this was only my first experience here...but this was by far the best dental experience that I have ever had. I enjoyed and appreciated every single staff member at this dental office. I couldn’t possibly recommend this dental office anymore. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I have been extremely fearful of going to the dentist since I was a child; however, this practice makes your experience fear free! I do not even get anxious prior to or during treatment. The staff is kind and considerate and the best in all of San Diego. Highly recommend.

I started coming here because one of the dental hygienists, Dina. She is literally the best I have ever had. Ask to have your teeth cleaned by her. Shes wonderful.I started to see Dr. Bierman once I switched to this particular office (as I had been following Dina for years). I have to say I am really impressed with him! Hes super honest and nice, which is huge for me since I absolutely hate going to the dentist. Lets be honest, no one likes it. Anyway, I had a crown done and ordered a night guard and he made the process much much easier than I imagined.I dont have insurance, I never have. However, his front desk staff is really nice about it and they accept credit cards for huge purchases so it all worked out in the end. I have no idea if they are considered expensive compared to other cash rates.... But if they are suck it up and come anyway. It is worth it!

I love this place. San Diego Dental Studio has been my dental care provider since I moved to San Diego in 2015.I do get very diligent dental cleaning every 6 month with honest recommendations about what needs to be done in order to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Dr Bierman is never pushy and instead he and his assistants are very friendly, showing care for our family.There was actually an incident that my wifes temporary crown came out, she was busy taking care of baby and it was almost the end of the day, Dr. Bierman drove to our place with his kit to repair it for her real quick. We will never forget such kindness! :)

Huge fan of the team here.I had a visit a while back for a crown and 4 cavities (yes, I hadnt had dental work in a while) and the experience was excellent.Plenty of interesting staff to talk to during the down time and an extremely efficient Dr. Bierman had me out the door within 4 hours! The time included the removal and filling of cavities, shaving down of a tooth, design of the crown, milling/bake of the crown, and the installation of the crown.It was neat watching Dr. Bierman clean up the design of the crown on the computer before sending it to the in-house machine to be made.

Love San Diego Dental Studio! Lets face it - a trip to the dentist has never been one of my favorite things in the world, even for just a simple cleaning. These guys do it right! Everything and everyone is wonderful about this office. Ive known Dr. Bierman for over 4 years. As my dentist for 3 of them, he made the experience of going to the dentist a not-so-dreadful one! Without a doubt the BEST dental office I have been to in my 32 years. When I arrived for my visit, they already knew who I was when I walked in. Each person Shook my hand and made an introduction. They were ready for me to head right in and get started. The paperwork was completed in advance making for a seamless transition into their system. Dr. Bierman and all of his staff are professional and incredibly thorough. When I walked in They brought me back, took X-Rays, some mug shots, or should I say, shots of my mug for records and then prepped me for repairs. I had a chipped tooth in the front row of my top set of teeth. Dr. Bierman had it repaired in not time and it was painless. After that I received a full cleaning from Brianna. It was great having my mouth all up to date. I recommend this office of dental professionals to anyone who is looking for the best services!

I recently moved back to San Diego from Arizona and was stressed about finding a new dentist out here in California. Im extremely picky in regards to finding the right dentist, and Im happy to say this is the BEST experience I have had. The office is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The dental hygienist who took care of me, was very professional and made sure I was comfortable and even gave me a blanket when I got cold. Dr. Ma and Dr. Bierman are also very friendly, professional and thorough. Honest, professional, thorough, effective, and good looking.Maybe too good looking...I eat a lot so I need to make sure that my grill is well taken care of.But on a more serious note:Dr. Bierman was a referral to me from a co-worker. I was seen at a different dentist and I was told I had multiple cavities... which is a little uncommon for me. When I saw Dr. B for the first time, those aforementioned cavities had disappeared. Is this guy magical? No, hes just honest. I can certainly appreciate that.Since then, I have had several treatments and have been seen by multiple staff members. All have been friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies at the desk kill the game. They are always sending me reminders of my upcoming appointments - which is good because Im quite forgetful. #ivebeenhitontheheadalotIf you like your face go to these people.~MPSA - take care of your teeth!
