Y’all these people are amazing. They told me it was an hour repair but then got it done WAY faster. Was very pleased with the customer service at this place. Usually you deal with older creepy men that are hard to understand and rack up the prices but the employees here were very friendly and got straight to the point of what I needed done. Even after I threw another phone on them last second they really seemed to help me and actually gave me a better deal than if I took just one in. I recommend definitely.

I took my iPhone 11 max into Indiana Phones because my charging port was full of lint and gunk. After months of putting this fix off, Anthony was able to get my port functioning in 30 minutes! Would recommend them for any iPhone, iPad, or Samsung repairs. Lord knows I’ll have another issue with my phone in due time and I’ll be bringing my phone back to Indiana Phones!

Have an iPhone 11 that was cracked in multiple places. Took it in and paid what I expected to have the screen replaced. Didnt quite go as planned - my Face ID didnt work right after replacement and I almost resigned myself to the fact that Id have to enter in my password manually since a lot of people with my issue werent ever able to get it resolved. I called the shop back and they encouraged me to bring it in...resolved the Face ID issue and now its good as new!

Used them 3 times. First 2 were good. 3rd time took a little longer but they got it done.

I had an extremely poor experience. I brought in an old iPhoneX a couple of weeks ago for a screen repair. I already had a new phone at the time, so there was no reason for me to use it after the screen was replaced and I picked it up.I turned the phone on today and noticed to huge issues. 1.) The screen had tiny dots on it that made it look like the ppi was really low 2.) The colors on the screen are nowhere near what they should look like.I took the phone back to the store today to ask them about it, and they pretty much told me, tough luck, and that the screens are aftermarket.I have a couple of issues with this. The first is that there was no transparency before I had my screen repaired that the new screen would be of extremely poor quality. If I would have known that, I would have explored other options. Beyond that, I think it’s unlikely that the dots on the screen are the way that they are supposed to be. And if they are, I would have liked to know before hand that it would look that way.If you decide to get your screen repaired there, just know that the screen will be of an extremely poor quality; you’re better off just getting it replaced by Apple.

Brought my iPhone for a charging port repair, and got the best customer service! I had a little issue with my fix and it was all solved in a very fast pace, the owner texted me and explained what was the issues with all the details. Brought my phone the next day and after an hour it was ready and working perfectly!

Service was good and quick but am bummed with the quality of screen installed on my iPhone 8. Scrolling is skippy and not smooth as it used to be. Hope I can get used to it, otherwise might have to but the bullet and pay Apple to install a new screen.Update: Two days in and I have no option but to go to Apple and replace the screen. The responsiveness is dismal.

Dropped phone for front and rear glass replacement. Phone still worked other than Face ID. Got back a phone with a jittery erratic screen and non-functioning volume buttons, among other things. The phone was completely unusable. Sent it back to be fixed properly. Got the phone back, via messenger, and the SIM card tray was missing. This place is halfass. Dont waste your time and money. High risk if you value your phone!!

Summary: they not once called to update on status, didn’t wear masks, now my iPad doesn’t have fingerprint recognition and a three day job turned into two weeks.I dropped off iPad for battery replacement and was told it should take 2-3 business days to get the battery and that they would call once it was in and work completed. After several days I called and they said that the battery was in and that the work would be done the following day and that they would call. Again, no call so I went in to ask about the status. Homie didn’t bother to put on a mask. Said they couldn’t do it until the following day and that they would call. Again, no call. Several days later I went in to ask about status. A different person didn’t bother to put on a mask. He said that the screen cracked and it was taking time to get in a new screen. Fine, I said, but please just call and let me know the status. Another 5 or so days go by with no call. So I call and homie said it was done. So they never called when they said they would. Only one of the three people I saw put on a mask. And new screen evidently doesn’t have the fingerprint recognition thanks for nothing. Wish I would have gone somewhere else. Oh, and when I called the last time the dude at the store asked for my passcode to “verify that it was mine”. Update: the new battery is horrible. Fully charged it this morning, used it for probably 30 minutes, left for a few hours with the iPad off and it’s down to 53%.

I cracked my cell phone screen on my iPhone 7 and brought it there on Sunday and Daniel fixed my phone in less than 25 minutes. Then on Monday I realized my camera wasn’t working so I called and Anthony told me to come down and they’ll fix it. I went back and Daniel replaced my camera for no extra charge and he was just really professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend going down there if you have a cracked phone screen or needs their iPhone repaired to go to these guys they’re very professional friendly and they will really take a good care of you. I won’t go any place else if I ever need my phone fixed again.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Angie at Indiana Phones at the Pacific Beach location. I had a phone that had a broken screen and was looking to get it fixed. She was able to beat the lowest price offered by a competitor in the San Diego area, which I greatly appreciated. She said turnaround would only be about 15 min, so I could easily go on my lunch break. Once I got there, I explained to Angie that I was fixing the screen because I was intending on selling the phone and wanted to make a larger profit. She offered to purchase my broken phone at a very reasonable price, as well as provide me with a tempered glass protector for my current phone.Angie was so nice and helpful. I dropped my phone off of a second story balcony and thought I was screwed. I got referred to nick by a friend and he had me in and out within half an hour or so. He is super thorough and double checks all his work before returning the device. The original screen he put on didnt work and he put a different one on instead. I hung out for a while and chatted with him while he worked. Super friendly guy, great service and good prices!

Angie is AWESOME! My I-phone screen was in pieces & one of the corners nicely dented. First she quickly made sure the phone didnt have any internal damage to let me know the phone was worth fixing. 45 minutes later the phone looked like new.
