For years, I shopped around for a good dentist for my family. Weve probably had 8 different dentists. I can honestly say that Alpha Dental is the best and I am so happy that my search is over. The Alpha Dental staff are super friendly and professional and I can trust them to be truthful about what I need, unlike the other offices that would try to make me get things that I didnt need so that they can charge an arm and a leg. I always recommend Alpha Dental to family and friends.

Everyone is nice and friendly. I switched to this office because there is a Japanese speaker but the dentist is very nice too. I had a sort of traumatic experience at the previous dental office but the dentist here listens to me and I’m very comfortable here to get treatments. Also I think the price is fair. (I showed them the quote from my previous dental office and they were very surprised. Seems like it was an unnecessarily expensive. )

Clean office, friendly people. however giving two stars because Dr. Roy told me I have 9 cavities while not previously having any. After going somewhere else for a second opinion the dentist said i may have 2 cavities. It was pointed out to my that Dr. Roy uses a “cavity machine” to find cavities but these are meant for bacteria and cannot be relied on for accurate results. Dr. Roy also used this before the cleaning was done providing errant results. Would not recommend if you’re about to shell out hundred dollars on fillings.

The Dentist and everyone there was great got me in same day. I had a tooth pulled almost no pain. Thank you Alpha Dental!

I had a great experience with Dr. Vegter. He and his entire staff are warm & welcoming, and they work together so efficiently. I had a cleaning, x-rays, and cosmetic work done. My teeth are an important and sensitive issue to me, so it was crucial that the cosmetic work turned out great. I felt confident and calm throughout the process thanks to Dr. Vegters attention to detail, clear communication, and sense of humor. :) And now I love my smile!

Great team, smiling faces, and wonderful atmosphere. The people here are so sweet and caring, never mean or rude. Alpha Dental is completely helpful with your questions and concerns. I was given information on a specific cosmetic procedure (unnecessary), then asked if Id like to proceed with it. I was also given information on a specific procedure which I may need in the future. I was NOT pressured into anything at all. I love that! I have gone to two appointments and had no issues during either one.

They say that perfect smiles make perfect impressions and this is what the specialists at Alpha Dental did for me. I availed Zoom Whitening services, which made my yellow teeth look bright and shiny. The best thing about them was that they use holistic approach to treat dental issues. High recommended for anyone who is staying near San Diego or nearby area.

Over the last several years, I have had extensive dental work done by Dr. Roy Vetger. I highly recommend him. He has put in 2 posts with caps, several other replacement caps, root canals, fillings and cleanings. His work is exemplary and reasonably priced. His staff is friendly and efficient. I have had may dentists throughout my life and he is, by far, the best all around.

I had to make the switch to a new dentist after 25 years so I saw Alpha dental had 5 stars and gave it a shot. It was the best doctor switch I have ever made! He spent a good amount of time with me going over every tooth, I feel very confident that my teeth are in good hands.After the detailed exam Nat cleaned my teeth and got some bad coffee stains off that have been there for years. After she was done with her cleaning she noticed there was some stains that could only be seen with a zoomed in digital video and went back at it for a solid 10 minutes until they were perfect.TLDR:I found my dentist for the next 25 years

Dr. Daniel Vinograd is the first dentist that I have actually enjoyed meeting and my first visit wont be the last. I would highly recommend him for any child. We are lucky to have such a great dentist in San Diego.

Seriously have always HATED going to the dentist. Not anymore. Im 22 and just had my first 100% PAIN FREE appointment which included a very much needed root canal. From numbing to closing, not one issue or tear. Ive cried at every appointment my entire life out of fear/anxiety. Alpha Dental will be my familys dentist as long as Im in San Diego!

I enjoy the staff and dentist quality here. Any type of painful type of dental work you may have had before, you will NOT experience here. My favorite being when I took out my 4 wisdom teeths. I did not feel any pain! Only the quick numbing medicine through the needle at first but after that there was no pain while I was awake. Just dont make the constant mistakes I do when any type of numbing medicine is applied to you and forget to eat before. Otherwise youll be starving for a couple hours with a droopy mouth.

I had been going to the same dentist for 30 years. After one visit I was convinced Dr. Roy had the experience, technology, personalty, and price that I was looking for. Excellent!

Dr Vegter is the best Dentist Ive ever been to! I came to his office in an emergency and received fast, professional, highly skilled service. I have extreme anxiety with dentists and I am very sensitive to the pain. I can actually say that I did not feel one bit of pain throughout my entire root canal and two large fillings over 2 hours. Dr Vegter worked extremely quickly with an accuracy I have never seen before. He was very reasonable with the price and made me feel very comfortable explaining payment options. Both himself and his staff are also very personable and actually manage to make a dentist office a pleasant experience. The front desk and Dr Vegter are both very quick to return any phone calls and are very on top of following up. I wish that I had discovered this office years ago!! Today is the second day after a root canal and I have no pain, no swelling, no bruising whatsoever,its unbelievable.

Im one of those people that is kind of insane about taking their health into their own hands and always have a lot to say at the doctor. Unfortunately, I really dont know a whole lot about dental health so the dentist can feel like a disempowering experience for me.I was really happy that at my initial consultation Dr. Vegter was excited to try to figure out what part of my mouth was swelling without me telling him and showing me everything in the xrays and the pictures so thoroughly. I could tell he really cares about what he is doing and his patients, which was awesome.I did have to get a couple of fillings and a cleaning and I dont have any complaints about the work. Expect your mouth to be really numb ;)

Hello,I am happy with your services, that you provide me in near past.Few months back I go for RCT ( Root Canal Treatment) and have no time to go for capping process, then I decide when I am free go for the next procedure. Almost 5-6 months passed aways for this, then one of my friend suggest you should go for the capping other wise in future you have some problem in your teeth and you face some pain there too.Then I contact again AlphaDental SD for next process, then they give me an appointment and treatment completes.Now I feel relaxed for my teeth.thanks alot for your real help...Thanks AgainRussel
