I had a great experience in this place 3 weeks ago ! I agreed, but was worry about putting 4 implants at the same time, but it was amazing !No pain during procedure, not even after. I took antibiotics of course, but none of the pain killer. Recovery was unexpectedly quick. Extremely professional, easy hands, very good bedside manner - thank you !

Dr.Chen has been the most patient and pleasant dentist that I have ever met. My father isnt the easiest older patient, but Dr. Chen repeats the info and handles the adjustments that my father keeps requesting in a professional and calm manner. Cant wait for the final results.

I wish this review would somehow make them happy as they did made me happy for the fantastic job they’ve had done for my porcelain veneers and crowns. These professionals, on several occasions gone above and beyond just being a dentist in helping me with all my dental issues. They were very competent and professional, sometimes even met me after hours to deal with an urgent situation. Needless to say, the best dentists out there.

Used car sales atmosphere where money trumps all, including honesty. I was recommended expensive dental work under false pretenses I later found out from a second opinion. So demoralizing to see a health professional degenerate to this.

I never thought about dental implants as they seemed really frightening and I cannot deny the fact that I have a fear with dental procedures, especially with implants. I went first with a consultation and my first impression was really good, so I decided to go with the procedure. Now, I can smile with confidence. The entire procedure isnt really painful as I thought it is and all the entire staff made me feel at ease the entire time. WORST. DENTAL. EXPERIENCE. EVER.Im new to San Diego and needed to see a dentist ASAP about a cracked filling. . I found a flyer in my mail box, and decided to go and check this place out. They advertise $89.00 for exam, cleaning and x-rays. So, I went ahead and scheduled a visit despite not knowing much about this practice.After spending all of 5 minutes in the exam room with me, the doctor told me that I need 6 filling + 6 crowns. Also, she said I need to do a deep cleaning under my gums, because its bleeding. After examining my mouth, I asked the doctor about a cleaning, and she said that I need deep clean, and she will not going to clean it without deep cleaning first. Really? Then why are you advertising FREE cleaning? One of her staff members immediately handed me a pamphlet about the pricing. The deep cleaning price was $1,600.00 thats 3 times more then I used to pay. What a rip off! She then asked me when Id like to schedule the appointment without giving me any time to consider what Id just been told. I immediately said I needed a second opinion and walked out of the exam room. The staff apparently didnt like the fact that I wasnt going to schedule an appointment and IMMEDIATELY became rude with me. The receptionist told me that he couldnt give me a hard copy of what needed to be done. The entire experience felt like they were trying to sell me a used car.I saw another dentist today, a family doctor recommended to me by a friend. After looking at x-rays of my teeth and examining the cracks, he said there was no need to replace the crowns. He said that the actual metal filling inside the tooth was intact, and that what had cracked was the porcelain crown on top of the tooth. He assured me that the only reason to replace the crowns would be for cosmetic purposes.I cant speak for long-time patients, but I would absolutely NOT recommend this practice for new patients.

I went to them over a year ago to get a second opinion and now I get non-stop phone calls with deadlines that I need to get back to them ASAP. I have told them Ive never done any work with them and I no longer wish to receive their calls but I constantly get calls and voicemails. The latest one said I must give them a call back its very important by 10 a.m. on Monday, its been over a year since Ive been over there. Also when I went there over a year ago they never provided me a quote I had followed up and asked for a quote and they still never even got it to me. I would never do business with them and be where if you go in there for a consult you will get non stop spam calls even after you request to stop being called.

Everyone here is SO kind & personable, it takes some of the anxiety away of being at the dentist! Really nice, updated, clean office & I believe they do nitrous gas if procedures are too uncomfortable. They also offer more effective sedation with pills and IV. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! Our whole family goes here! We will miss it when we move away!! Now go get your teeth checked, twice a year my friend! Go! Oral health is incredibly important! (Dont forget to floss & brush well beforehand, its just good manners!)

Keeps calling even though I asked to be removed from call list every 2- months never fails. Cant block number since its a different one every time which is interesting. This has been ongoing for almost 2 years now.Please be cautious giving your information to A+ Dental. I wanted a quote for some dental work and decided on another dentist instead.

I have not been to the dentist in a while so I was a little nervous. I hadnt had me teeth cleaned in a few years. Dr. Chen was amazing. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel calm and comfortable. The office was beautiful and the employees were very friendly. Dr Chen has shown genuine concern for our dental health. Dental office was clean and child friendly. The staff was very attentive. I actually seen the time my appointment was not 30 minutes afterwards, since I also have a busy schedule. The Dr Chen is fine, though a bit pushy on some service that may or may not be that mandotory, but still kind of reasonable. The man in charge of billing/payment is a real headache. The itemized bill he showed is a total mess: you would have no idea which service your insurance paid, and when and how much, everything was mixed. Not sure he is lazy or he just does not know how to do the job. Even worse, he charged more because he said your insurance does not cover it, so we need to charge you extra as out of network customer. The estimate we gave you is based on our experience that your insurance covers it. I am not saying that they do this trick deliberately, but it is definitely not a good business. Used to be All-Smile dental, think they have to change their name because of the bad rating on yelp and other place. Better check it out before you go.

These guys are great!!! The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly getting me signed in and the dental assistant was great laughing and joking the whole time to keeping everything fun!! The Dr. was so knowledgeable, gentle and really friendly!! Deffinitely will be coming back for all my future work thank you!!!
